Morningstar Of Sin

Chapter 24 - Killgrave

I get in my car and go straight home since I'm not in a good mood, I decide to see if Jessica is ready. I make my way up to the suite Jessica is staying in and knock on the door. Jessica opens the door wearing her typical black tank top and tight jeans.

She smiles "Hey, what's up, does Tandy need me?" her smile goes away as she notices the cold look on my face.

"Are you ready to take revenge? The imp I have assigned to watch Killgrave says he is in the Hotel where I first met you. It is a very suiting place to give him his punishment." I ask her with my voice a bit colder than intended.

She looks nervous and her face turns red. "I'm ready… but I'm not mentally prepared for what comes after… F.u.c.k it, let's go." her fist clenched as she steps forward.

Hearing her words the coldness in my eyes fades. "So that is what you were worried about." I lean in close brushing her hair back behind her ear. "Don't worry, I'll be gentle with you the first time."

Her face goes a few shades more red as she turns around "Let me go get changed." She heads into her bedroom as I step in behind her and close the door. I sit on the couch and wait for her to get ready.

While sitting I think about The Ancient One. I gave her my offer months ago and heard nothing. I intended to have her teach Tandy magic that way she can utilize the Lightforce hidden in her body. Too bad really, I wanted a taste of the bald-headed beauty, haven't had one of those since Egypt came to power.

After waiting only a minute or two Jessica comes out of the room wearing tight leather pants and a leather jacket. Her gladius is strapped to her waist in a sheath.

"Alright, I'm ready." She smiles as she walks to me.

I smile as well "Just so you know I won't be helping you. You will be killing him yourself, I'm just there to make sure nobody is collateral damage."

She gives a serious nod. "I'm ready."

I hold out my hand to her "Then we are off." As she takes my hand we vanish from the spot.

Killgrave is alone inside a hotel room in the penthouse so I slow time around him and only him. I proceed to pull the fire alarm and evacuate all the civilians. Once everyone is gone I cover all entrances in Hellfire so no one will bother us.

I stand behind Jessica as we walk into Killgrave's room and I return time to its natural place. He jumps up at the sound of the fire alarm to see Jessica and I staring at him.

He is an ugly man with dark black hair about 5'6" in height. His skin color is probably the only odd thing about him, it's a light purple color. I can feel the pheromones coming off of him, but they won't affect us.

Jessica looks nervous as she meets eyes with Killgrave. Killgrave is surprised to see us both but his eyes rest on Jessica as a wicked smile comes to his face.

"Jessica, it's been so long I thought you had forgotten about me. I'm glad you came back to me, I was wondering if you would pop up. I've had my minions out looking for you every day for weeks now." He smiles while walking forward.

He stretches out his hand to Jessica "Come here pet."

I see Jessica tremble as her fists tighten. Killgrave looks away from her and over at me. "Are you the one who freed my pet? Is that why she won't listen to me?"

I look down at him like looking at a bug ignoring his words. He flinches and takes a step back but as he does Jessica moves. She draws the sword and slashes at him, the outstretched arm of Killgrave goes flying across the room. If he hadn't stepped back his whole right half would have been cut off.

"Ahhhhhh!" He screams a.s.s he falls back holding his missing right arm.

She looks down at him the nervousness seemingly gone. It is replaced with a cold look in her eyes like the one I often hold. Small horns grow out of forehead as her blade ignites in Hellfire.

My eyes go wide as horns grow from her head. 'It appears she has started to tap into the powers of Hell.' My smile goes wide as my thoughts run wild. I'm in disbelief that a human was able to take the powers of the First Hell so well.

She looks down at him and raises her sword again chopping off his other arm. "AHHHH" He screams louder this time, both wounds are healing at a rapid pace but nothing is regrowing.

"I had nightmares of the things you did to me. I would go days on end without sleep thinking about the possibility of you being able to control me again." She swings her sword once again cleaving off both of his legs leaving a large gash deep in the floor as well.

"But they have been replaced. Replaced with the beautiful dream of this moment. The moment when I finally kill you." She kneels down to his level looking him in the eyes. "You should feel honored I worked with a friend of mine to create your own personal piece of Hell. In there you will be placed into the body of a weak woman and r.a.p.ed. Day and night without stop… for all eternity. Never to be set free, never to be given a break. Don't worry, I'll visit you in Hell sometimes, it will be fun."

A wide insane smile spreads on Killgrave's face as he looks at the cold Jessica. She steps back near me and holds the gladius with both hands above her head. The Hellfire on the blade roars as it pierces the ceiling and spews into the sky.

*WOOF*

With a swing down she cleaves part of the building in half decimating the body of Killgrave. He is burned to cinders as the sword of fire cleaves through him, the wall, the window, and everything else in the way of her swing.

I grab Jessica by the arms carrying her weight as she nearly falls from mental exhaustion. I can see a complicated expression on her face as she turns around and buries it in my c.h.e.s.t.

"Feeling relieved?" I ask as I put my hand on her head.

She says nothing but nods while still buried in my c.h.e.s.t.
