(A/N: Ironic this is the chapter I put out today. I've been so busy the last few days it's dumb. I'm even busy Friday and Saturday. I'll try and write as much as I can between then.

Jessica was out doing her job today so she didn't join us for lunch. I gave her some money to start up a private investigator/ defense firm. She started rounding up meta-humans and gave them jobs protecting people for money.

She was very particular about the people she signed with, making sure there weren't any bad people. She seemed to be enjoying herself and I don't particularly care about having another branch attached to the Morningstar name.

"So, who is that woman in our bed?" Tandy says while taking a bite of pasta.

"I was asked to help the refugee aliens currently living on earth," I say looking back with a small smile.

Her brows raise while Ruby keeps eating unsurprised "So she is a refugee alien?"

I shake my head "No, she is a wanted fugitive. She is the sister of one of the refugees. Also, I have struck the deal with The Ancient One, starting today you will be her apprentice."

She looks confused "What does that entail?"

I shrug "Not a clue, you will figure it out soon since she will come and get you tonight."

Now Ruby finally jumps in "Wait. You are leaving me with the criminal?"

"I'll be here," I say with a lazy tone.

She rolls her eyes "Yeah sure, you get pulled off into different things every day!"

"Well, I am free right now," I say not offended in the least.

Seemingly as a cruel joke from my father I hear Raven's voice echo in my head "Save… me."

Her voice sounds weak and tired. 'What could have happened? I only left 3 hours ago...' My thoughts fade as I stand up.

Ruby gestures a hand at my standing figure "SEE?!" She yells as she looks at the giggling Tandy.

I sigh "If the girl gets out of hand I give you permission to beat her up. I give you permission to use 1/4th of your power." I snap my fingers as she glows in a deep black light.

She smiles with glee "Alright. Have fun on your adventure."

I roll my eyes as I vanish from the room.

I appear again outside the 'titans tower' as they called it to see that it was now in ruins. The T had been nearly cleaved in half and the metal was melted and twisted. I felt the presence of Raven beneath the rubble and quickly went to her.

I lifted the steel girders and tossed them into the bay. Beneath the rubble, I find Raven covered by a black shield and curled into a ball.

I reach through the shield as if it's not there and pick her up into a princess carry. Her eyes flutter open obviously still exhausted.

"Save them… please." She says weakly.

I give a small sigh "What can you offer?"

"Anything," she says seriously.

I give her a hard look as I nod. I set her down on the beach softly as I walk back to the wreckage. I hold out my arms and hellfire spawns from the ground devouring the steel as if it were burning paper.

Five bodies are revealed on the ground. All of them are the kids I saw in the common room of the tower as well as one I recognize. I activate Sloth to stop the rate that the kids die, I don't want to mess up a contract even if it is only a verbal agreement.

I first approach the boy with dark skin and a body of half metal. He has an obvious cut on his head and will die soon if not helped. I can't heal this without a real contract and Raven is in no position to sign one.

I snap my fingers and flames rise from the ground. As they fade they reveal a Throne similar to the one in my palace just much smaller. As I sit down I tap my fingers on the arm of the throne and a small ring sounds off.

"Yes, my King?" Anubis appears to my right in a kneeling position.

My eyebrows raise. There was no portal which means he was already in the mortal world… curious.

I gesture at the kids on the ground "Save them."

He nods his dog head "Of course." He stands up turning to face the kids and spreads his arms.

He begins to hover a few inches off the ground as bandages raise from the ground and wrap the teen titans. A soft blue light radiates from the bandages and slowly beings to fade after a few seconds. The bandages slowly come undone as they reveal the now perfectly fine teens.

He looks to the beach at Raven "What about that one?"

I wave his words off, "She is just exhausted from the use of magic."

He gets back on a knee "I could not fully heal one of them as he is mechanical. Is there anything else you need my King?"

I calmly stare at him "Why were you in the mortal world?"

His head lowers "I was visiting my family, my King… my father and aunt."

"Not your mother? I thought she was objectively a kind person." I know his family well as they were some of the first-ever Gods.

"She was killed during the time you locked yourself away after fighting back Darkseid." He says with a dull voice.

"Who did it?" I ask curtly.

"Apocalypse." He says with a tinge of anger.

I feel genuine surprise at his answer "The human?"

"Yes, he tried for world conquest but the Hellsing family was able to put him into hibernation." He looks angry but maintains his composure.

"The vampires?... We will talk about this later, you are dismissed." I say with a wave.

He nods as he vanishes and I walk up to the bodies of the teens. I pick them up and bringing them near Raven one by one. Once I have them all in a line laying down I poke the one I recognize in the cheek as I sit next to her.

"Supergirl, wake up." I poke her cheek harder.

Her eyes flutter slowly as she looks at the blue sky. Her eyes quickly snap open as she jumps up kicking sand onto the poor girl next to her.

She looks at me with wide eyes as she begins to calm down. "Lucifer?"

I pat the sand next to me indicating for her to sit down. She slowly begins to wind herself down as she sits in the ground next to me.

My eyes turn serious "What happened here?"
