Morningstar Of Sin

Chapter 56 - Back To Midgard

(A/N: Only one chapter today since my dumb a.s.s stayed up till 10 am playing the Shadowlands pre-patch leveling up character. Got from 45 to 50 in an hour on 3 characters feels REAL GOOD. There will be three chapters tomorrow as long as I walk up at the proper time lol. I'm changing the patreôn at the end of the month to be more accessible to vote on chapters. I'm deleting the 8$ one and putting all 3 10$ ones in place of the 8$ one so your don't have to pay extra for more chapters a week. Also the top tiers will be allowed to make pick characters to appear in the series and the highest tier can make a semi-permanent character as long as it doesn't interfere in the story.

Sorry for long Authors note <3 )

A few hours later someone knocks on the door of the room I'm staying in. I open the door to see Angela on the other side.

I smile "Here for a late-night rendezvous?"

She rolls her eyes "No, we decided on an accord. Odin will give up the throne for the next 10 years to Frigga and Hela will train Thor to be a proper leader."

"That seems rather generous for Hela to give way for," I say a bit confused.

"You are giving her Niflheim to rule correct?"

"If she wants it I don't mind. My wife's p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e always comes first." I say with a mischievous smile.

"Good, that's all she wanted, I think she is more broken up than she says…" Angela says with a bit of worry.

"Worried for your sister are you?" I ask with a small grin.

She shrugs "Sister or not I feel for her, I am not heartless."

"And what do you think of your brother Thor?" I ask sitting on my bed as I do.

"I think he is too obsessed with that girl Jane. Not only that he is too brash. He is not a capable leader." She says with a sigh.

I raise my eyebrows "Do you think I should take Asgard under the rule of Hell?"

She shakes her head "I don't know much of the realms but I think there would be heavy pushback."

I nod with a small smile "Very well. So, what do you hope to find following me to Midgard?"

She looks a bit surprised by my question "I. I don't know. I was always an outcast in Heven. If it weren't for my talent with Holy Fire and the sword I would never have even been recognized. I was only recently appointed the Leader of The Hunt but even that didn't make me happy."

"So you are looking for happiness?" I ask with raised brows.

"Maybe?" She answers uncertainty.

I pat her shoulder "I'm sure you will find my 'family' to your liking. They are all the best women I have met to this day. We will be happy to have you."

A small smile appears on her face "Thank you."

I wink "Anything for my future wife."

She rolls her eyes "Hela will probably stop by in a bit so I'll be going."

"Feel free to 'visit' anytime," I say to her retreating figure.

I lay back down trying to remember how I used to do infernal magic. Although my memories are scattered I still have a bit using magic but I am having trouble controlling it and properly using spells. I'll have to ask my wife when I return to earth.

Only a few minutes later another knock is heard on the door. I open it revealing Hela standing there with a dull face as expected.

I gesture her in "Please, come inside."

She nods as she walks inside with a strut. "I came here to thank you for standing up for me in the banquet hall. That is the first time anything like that has happened… I also came to ask a favor of you…"

I smile "It's no problem, you are a future wife after all… You want Niflehiem right? I have already made it the tenth layer of hell after all."

She looks confused "Who told you?"

I raise my eyebrows "Who do you think?"

"Angela?" I nod at her words.

"It's only been a few hours and you already have a sisterly bond. How cute." I say with a teasing grin.

"Hmph. She is indeed better than that brat Thor." She says not meeting my eyes.

I pull out a contract and set it in front of her on the bed. "Here, sign this if you want the realm."

She reads over the contract while sitting on the edge of the bed. "I am making an exception for you. Usually, I require the marriage to be consummated before I give things over. But I believe you deserve it…"

"That being said you will need to serve me in bed eventually. I don't like giving people handouts." I say with a smile as I lean on the wall across from her.

She nods as she signs the contract. "I will meet you in Midgard once I have the realm in order. There I will… serve you." Once she finishes her words the powers of Niflheim flow into her causing the temperature of the room to plummet and mist to roll off of her.

I nod my head as the contract bursts into flames having been signed. "Go grab Angela for me. I would prefer to get to earth as soon as possible. I have people waiting for me after all."

She nods as she walks out the door with her classic strut walk. I watch her plump a.s.s as she leaves and I begin to feel remorse 'Why am I such a kind person?' I question myself.

From down the hall, I see Angela walking towards me "You didn't have your way with her? I expected to go to your home tomorrow." She says from the doorway.

"You've been talking to your step-mother too much, I'm not that much of a horndog… But I will happily take you as a wife before her if you are offering." I say stepping closer.

"Nope. No such offer." I chuckle at her words.

"Maybe later then, are you ready to go?"

She nods "I am."

Hold out my hand for her to grab. As she touches it we vanish and appear again in my living room of my home in New York.

I look outside and see the sun is just coming over the horizon. Angela is looking out the window with wide eyes at the city below.

"Very different from Asgard and Heven no?" I ask sitting on the couch.

She nods "It isn't as beautiful… but it has a certain charm to it."

"That it does," I say watching the bedroom door waiting for Tandy to rush through.

Angela moves from the window and starts searching the kitchen "What is this?" She asks while opening the fridge.

"It is a refrigerator, it uses refrigerant to circulate changing from liquid to gas causing it to cool. It doesn't use magic instead it uses science and electricity to fuel it." I say leaning back not looking her way.

"And what is t-" Angeal is cut off by Tandy bursting through the bedroom door in a sleeping gown.

"Ab!" She says as she jumps on me with her arms around me.

I wrap my arms around her with a smile "Hello Tandy."

Tandy hugs me tight but loosens when she sees Angela in the kitchen "Another?"

I smirk "What do you mean another?"

"I had two girls come in looking for you with your cards in the last week." She says with a glare.

"Two?" I ask confused.

"Yeah, a Blonde mutant and a regular brunette girl who kept asking questions." She says with an annoyed look.

"Oh, the first one isn't mine. That is a girl I offered my help to since she was in a tough situation. I knew Jessica would need the extra hand in the security firm. As for the second, I am guilty as charged. Where is she?" I say keeping an arm around her.

"I set her up on a lower floor." She says sitting more onto my l.a.p.

"How was magic training with The Ancient One?" I ask curiously.

"Good, I have improved a lot, we have both missed you…" She looks at Angela for a second as she puts a finger on my lips to keep me from replying.

Tandy stands up getting out of my embrace and approaches Angela. She reaches out her hand to shake… Angela is a solid 9 inches taller than her "I am Candy. You can call me Tandy since we'll be sisters. I am Ab's, FIRST woman."

Angela smiles as she shakes Tandy's hand "I am not his woman yet."

"YET!" I yell from the living room causing them both to roll their eyes.
