A battle between two giants is quite a sight to behold. The sheer strength behind their blows is enough to decimate buildings.

Our initial exchange involved a ton of punches and headbutts.

I dodged all of his wide swings while I bashed his gutt in with a well timed body blow, followed by a devastating liver blow. It was so powerful that my fist seemed to dig half way into his body.

But, he didn't recoil from the pain.

I got very suspicious because of that. A liver blow is an extremely painful attack as it directly hits the liver. It's an attack that can incapacitate even the hardiest of individuals from the sheer pain that it causes.

I shrugged it off and bludgeoned his face with my elbows so hard that his nose caved in and it was a bleeding mess. He roared and charged at me with his arms raised, his muscles roaring with power, ready to maul me. I stepped aside and raised my leg to bring it barreling down to thwack the back of his head.

I could vaguely hear the buzzing of the helicoptors in the background.

Our fight was being broadcasted all over the world.

I grabbed Gigantomachia in a rear nȧkėd choke. The behemoth flailed about to free himself but my hold on him was too strong. He tried to hit my head with his elbow, but, he couldn't as I kept dodging the blows.

He finally managed to grab my head and pounded the side of my head with his boulder like fists, forcing me to free him. That bought him a moment of respite from the onslaught of my attacks.

Gigantomachia got up and banged his arms on the ground and charged at me with aggression. As he speared my body, I dug my feet into the ground and ruthlessly bashed his back with my elbows.

While I was certainly damaging his body, as it was evident from the large bruises over his kidneys, the beast was not letting go of me. I formed a club with my hands and hammered into his back with a roar.

But, it seemed to have angered him as he lifted me up and slammed me into the ground. he got on top of me and began slamming his arms over my face.

While his attacks didn't physically hurt me, it was mentally taxing to tank his blows. I grabbed his face by the side and bashed it into the ground followed by an elbow to the back of his head.

He didn't seem to feel any pain like I had expected him to in our earlier fight.

'There's only one way to deal with someone who feels no pain.'

I was going to asphyxiate him while dealing as much damage to him as I could so that he wouldn't be able to get up again.

I created a sphere that encapsulated his head, cutting off the air for him to breathe. Gigantomachia knew that if he didn't break the sphere, he'd faint again so he roared and bashed the sphere with his fists.

I did not let him do that for long.

I grabbed his arm and pulled him towards me. I then rammed my knee into his ċhėst followed by twisting his arm and pulling it out of its socket. Then, I clobbered his triceps hard with my elbow while putting pressure from his forearm. .

The force was too much and it bent his elbow backwards with a lound crack.

The sphere around his head was already doing his work. His movements were slowing down and his breathing was much more ragged.

I got closer and barraged him with my fists, bashing his ribs in and breaking his clavicles. I hit him on the knee and broke his patella.

He was on his knee when I trapped his head between my legs and picked him up over my shoulders. With a cathartic yell, I whammed him into the ground, knocking all the air left in his lungs out of his mouth.

Finally, after such a brutal fight, Gigantomachia was defeated. He had fainted.

The rest of the villains were much easier to deal with for the heroes. I was way too exhausted.

'OFA: GOS' diappeared in a show of bright green embers and I slowly lowered myself to the ground.

Physically and emotionally drained from the eventful day, I used 'Conqueror's will' for one last time, pushing all of my remaining strength into it.

It was enough to overpower thw remaining villains and they fell like skittles one after the other.

The heroes had finally won.

Shigaraki, Dabi and Spinner were among them.

Twice had been killed by Hawks.

Mr. Compress was captured, along with Re-Destro, Trumpet, Geten, Slidin' Go, Gigantomachia and around 17000 members of the Paranormal Liberation Front.

I had vowed to not let anyone die that day.

But, I had failed.

Eel Boy, Native, Funk Man and many other pro heroes were killed in action along with a score of villains, some from injuries sustained while some during the battle itself.

Because of my quick action, the lives of millions of civilians were spared. Despite the deaths of our comrades, it was an overall win for the heroes.

Until...

Lather that evening, prisoners from seven different prison facilities were broken out by Nomus. The worst of all, Tartarus was destroyed.

I had thought that the worst was behind us. I had thought that with the battle over, Shigaraki would be easily taken down and crime would be reduced to an all time low.

How wrong I was...

The country was thrown into chaos by the escaped convicts.

The worst had just begun to show.

It was the beginning of the end.
