My Hero Academia: The Ajin Gamer

Hearing some weird noises and a deep metallic voice from the kitchen, Toga knew something bad was happening.

She quickly rushed downstairs to aid Izuku if necessary, but once she arrived, it was already over.

"Izuku! What happened?" Toga asked.

Izuku sighed and replied, "Someone tried to kill me just now, but it´s all good. I took care of him."

Toga noticed the hole in his shirt and said, "You should have just called for me, you didn´t need to die."

"I am sorry, but this was personal. He tried to impersonate my father and besides, I need to get used to killing."

Toga nodded and replied, "I will at least help you with the clean up. There is blood everywhere and we need to do something about this corpse."

"Corpse won´t be a problem, my quirk should take care of it, but the wall is badly damaged and I am not really sure how to tell my mom what happened. I guess I will just say that someone burgled us and destroyed our house in the process."

Toga quickly cleaned the place with a special liquid.

She had a few tiny bottles of this special liquid in her bag.

They were really usefull, especially because they can get rid of things like blood and fingerprints easily.

Toga was in his house before, but she never really observed her surroundings. There were numerous things all around the kitchen and the living room.

One thing that stood out from rest was the grandfather's clock.

Toga looked at it while feeling a bit nostalgic.

'We used to have a similar clock in our house, until I...' Toga lamented.

Noticing the time, she looked at Izuku and said, "It´s almost time for you to meet that weirdo, isn´t it? I overheard your conversation. I will definitely buy you a gift once the time comes!"

Izuku laughed and replied, "You don't really have to. Come to think of it, when is your birthday?"

"Oh.. My birthday... It should be the seventh of August if I remember correctly. I didn't really celebrate birthdays that much."

'7th of August? Isn't that tomorrow? I should get her something on my way back.' Izuku thought.

They continued with their chatter until they heard the bell ring.

"Damn, how is she here already?! Quick! Go and answer the door Toga-san! I still need to hide the body and wipe the floor!" saying that, Izuku immediately put impostor's body into the inventory and got back to cleaning.

Toga quickly stood up and answered the door.

"Tche, took you long enough Deku, I was about to break the door down.. Wait.. Who the heck are you?!"

"Heya! My name is Himiko To~ga! Nice to meet ya!" Toga replied in a cheerful voice.

Katsuro knew that this was the woman who Izuku was with, she had to admit she was good looking, however, she had the same kind of personality as Itsuka, which pissed her off. Moreover, she was in his house.

"Where is Deku?! Step aside!" Katsuro shouted at her.

Hearing what she said, Toga smiled but didn't move from her spot.

"I am afraid I can't let you do that, I don't know this Deku person, but Izuku asked me to hold you off for a while."

'Asked her to hold me off?! What is he thinking?! Heck who is she anyway!?'

Katsuro clenched her fists as her anger boiled to a dangerous level.

"Let. Me. In."

"Now now.. You don't need to act scary, I won't let you in anyway. You will have to use force, but ditzy.. I won't hold back." Toga smirked.

Seeing that she was mocking her, Katsuro swung her fist towards Toga and mercilessly used her explosion quirk.

Toga attempted to catch her fist, but her entire hand was blown away due to the explosion that occurred. Be it someone else, it could have been a very lethal attack, however, Toga isn't a human. She regenerated her hand back immediately, making it seem like she just caught her fist without a problem.

"What?!" Katsuro didn't see what happened through the smoke she caused with her explosion, but she was extremely surprised, since she expected this woman would dodge her attack, but instead, she caught it easily.

Looking a bit lost, she figured the girl in front of her was much more stronger than she was. She pulled her fist back and retreated to a safe distance.

The two girls stared at each other in silence till Izuku interrupted them.

"What is happening outside of my house? Kacchan, did you use your explosion quirk again? Don't you know it shouldn't be used on other people untill you get your hero license? What if she got hurt?!"

Katsuro looked at him in disdain. "Deku.. You finally decided to show up. I have several questions you bastard! Who the heck is she, and why was she in your house?! What were you doing in there and why did you tell her to hold me off?!"

Izuku sighed and started explaining everything with some lies here and there.

"So.. She is one of your new friends, you were burgled and you didn't want her to stop me, but auntie. Well.. I agree that she would most likely panic." Katsuro calmed down after hearing his explanation.

"Forget about panicking, If she came home and saw all of this mess, she would have a heart attack. We were still cleaning this place up when you arrived. Sorry if you took it the wrong way. Anyway, you have already arrived, so why don't you come in?" Izuku replied.

Katsuro nodded and entered the house.

Izuku didn't really want to let her in, but it would be really impolite to just kick her out.

The moment she entered the house, a weird smell attacked her nose.

'It smells like some kind of a cream, or a lotion. But something foul is mixed in... Is it.. Blood?'

Her nose was really s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e. Ignoring the smell, she looked around the room.

Some parts of the floor were still wet, and the right side of the wall was in a bad state. She looked at the wall and saw a single dot of red near the damaged part.

She frowned as she knew what it was.

'Blood. Something doesn't add up. Did he lie to me?'

She looked at him and noticed his torn clothes.

"What's up with your clothes Deku? A new fashion trend?"

Izuku laughed and replied, "I was training. I've just returned from my training session."

'He is lying. He was with this girl and his clothes were fine when I saw them.'

She sighed and decided to keep quiet about it.

"So. What brings you here Kacchan?" Izuku asked.

"I.. Actually.. I was on my way home from that dumbass Itsuka, when I saw your house. I thought I would give you a visit, but I guess you've got quite a situation on your hands."

"Oh.. You were at Itsuka's house? How is she? Is she feeling better?" Izuku was genuinely curious, it's been a while since he heard from Itsuka.

"She is more than fine. She annoys me every day like a bug. I feel like she is completely back to her old self. She just makes fun of me now that she has 2 quirks.

Ugh just thinking about her makes my head hurt." Katsuro grabbed her head in anger.

Izuku smiled and replied, "That's good. I am glad she is okay now. Oh, by the way, what did you mean by saying she makes fun of you everyday? Are you visiting her everyday or something?"

Hearing him, Katsuro trembled, "Y-Yeah..but don't take it the wrong way. I still hate her!"

"I am so glad you are taking care of her. Say hello to her for me, would ya?"

"S-Sure.."

Katsuro wiped the sweat off her head, 'That was close.. I absolutely can't tell him that I am staying over at her place. The moment I told my mom about her situation, she kicked me out of the house and told me to stay over at her house to take care of her. I had to get permission from Itsuka's mom first, but she agreed right away and now I am stuck in there.'

Toga was only listening throughout the whole conversation. She didn't have a need to say anything, so she just quietly listened and absorbed information.

"Well.. I think I should just return back to that annoying girl. I guess I will see you later?"

"Sure. Call me anytime you want. I am busy these days, but I should be able to find some free time like today."

"Goodbye, Deku." "Bye Kacchan." "Bye Bye Ditzy!"

She turned around and glared at Toga.

"I will have a rematch with you in the future, just you wait!"

"Su~re, a~nytime." Toga playfully winked.

Katsuro was about to leave, when she saw something in the corner of her eyes. Under the couch, was a knife, with a weird liquid on top of it.

'You are really hiding something. But.. I guess everyone has a few secrets.'

She left Izuku's house while thinking about the whole burglary thing.

After she left, Izuku breathed out a sigh of relief.

"She looked that way, but I think she didn't see it. That was dangerous."

"Yeah, but why didn't you just put it into that weird portal thingy. Wouldn't that save you trouble?" Toga asked.

"Well, I forgot about the knife, and the moment I heard the explosion outside I saw the knife on the ground so I quickly kicked it under the couch and rushed outside." Izuku replied.

Toga nodded and said, "Oh. Look at the time, I think that you are late for your meet up."

Izuku looked at the grandfather's clock, it was 5:15pm.

We have agreed to meet up at 5:00pm.

'I still need to change my clothes. Why is everything so f.u.c.k.e.d today?!'

Izuku took off his clothes and took out spare ones from his inventory.

Toga just looked at him without saying anything.

"Ah.. Sorry that you had to see me like this twice today... I don't really have a habit of taking off my clothes in front of someone haha"

"Sure. I don't really mind. If I was as hungry as I was 30 minutes ago, I would definitely pounce on you though."

Izuku shivered at the thought and replied, "Don't even joke about that! Anyway, I need to run. If my mom comes back, just say the story about the burglar and if she asks where I went, then tell her I went to meet the hero who is training me."

Toga nodded and said, "Sure. Bye bye~"

Toshinori was standing at the beach while waiting for Izuku to show up.

'Just where is my boy. Did he forget? This is the last day. I won't be able to meet him till he gets to the U.A. I need to give this to him before I go.'

Just as he was thinking whether he should call him or not, he saw Izuku jumping from one pile of trash to another. He was trying to find All Might.

"Hey.. Young Midoriya. I am glad you came."

Hearing the frail voice of his mentor, Izuku dashed to his location and apologized for being late.

"I am so sorry I am late. Something bad happened and I had to deal with it. I hope you aren't angry with me."

Toshinori shook his head and said, "Don't worry, I am just glad you could make it."

Toshinori changed into his hero form and said, "I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH YOUR PROGRESS SO FAR AND I'VE BROUGHT YOU YOUR GIFT!"

All Might plucked one strand of hair from his head and gave it to Izuku.

Izuku looked at it in confusion and asked, "What... Am I supposed to do with this?"

All Might awkwardly cleared his throat and said, "WELL... YOU SEE...EHM.. EAT IT!"

"Excuse me? I... didn't quite catch that... Could you... Repeat that?"

All Might was feeling embarrassed. There was no other way for the boy to receive his quirk. He had to receive his DNA in some way and this was the best choice.

He took a deep breath and said, "YOU SHOULD... EAT IT!"

Izuku's expression changed from confusion to disgust as he imagined himself eating this strand of hair.

"No way In hell am I eating that!"

All Might was surprised at his outburst but it wasn't unexpected. He said those exact words to his master when she offered her powers to him.

"DON'T BE LIKE THAT YOUNG MIDORIYA, I KNOW IT'S WEIRD, BUT YOU HAVE TO EAT IT TO BE STRONGER. THIS IS MY GIFT TO YOU."

Izuku looked at him with a serious expression before pulling out his phone.

"HM? WHO ARE YOU CALLING YOUNG MIDORIYA?"

"Ah.. Don't worry, Its just Nemuri. It's been a long time since I've called her. She loves gossiping, so I bet she would like this one." Izuku replied.

Realizing what he just said, All Might's face twisted into a weird shape and he looked as if his soul left his body.

"NO!! YOUNG MIDORIYA, PLEASE.. LISTEN.. I BEG OF YOU.. IT'S REALLY A PRESENT. IT'S MY QUIRK, I PLANNED ON GIVING YOU MY quirk and this is the only way to absorb it!" in the middle of his speech, All Might transformed back into his frail form.

It is unknown whether it was due to running out of time or being scared of Nemuri

Izuku put away his phone and looked at him.

'He doesn't seem to be lying. Observe!'

-If the user wills it, the user is able to give his quirk away to other person.

The only way to give away quirk is to consume DNA from the original user.

If the body of the user which receives the quirks is weak, he dies immediately.

"I was just joking. Of course I believed you. But... It's just.. Too weird." Izuku said.

Seeing that the boy won't call the scary lady, he breathed a sigh of relief.

"I know it's hard to believe, but to receive my legacy, you need to eat it, boy."

Izuku took the strand of hair from Toshinori's hands and cheered himself on mentally.

'You can do it.. You've died multiple times, you've even killed a person. Eating hair... Shouldn't be that bad, right?'

Izuku looked at All Might and asked, "Can I flush it down with some water?"

"Ehm.. I am not sure.. I think you can. When I received it, I ate it raw. It was so disgusting." Toshinori lamented.

Izuku rolled his eyes on this person.

'I think I might just call Nemuri after this.'

He picked out a water bottle from his inventory, put the hair in his mouth, and gulped it all down.

'His quirk never ceases to amaze me.' Toshinori thought.

"Good, The quirk should manifest within next 2 hours. If it doesn't, then...you need to eat it raw without water." Toshinori nervously laughed.

Izuku grit his teeth and thought.

'You will regret admitting me to U.A. Just wait how your reputation falls the moment she hears this.'

Throwing the water bottle away, he checked his body with observe and the quirk was indeed in his stats. However, it was still blocked by a restriction.

"Thank you for your... Gift. I honestly believe this will make me stronger in the future." it was weird thanking for a strand of hair, but Izuku genuinely liked it since it made him stronger.

'In 2 hours, I will be able to try it out. I guess I will just wait here then.'

"Alright, I've already talked with Nezu and your test will begin a day before the actually exam. There will be 2 more recommended students who will be taking the same test as you. I shouldn't be saying this, but your test will be a fight against a hero. You still have about 5 months left to prepare. I hope you can pass the exam without a problem." Toshinori said.

"I am more than prepared for the exams. I will pass it easily. You don't need to worry. So.. Anyway.. Other than cleaning up this beach, do you have any other thing for me to do? Clean another beach or catch a villain? " Izuku asked.

"No. This whole beach cleaning thing was so that you can survive the effects of my quirk. Your body has to be strong enough to hold the power in. If you were weak, you would definitely die. I was never really good at teaching or explaining things, all I can help you with, is your foundation."

Izuku nodded and replied, "I don't really think you need to teach me anything. I will handle it myself. I am just grateful for your gift. "

"Okay. I should go now, see you in U.A. boy! Good luck out there!"

Toshinori moved his hand forward and formed a perfect fist.

Seeing what he was trying to do, Izuku laughed and fist bumped him back.

On his way back, Izuku went to a jewelry store and bought a present for Toga.

"I wanted to wait for the quirk to emerge, but it's a good thing I left early, since this shop would be already closed by the time I was done with checking my quirk out.

I bought her a necklace, it was kinda expensive, but she said she never really enjoyed her birthday properly. I gotta make this one a special one. Oh... Wait... I still don't know how old she is. Damn it!"

Izuku was completely tired. He just wanted to lay down in bed and rest for at least a month.

'I still need to call Nemuri and make a cake for Toga. Just how stressful can one day be? I died multiple times today, killed a person and ate something disgusting. Probably the worst day of my life. I've got no energy whatsoever, and I might even kill myself, just to regain it back. I wouldn't die for real anyway." Izuku sighed.
