"No. Of course not. I am just stating fact. I also don't think your fiancé would like to hear this," Zang Fang spat the word fiancé with disdain. 

Even if he knew Suzuki Kyou and he treat him as his friend, there was no way he wanted giving Han Mei away. 

"Mei Mei…" He whispered softly, "I've been at a remote part of the world, all this time, I only wanted to go back and explain to you, apologize for acting an asshole. But, I can't help it. That time I just want to-"

"Stop!" Han Mie hissed. "I don't want your explanation. Yes, if I sue you it will be a scandal and it will affect my engagement. Regardless what you say, it is despicable for you to do that to me! You don't have any excuse!" She was fuming. It was the first in her life that she was boiling in anger to the point of trembling.

She subconsciously held her stomach to relax. Han Mei needed to stop feeling agitated. 

"Mei Mie-"

"Don't call me that. We are not close," She said chillingly, "Listen. If you still have a little bit of conscience, leave me alone. Then I will continue to pretend that what happened to us is just a nightmare! Don't contact me again!" Han Mei said before she hangs up the phone. 

Han Mei sat on Han Jie's with unshed tears. She then caressed her stomach carefully. "I'm sorry, baby. Mommy is stupid and must fix her mistakes. Mommy can't let us be with your father."

Han Jie felt like a thief caught for stealing. She also knew that it will take a lot of effort for her to be able to convince Suzuki Kyou to cooperate to her plan. 

What if he decided to chop her to pieces instead because he is so unhappy? 

He won't be mad if she caused further inconvenience right? 

What if he get's upset with her?

Han Jie needed to figure out what to do if that happens. One thing is for sure she won't be a push over. 

As her imagination runs wild, the more she felt guilty and dread the high possibility of being stoned to death if she won't confess her sins. 

Scratch that. Han Jie realized that being stoned to death is punishable by law. It is so old school as well and its not the ideal way for her to die. 

'Damn, why am I thinking of death? I don't really have the suicidal tendencies. Or do I?' Han Jie questioned herself as she followed Suzuki Kyou to his office. 

She could not help but release a heavy sigh as she followed the big boss. Han Jie was really acting behave even Jonah was surprised about it. 

Suzuki Kyou was not speaking of course that goes to everyone else. 

The short ride on the elevator felt long and suffocating. Han Jie could feel her heart in her throat. 

*Ding*

Han Jie was startled with the sound of the elevator when it reached the 12th floor, where Suzuki Kyou's office is located. 

"Miss Han, you were just recently. How are you doing? Did you forget something?" Assistant Ye asked with a smile on his face. In all honesty, he was quite sure the one standing in front of him is the twin sister. He could just remember the issue recently with the young master of the Xie family. 

Assistant Ye is not really someone who does so might as well asked as if he did not know anything. 

"Huh?" Han Jie was confused, "Er, you must be talking about-"

"Get in," Suzuki Kyou suddenly said halting their conversation. 

"Miss," Jonah called out. Han Jie shook her head indicating that she needed to talk to Suzuki Kyou alone. 

Han Jie released a deep breath before she got inside the room. Suzuki Kyou motioned for her to sit and that's what she did. 

Suzuki Kyou sat on his office chair and immediately opened a folder. 

"Kyou-" Han Jie opened her mouth but Suzuki Kyou raised his hand as if asking her to wait. 

Han Jie frowned. She really wanted to start a conversation sooner since she just sneaked out. However, she did not expect for him to not do so. 

'Am I supposed to wait for him? When will he finish from reading that folder?' Han Jie thought to herself unhappily. 

It took her a lot of courage to approach Suzuki Kyou and try to speak with him. Also, he seemed to have recognize that she was not her twin sister Han Mei. She was sure of this, by just basing on how he was currently acting. 

The door of the office opened. Assistant Ye went in, with a cup of chocolate and a plate of two donuts. 

Han Mei's eyes brightened. Since Suzuki Kyou was so busy might as well eat first. 

After the food was placed in front of her, Han Jie muttered a soft 'thank you' then immediately dig in. 

It did not take long for the two donut to be devoured and disappeared into her tummy. 

Unlike Han Mei who could not eat under pressure, Han Jie would eat more when she was so stressed. That is more so if the food is free. 

Also, it was always in her motto to not waste food. 

She was eating with enthusiastically, that Han Jie did not notice that the man who was supposed to be busy was looking at her discretely with narrowed eyes. 

"Arg, so hot!" Han Jie after she attempted to drink the hot chocolate. 

Assistant Ye chuckled. "Don't rush. My boss is willing to wait for you," He said teasingly. It was a good thing that it seems Miss Han is currently back on her original self. 

The confusion could not be blamed with Assistant Ye as his boss was not able to explain things clearly. Yes, there was an issue with the Xie young master before when they had the man sued for trespassing, which is also the time Assistant Ye first time he saw the Han twin sisters, it still did not mean he could just distinguish the difference. That is the case since Han Jie was supposed to be acting as Han Mei most of the time. 

The Han twin sisters, even thought the body weight is different, the difference won't be explicitly noticed unless the person looked closely. 

Assistant Ye also would not bother to look closely unless his boss really wanted him to. 

Why? 

As someone who had been working with Suzuki Kyou for a while, Assistant Ye knew that if he stared at the correct Han Mei, his boss might make his life miserable. With that in mind, it was best to treat both Miss Han as his boss fiancé, and make sure that all is happy. 

It is safe and can be considered as professional customer service. 

Han Jie embarrassingly covered her mouth. She was in a hurry to drink the chocolate, cause, duh, its chocolate. Also, it's her way to release her frustration. 

Aside from that, she planned to finish the food, faster than the usual so that Assistant Ye would leave. After that, she could stare at Suzuki Kyou until he could not bear it anymore. This way, he will talk to her sooner, right? 

Who told her to hurt herself? 

"Can I have, cold chocolate for the meantime? I will let this one cool first," She said, feeling disappointed for not being able to finish the drink. 'Well, I can still drink it, later.' 

Assistant Ye grinned. It was nice to know that he was dealing with the usual Miss Han who is very easy to please. 

Probably the last time she was in the office, she was muddleheaded or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Because of this she was asking cancel the engagement. 

Assistant Ye was not sure if he should cry or laugh. Because that time, the documents that was damaged were already signed and notarized. Aside from that, the project cost billions! 

So one could just imagine the things that he need to deal with to fix the said documents. Not to mention the fact that his boss was going all over the place that is not business related.

It was frustrating for a poor employee like him. 

Assistant Ye returned with a cold chocolate drink that Han Jie happily accepted and happily drank it. The glass tall and there was foam and ice on it. 

So good! 

Han Jie wanted to ask for more as it's the best way to make her feel better. It would be good if their talk will go as she hoped for.
