Han Jie stormed into the suite and slammed the door shut behind her.

'How could he do that to me?' She asked herself angrily, 'We are supposed to be friends at least!' Han Jie was fuming inside. Aside from not helping her, Suzuki Kyou even left her!

She could still remember how he replied a flat 'no' then adding, 'don't even try it', before he left the car just like that.

At that time, he was still in a daze and figuring out how to change his mind, but before she could even come up with an idea, his driver and Jonah asked him to leave.

Remembering about Jonah, Han Jie glared at him with contempt. Her eyes were like shouting, 'Traitor!' with a vengeance.

Han Jun looked up and saw her feeling aggrieved. He immediately smirked wickedly at Han Jie.

"What took you guys so long?" He asked, sarcastically making Han Jie's face turn red. He only joined them earlier in the elevator to buy something at the mall.

"Hmph! Not talking to you!" Han Jie declared grumpily.

Han Feng quickly rose his newspaper up to cover his smile and did not comment.

"Why are you even here, still?" Han Jie asked through gritted teeth.

He shrugs his shoulders, "I am waiting for my flight and someone else who might suddenly sneak out and join me to City S." Han Jun said nonchalantly.

Han Jie stiffened on that, and that action from her was an enough give away. So she could only glare at him.

"Good thing you are back, though." Han Jun said, now smiling happily.

Han Jie's right eye twitched in irritation. As she began to stamp towards Han Jun, her father's words stopped her in her tracks.

"Why don't you go plot your revenge Jie'er, later? I'm sure you can do it later, because your cousin needs to leave soon." Han Feng said, still hiding behind his newspaper.

Despite him not looking at Han Jie, she knew that they were looking at her amusedly. She felt like laughing and crying at the same time.

If Suzuki Kyou helped her, there was no way these people could stop her from going to City S.

"Yes, father." Han Jie muttered, glaring at her father. She made sure to kick Han Jun in the shin as she walked past him.

Han Jun bit back a curse causing Han Jie to giggle as she glided into her room. Jonah scowled at Han Jie from the doorway of her room again.

Han Jie sat down on a stool in front of the dresser mirror and sighed before she reached for the makeup wipes. 'Nifty invention.' She thought as she sighed and pulled out one.

There was a knock at the door. When she said 'come in' Jonah opened the door, stared at her for a while before walking into the room and closing the door quietly behind him.

"Miss, you really wanted to sneak out, don't you?" Jonah said, accusingly almost growling causing Han Jie to jump and glare at him before settling down.

"Well, that was not really the best idea," Jonah said, sitting on the already made bed.

Han squirmed on the stool in front of the dresser mirror. "What was?" She asked innocently, still trying not to accept that her plan failed.

Jonah rose a brow at Han Jie, making her squirm and reminding her of Suzuki Kyou. Han Jie remained quiet as she continued to wipe her makeup off.

She honestly regretted asking Suzuki Kyou earlier, because, with the way her family was acting, it seems they were informed of her request.

After the silence remained for a while, Jonah sighed, "Miss, just let the experts take care of it themselves." He said after breaking the silence.

Han Jie mumbled something he couldn't hear. "What?" Jonah asked, confused.

"He played a dirty trick on me, and he did not even help me." Han Jie mumbled a little louder, her tone sad and annoyed. She had the feeling that Suzuki Kyou should be ignored for a while.

'But he is so handsome… How can I even ignore him?' Han Jie thought to herself tauntingly.

"What? He just took you out for a drive to his office." Jonah said, guessing correctly. "How can that be called a dirty trick?"

"How would you understand what I feel?" Han Jie asked, narrowing her eyes at Jonah. 'You are not the one who has a failed plan.'

Jonah shrugged his shoulders before replying, "Don't tell me you are upset that he needed to leave. He has work, Miss. You can't blame that on him." He explained patiently. In his view, Han Jie was just looking for someone to blame since what she wanted did not happen.

"Oh." Han Jie said thoughtfully. Jonah was right, but she still would not admit it loudly.

Han Jie quietly finished wiping off her makeup before standing up to pace.

Jonah recognized the look on her face. 'She's going to get her revenge.' He thought almost amusedly. To whom? CEO Suzuki? Heh. That would be entertaining to watch.

Despite Jonah being calm, he still knew that it was going to be a long day.

"Go get some sleep Jonah, we'll leave after lunch." Han Jie suddenly said, startling Jonah out of his thoughts.

"What?" Jonah asked, dazed.

"I will also sleep, Jonah. Get some sleep as well, and I'll call you after lunch. Be ready to roll." Han Jie said, not quite repeating herself, could barely holding in her excitement. She had another plan and hoped it would work out.

"Are you sure you would be able to sleep?" Jonah said, looking at her trembling body.

Han Jie sighed, "Nope," She said, popping the p, "but I would like to try."

"Why not, go now, and we can sleep through dinner?" Jonah suggested. He did not want to sleep so that Han Jie would have a chance to leave without him knowing.

Han Jie paused thoughtfully before shaking her head, vigorously, "No. I need to rest too."

With that, Jonah agreed reluctantly, but the mind was already planning on what to do to make sure he would not be left out.

"Oh! Don't forget to get your disguise, and we are going out later." Han Jie said, barely able to contain her excitement.

Jonah got up and started to leave the room. "Where are we going later?" He asked, pausing at the door.

"Shopping."

After lunch…

Han Jie managed to have a quick nap before she woke up after lunch. She was so energized and feeling better, so they left immediately.

"This is not shopping," Jonah said through gritted teeth.

They had changed into their yesterday's disguises and waltzed out of the hotel like a couple going out. What Jonah hadn't realized was that their first stop was at a 'flower shop.'

Jonah watched Han Jie pick out the right card for her message to Suzuki Kyou.

The bouquet she had picked was large and distracting enough, why did she have to pick a pink card with large red hearts on it to send to her fiance.

"Yes, it is." Han Jie cheerfully said as she thought of the right message to write.

After a few minutes of thinking, she finally wrote:

Have a lovely day!

-HM xoxoxo.

Han Jie smiled in satisfaction.

Jonah blinked at the card then stared at her. "That is not really necessary." He said, refusing to address the message itself.

"I know." Han Jie said more cheerful than before. She wrote the address on the back of the card and handed the card to the florist.

"Don't put the card in an envelope." Han Jie said, handing the florist her credit card.

"Alright, miss. Thank you." The florist replied with a smile.

Han Jie smiled brightly at the woman and skipped out of the shop.

Jonah followed at a much slower pace wishing the earth would open up and swallow him up.

"Hurry, hurry, let's go!" Han Jie said excitedly, skipping into the boutique right across the street.

Jonah almost had a heart attack when Han Jie did not check for traffic before skipping across the street.

Jonah almost ran into the boutique as he looked around wildly for Han Jie.

"I found it." Han Jie said from behind him.

Jonah turned and breathed a sigh of relief before noticing the dress. "What is that?" He asked, breathing hard.

"My revenge dress, of course." Han Jie said excitedly.

Han Jie turned to go pay for the dress but slammed into another woman. They both took a few steps backward after the collision.

"I'm sorry -" Han Jie started to say before looking at the woman fully.

"J… Jie?" The woman stuttered. She was just as surprised by Han Jie. Quickly, the woman bowed her head and ran quickly out of the boutique.

"Mie Mei." Han Jie whispered before running after.
