I stood on the grand stage, a towering figure amidst the sea of people who had come to witness my departure. The bright sun glimmered on my armor, sending rays of golden light in every direction. I surveyed the crowd before me, taking in their faces and expressions.

They were a curious mix of hope and apprehension, their eyes fixed on me with an intensity that bespoke their desire for leadership. And I, their king, had no intention of disappointing them.

As I waited for them to settle down, I allowed myself a moment to savor the sweet scent of victory that hung in the air. The people had sensed the wealth that lay ahead, and their excitement was palpable.

But amidst the raucous cheers and the thunderous applause, I could sense Chloe's growing fury. She had always been fiercely protective of me, and her anger was understandable.

The chants of the people grew louder, their voices rising in unison to herald my name. I couldn't help but smile in satisfaction, reveling in the adulation of my subjects.

But my moment of triumph was cut short when I saw Chloe's face. Her features were twisted in a mask of rage, and I could feel her fury emanating from her like a physical force.

I kept my gaze fixed on her through my peripheral vision, watching as she fumed silently. She was getting angrier by the minute, her frustration at not being included in my plans reaching a boiling point.

But I knew what I had to do. Raising my hands, I signaled that it was time for me to leave. And as I spoke to the crowd, my words echoing across the sea of people, a hush fell over them.

"I will go now, and I will return with riches beyond measure. But remember, my people, that you are the lifeblood of this city. Protect yourselves, protect your children, and protect the legacy of our great civilization."

With those words, I descended from the stage, mounted my horse, and rode off into the distance. And as I left the city behind, I could hear the sound of the people's chanting echoing in my ears.

"All praise the king... All praise the King... Long live King Williams."

As I rode towards the battlefield, the weight of the upcoming battle hung heavily on my mind. I could feel the tension in the air, and the adrenaline pumping through my veins. The sun was shining high above, casting a warm glow on everything around me. But, I could feel the coldness in my heart.

As I approached the army waiting for me, my heart raced. The sight of my soldiers standing at attention, waiting for my command, filled me with a sense of pride and responsibility. I took a deep breath, and with a nod to my lieutenant, I signaled for the army to move out.

Our journey was a long and arduous one, as we made our way up north. The landscape changed drastically, with rugged mountains and barren lands stretching as far as the eye could see. But, the intelligence minion who accompanied me on this journey, made it bearable.

He was a small man with a sharp mind, and a keen sense of direction. He had traveled these parts before and knew the lay of the land like the back of his hand. As we traveled, he pointed out various cities and landmarks, regaling me with stories and legends associated with each place.

As we drew closer to the enemy territory, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. The five brothers we were up against were notorious for their cunning and ruthlessness. They had amassed an army of over 25,000 soldiers, and their reputation preceded them.

My army numbered only 10,000 soldiers, but I knew that we had the advantage of unity. The brothers, for all their strength, could never stand together against each other. I knew that this battle would be won not by numbers alone, but by strategy and wit.

As the battle began, the sounds of clashing swords and battle cries filled the air. The battle was fierce and brutal, but my soldiers fought valiantly. The intelligence minion proved to be an invaluable asset, providing me with timely updates on the enemy movements.

As the battle raged on, I couldn't help but think about the minion's words on brotherhood. The once inseparable brothers were now at each other's throats, consumed by hate and jealousy. The walls of their brotherhood had crumbled, and there was no going back.

In the end, our army emerged victorious, and the brothers were defeated. But, the words of the intelligence minion stayed with me. I realized that the true victory lay not in defeating the enemy, but in preserving the bonds of brotherhood and love. For once these bonds are broken, they can never be mended again.

A brother turned enemy is the worst kind of enemy because they know all about you, and hurting them will eventually hurt you someday as well. So, this was also the case with the five brothers from five different cities; they were brothers, but they were never going to help each other. The reason behind this is that if they were such close brothers, they would have built their structures closer to each other. But alas, the greed for power and territory had separated them.

The three brothers who had a pact were also based on need, not brotherhood. It was a mutually beneficial agreement, and they would abandon it as soon as they no longer needed each other. They had no loyalty to one another and would turn against each other if their interests conflicted.

The minion spoke continually while I wasn't able to hear or understand anything because I was lost in my own world of fantasy. The landscape around us was barren and desolate, with nothing but endless sand dunes as far as the eye could see. The sun beat down mercilessly on our backs, and the scorching heat made it difficult to breathe. The journey was grueling, and it felt like an eternity.

Finally, we reached our destination, a city that was once prosperous but now lay in ruins. The walls were crumbled, and the buildings were burned down to the ground. It was a ghost town, and the only sound we could hear was the howling wind.

I wanted to attack the city as soon as we reached there so that the other two brothers could not come to help this brother out. I had planned something sinister for the city, something that would make the inhabitants fear us. We would leave a trail of destruction in our wake, and the other cities would tremble at the thought of crossing us.

I gave the order to attack, and my army sprang into action. The sound of swords clashing and men shouting echoed through the silent streets. We were like a swarm of locusts, devouring everything in our path. The people fled in terror, and we chased after them mercilessly.

After the city had been conquered, we rested for the night. I sat down in the shade of a tree and closed my eyes. The cool breeze was a relief from the scorching heat, and the rustling of leaves was music to my ears. I asked an intelligent variant to give my horse water and something to eat. The horse was also tired because it had been continually walking for several hours. I had become tired even by riding the horse. But I knew that this was only the beginning, and there were still four more cities to conquer.
