My Ultimate Ambition

Yoona returned home thinking that Seohwa had come back but on not seeing even her shadow she went back to the place they separated from with hope that she might be waiting for her there.

Disappointed on not finding her there, she browsed around the streets hoping to find her but she avoided the area they saw the thugs earlier in the day.

Meanwhile, Seohwa went home hoping that her Miss was there, Lady Lee was surprised to see her come back without Yoona and asked if she didn't see her on the way as she went to find her in the marketplace.

Seohwa returned to the market to look for her miss but didn't find her , she became scared as night was fast approaching and soon it will be curfew time, just as she was about to yell her Miss name she saw her at the corner of the street near an inn massaging her foot.

"Seohwa where are you?" she cried.

Seeing her Miss in such a state because of her, she felt ashamed of herself for abandoning her that time to cool herself down, if she had known that the day would turn out this way she wouldn't have left her even for a second.

Running towards her with tears running down her cheeks, she shouted her Miss name. Yoona hearing her voice stood up and ran towards the voice with only one shoe on. She has never been relieved to hear someone's voice the way she is now.

Hugging Seohwa, she asked her where she has been, Seohwa narrated the whole story to her , noticing that her Miss has only one shoe on she ran to get the remaining one for her.

Dragging her Miss to seat down on the inn's bench, she removed the other shoe from her foot and massaged it for her , blowing hot air on it to make her cold feet warm she broke down into tears.

"Miss , I am very sorry to make you suffer on my account...*sniffs* if I had known we will miss on each other l wouldn't have left you alone, punish me anyhow you like and I will accept it wholeheartedly"

Yoona at loss for words, rubbed her head and told her that massaging her foot has waived whatever debt she owes her for making her suffer that day.

Feeling better now because her cold feet is now warm, they returned home to avoid being caught up with curfew time.

Now at home, they reported to Teacher Lee that they were back safe and sound. Yoona dragged her into the room and narrated her ordeal and encounter with both the thugs and the young master.

With widened eyes, Seohwa nearly puked when she heard that her Miss was nearly struck with a sword, feeling more guilty and blaming herself for it she started another session of crying.

Cuddling the crying girl, she wiped away the streaming tears and told her that it was not her fault such a thing happened.

Trying to lighten up the mood, she told her about the young master she met and her arranged meeting with him the next day.

Grinning from ear to ear, Seohwa stopped crying and started blushing with her ears turning very red, Yoona teased her that she is blushing as if she's the one going for the date, Yoona continued by asking her if there is anyone she likes and her cheeks turned flaming red .

"Oh my god! there really is someone" Yoona continued.

Seohwa couldn't take it anymore and made to run out but remembering what happened earlier, she turned into a statue not moving anywhere, she swore that no matter how embarrassed she was in the future because of her Miss's teasing ,she will never run away again as she have learnt her lessons.

Laughing at the statue-like Seohwa, Yoona stopped teasing her and told her to go to sleep as the night has been far spent.

They both bade themselves a goodnight and Seohwa retired to her room .

At Prince Song's residence, he came back home after shaking off his pursuers and going to back to the marketplace to look for the beauty he saw, for the first time in his life someone made his heart beat very fast.

He knows that it wasn't just her beauty that made him attracted to her but her attitude, this is the first time a girl ever saw his face without blushing or drooling over him, the girl was even very angry with him .

Ever since he remembers, girls has been throwing themselves at him , he found it disgusting but soon adapted to it and started playing with them hence the name' the play boy prince'

Remembering the name he chuckled but some part of him hopes that the girl never finds out about it, that is if he finds her.

Not finding the girl, he wanted to go to a brothel not very far from the one they went before but he started feeling guilty as if he is a cheating husband not wanting to be caught by his wife, surprised at his inner war he sighed and went to a nearby inn to drink.

After drinking he went home to find someone from the palace waiting for him, on inquiry the lady greeted him very politely and gave him a message that the empress dowager requests for his presence at the palace the next day.

The lady left leaving him wondering why the dowager is looking for him as the latter has never paid him any close attention.

Calming himself down, he convinced himself that he will find out the reason the next day.

With that conviction, he went to sleep after eating the meal his servants prepared for him.

That night he dreamt. He dreamt that the girl was smiling at him and whispering sweet words to his ears but for some unknown reason he felt that he was creating the dream himself because whenever he moves to hug her she disappears.

Feeling contented that the girl smiled at him at least, he snored away the night and had the best sleep of his life .
