Mystical Academy: The Mystery of the World

"What are you laughing about?!" he asked. "Oh," I glance at him and the expression on his face got what I am thinking. "You are not! Tell me that you are not thinking that nymphs you are thinking are only females?!"

"Sad to say!" I say breathlessly. I am freaking all red from laughing and my stomach really hurts.

"Alright, let me clear things to you. Yes, nymphs are female spirit. Males are called Demigods. However, nymph is resemble for maidens but it is also used to us, males. In folktale, we are called fairies and elves and so on and so forth, but that's what they call it here, in your world."

"So, are goblins and gnomes are real?"

"Well, yes of course. Those creature are somewhat helpers in our kingdom."

Woah, very interesting. I should call him fairy. That would be very amusing and ridiculous. He narrowed his eyes on me and I just realized that I was grinning from ear to ear. Grinning like a naughty little girl thinking about such crazy things. Well, that's what I am. Naughty.

"Why do I have this feeling, like you are going to fed me to trolls? Geez, goose bumps."

"Are trolls real?" I asked moving a little closer to him like my mother is about to start her bedtime story.

"Yes."

"Tell me everything about your world." I said grinning. He shook his head and turn back from me. "Alright then," I tell my cat to get away from him and she did while complaining. I stood and pick my cat. I didn't gave him a glance directly to the eye and turn my heels back.

"Okay, I will tell you. Just don't leave, yet."

I grinned and chew my lower lips. I changed my face into grumpy-serious one and turn back to him. I sometimes need to be choosy.

"I need to feed Katherine and to sleep. This day was very tiring. Good Night, Mr. Gregory." I walk around the tree and walk away. I hear a rustling sound and I felt the ground vibrates a little as he run to me. He block my way.

"Okay, what about, I escort you to your room?"

"No thank you. You are probably wasting my time." I said frankly. He suddenly look sad and going to sulk.

"You make my heart feel in pain with your words." He said it with a hint of breaking his voice. I sigh and rolled my eyes.

"Alright then." His face enlightens and he immediately put his arms around me and we walk inside the building. He was such an importunate person. How can I resist a man with a good humor, pleasing personality and gorgeous-attractive face and body?

"This will make you feel better." She said it. He nods at her. I put my headphones back on my ear and pull out my phone pretending on keeping myself busy. I maximize the volume a little so that I won't look too obvious on catching them.

Justine is heading on my direction and he greets me and I greet him back.

"Morning," I said it loud like I was a deaf. He nods at me. I stopped from walking and looked into his face. His eyes are bit swollen and his ears are red. "Hey, you look like shit." I can be a little rude-blunt.

"Oh come on. Don't be like that Adhiti. I haven't been sleeping for days and I got a massive pain muscles."

"I know it is rude to asked but," I move a little closer to him to check on him. "Are you really alright?"

"Do I look alright?" he asked. I shook my head. "Well, that's the answer, minion."

"Yo—" I gritted my teeth and just kick the air as he walks away. I watch his back while he's going away. I hate him calling me minion. Do I look a minion to him? That arrogant bastard. Oh, don't forget that he got a crush on me too.

"What wakes you up too early?" I turn around to see Eliza who is stretching her arms and wearing jogging pants and sweatshirt and her rubber shoes. She yawns and that makes me yawns too.

"Nothing. I just want to go around since that I don't exercise much." I chuckled. She scoffs.

"Next time, I will call you early in the morning so you could jog with me."

"Yeah, sure…" I run. "But I can't promise." I laugh. I know what's she's doing when I said it. Snorting at me is her thing than laughing. She hates the way I agree. I put back my headphones and jog to the apple tree where my special spot is. I sat there and lean on the tree.

I close my eyes and felt how relaxing it is. I got one hour before my class. I can still sleep here for a moment. Somehow, this is the only place I find peaceful, relaxing and soothing around the Mystical Academy. Things around here gone a little bit confusing. Things around here are very mysterious including from the Headmistress. I wonder what they hide from everyone.

I know that everyone of us has its own secrets that can't reveal to others. Those secrets might be dark. Those secrets has reasons to be hide. Either it can be for good reason or for evil one. Where can I find a place where everyone are happy and everyone are kind? A place where I can say perfect where everybody are getting along with each other with no pain in their hearts and no insecurity. That perfect place is just a thought of mine. There can never be a place like that.

Human are the most dangerous creature in this world. They hold grudges. They have their own evil thoughts. They have uncontrollable emotions. Is there a person that cannot express emotion? Or thinking too wise before acting. Is a perfect person without setting any emotions and empathy is a thing called robot or is there really something like that exists.

"Sister!" I got startled on that voice. I saw Andrew running towards me with those childish face who looks like crying. "Sister!"

"What the hell is wrong with you?" I yell at him. He kneel in front of me.

"Please, I need your help." He begs. He even grabbed my hand. I feel creepy on him being like that. I pull my hand away from him. Damn, he's creepy and giving me goose bumps around.

"What?!"

"Alright, so here's the thing. Leona is getting twenty tomorrow and I really-really need your help on making few things for me. I wanted to surprise her badly. Mom and Marissa are helping on baking cakes and cookies. Eliza is preparing an intermission number. And I need you and Nick to go out the Mystical Academy and buy a few things."

"Nick?" I asked him. Why would he wanted me to go with Nick? Why not Patrick or Dad?

"Well, Nick won't cooperate if you are going with him." He smile nervously and he look so foolishly-guilty. I kick his chest and he fall his back on the grass. "Come on, lil' sister…" he begs and groans in pain. "I need you."

"You are really smitten on Leona right?" I asked him. He pouted at me and nods.

"Yes." He blurted. He cleared his throat and think for a moment. I think he regret that he said it. You are caught up man! "Well, I just wanted to surprise her. Is that boyfriend supposed to do?"

I shrugged off and stood. My moment has finally done. Thanks to him. I hissed at him and about to kick him again but I just let him go. I jog back to the dormitory enough to be sweaty and ready to take a bath. I am all alone in the room. Sometimes, I can't sleep being alone but my pet is here with me so I feel just fine.

After the class Nicholas Gregory kept on following which is more on stalking me. I felt so uneasy with his gaze on me. I was about to go but he grabbed me and put his arms around me.

"Have you forget?" he asked. I furrowed and stopped from walking. Did I really forget something?

"Forget what?"

"You need to go with me out the academy for some business. Oh, don't tell me that you forget about it?"

I look in front trying not to look hilarious on the face that I really forget about it. I just sigh lazily and act like it was nothing to me.

"I didn't forget about it. I think that ignoring you would let me be alone. So that there will be no annoying person who keep on harassing me—" I pushed his arms.

"Really?" he asked playfully and patted my head. "Just admit that you forget about it."

I was about to talk and defend myself but I just remain my mouth shut and growl a little. He giggles and smack my cheeks which really annoyed me a lot. I push his face but he didn't stop showing his full of affection on me that really makes me feel so weird.

I tried many times to escape but I end up sitting on his car listening to my favorite jam, Bruno Mars. We got the same genre in music that's why we end up singing together though I am not a singer. I don't even know how to read notes so that I can sing out of tune. He got a sultry voice and even his natural voice is handsome as he is. We drove out the academy and it will take an hour to get to the main town where we can buy things that Andrew needed for his girlfriend's birthday.

Our travel wasn't that boring because he was a talker and I was a talker. We keep talking things like our favorite colors movies, foods, jam, and first dance etc. He told me that he had dances a lot of Princesses since he was born to dance with them. Their culture has a comparison on Asian cultures, mostly in Philippines. I had been on the country when I was twelve as my birthday gift to travel and explore beautiful sceneries.

"Have you been in Philippines?" I asked him. He nods at me.

"We have this thing called portal and our world is very much closed to the Philippines. Philippines has lots of beautiful virgin places. Some become resorts for tourists' spots but I love most the places where there are only trees and few species that has never been found by botanists."

"It was very relaxing there. I wish to be there again and also to be in Madagascar, Africa…"

"We can be there at the same day." That makes my eyes wide and sparkly. I love being in an isolated and surrounded by virgin natures. "But it might be dangerous." My hopeful face falls.

"Why?" my brows and forehead wrinkles on his false hope.

"Because, I can't use our portals and I can't bring you to our world. You are a human—"

"Not a complete human." I correct him.

"An extra-ordinary human. We are prohibited to let human's enter in our world."

"Then why did you give me a fucking false hope?!" I growl at him that makes him really shut up. I madly slump my back at my seat and crossed my arms.

"Well, I just think of sneaking in with you since you are closed to nature. Maybe you could come in to our world so that I can tour you. But… it is really dangerous if we do it. However, we can be anywhere you wanted to go around this world. I will sell my gold's so we could buy things…"

"Oh forget it! Just don't say that you are the richest man on earth!"

"In my world, we don't need to be rich or to be famous." Is he really trying to impress me about himself? Well I am not impressed.

"Shut up." I murmurs and turn my head on the window shield.

"Are you mad at me?" he sounds like a cat now. Is he really trying those kitty eyes so that I will pity him? I didn't speak and just let him talk to on the air. We arrived on the shop in less than an hour because he's driving it fast and the road is free for racing. "Are you really mad at me?" he asked again when we enter in the shop to buy few things that Andrew had listed.

"Just don't talk to me and it will be alright." I told him calmly.

"I don't have that urge of not talking to you."

After ten minutes of picking party things that I cannot determine what kind of thing they are except for the heart-shape balloons. Then, we put it at the back of the car and I thought that we are going back to the academy but he grabbed my elbow and put his arms around me as we enter in a grocery store.

"I love chips, what kind of chips do you like?" I rolled my eyes and told him my favorite chips. As I expected he pick all of those chips that I love. Also, he picks the chocolates that I love too. I also didn't expect that he would pick the real fruit juice on the fridge, with a wink on me. "Though we love chips, we shouldn't eat it most of the time. It is bad for health."

"I know that." Grumpily pull my orange juice from him. We went to the counter and he was the one who pay everything. The girls that we passed by can't help but to glance at him and try to flicker their eyelashes on him. Yeah, I know that he's hot, sexy and everything but his mind and eyes are settled on me. However, I just assume that his mind and eyes are settled on me so I think he would flirt back with them.

"Hi gorgeous." That is what I didn't expect is they would block him since he's behind me. "It is the first time that we saw you here. From what country did you come from?" I stop from walking and glance at the mirror where I can see their reflection. The Blondie and two brunet hair are really flirting on him. Should I make a move right now?

"Ah, well… I am just from the other town. We just visit someone here." He stammers but he make himself look cooler in their eyes and scratches his nose. I rolled my eyes and saw a cockroach. A playful thing crosses my mind and I walk out the store and whispers in the air. Then I heard screaming from those girls.

"Hurry up Nicholas!" I shouts at him as he run out the store.

"What the hell was that?" he murmurs and even bother on opening the door of his car. "Those girls are really creepy." I wanted to laugh but I just keep my mouth shut. "They are getting naked in front of me while screaming." He corner me with his arms and to pull the seat belt. "But I would enjoy it if you are the one doing it." My eyes dilated on what he told and I was about to punch but he was swift on pressing his lips on mine. It was shocker than before but somehow it calms me.

My hand grabbed the back of his head for him not to let go of mine easily. His lips curves into a smile. Yes, I know he would like that. If it wasn't for an interruption of the phone call, I wouldn't let him go. I immediately answer the phone call from Andrew and push Nick's face.

"Yeah, we had bought it all!" I scowl at Andrew. I could see how Nick's face is excited and probably loving my reaction on the interruption that Andrew make. I hang up and told Nicholas to move. He buckle my seatbelt and smack on my lips.

"You know that I like you very much. But if you only knew that I started loving you."

That is even shocker than before. He sat comfortably in front of me and took my hand with a shy smile.

"I never felt this way before to anyone. You make my heart grows bigger, and you make my heart beat loud whenever you are near."

How many times does he said it the girls he likes?

We never said a thing while we are driving back to Academy. The things he told me keeps on bugging me but I never know that he's telling a lie. If he is telling I lie, I would like to know it literally so that this stubborn heart won't even try to love him.

"What are you thinking?" he suddenly asked. I immediately reply an incentive sigh.

"I was thinking that it would be better if you will tell me that you are lying about your words and actions."

"You still doubting about me. Don't worry love. I don't know how to lie about my feelings. You will caught me lying if I scratch my nose." I immediately turn to him with piercing eyes.

We are in Mystical Academy in the right time to prepare everything. The balloons and few surprises for Leona. Damn she's so lucky to have Andrew. So the surprises for Leona goes perfect because she's so surprised and she keep on kissing Andrew.

"You think we could be sweeter than that?" I rolled my eyes when I felt his arms around me.

"I rather get drunk." I pushed him but instead of him to get annoyed, he chuckled and wrapped his arms around me and kissed my temple.

"Tonight, you will know if I love you or not."

"Why?" I asked him quizzically.

"Girls will get naked since it is a birthday-dare party. Even though they are all nude in front of me, if I only settle my eyes and mind on you, I won't get attracted by them." I scoff on what he just said. Damn, it is really windy here, though everything are closed.

So, some of the girls, mostly the cheerleaders get naked and I can't bare looking at their big boobs and some are flats... Then some of them get really all naked. Yes, without anything on them while they are drinking some alcohol that I cannot determine.

"What a sight, but still all I think is you." Someone murmurs behind me, there's a warm breath as he speaks those words. It also gives me goose bumps. I grabbed a bottle of tequila and grabbed him also. I gasped when he carried me in bridal style as he run outside towards the apple tree. He gently put me down and leans his forehead on mine with those sly smiles. "Okay, I wanted to officially say that I am in love on you."

"Really? Then, let's be together." I smirked at him. That makes him smile widely.

"I can't wait." He excitedly kissed my lips and I did kiss him back. Damn, I might be drunk because I am thinking of being with him.

All we do is eat apples while drinking tequila. It doesn't taste that bad since apple is used in beverages. My world is turning, but still I wanted to drink. After a few drinks there's no alcohol left so I sat astride him on his lap and started kissing his lips. I clutch his hair with my fingers and started massaging his head while passionately kissing him. Then, I end it and faced him as I stare on his eyes.

"I love your eyes… it is so beautiful." He replied a smile and gently rubbed my back. I gently traces my finger tips on the bridge of his nose and gently kisses it. He gorgeously smile at me.

"Your eyes are the most beautiful eyes that I had ever seen."

"Let's get undress." I told him. He chuckled that makes me grimace and frown at him. He gently caressed my hair.

"Though, I wanted so much to get undress with you, it is just too early for it. I don't want to take advantage on you."
