Mystical Academy: The Mystery of the World

I was on my way to my class when I saw Mr. Marcus Sanders, the one who knows Catastrophe. He help Catastrophe a lot that's why she's stronger than before. He just got out from the Headmistress's office really peeved. He saw me. I approach him and greet him on his name.

"Mr. Sanders."

"Mr. Patterson,"

"What brings you here?" I am here to find Catastrophe. She's in peril from the hands of these. I read his mind but he still doesn't know that I can read mind. He answer me in different answer.

"Have you find Catastrophe? I am here as a legal guardian since my cousin George pass me the custody." So I have no time to reveal what I am to him. I can trust him. He won't come here with a Band-Aid around his right arm.

"Catastrophe is with his father, am I right?" I give him a hint and he immediately gets me.

"Yes. All I thought that she's with George. George called me that day and told me that there's an assault on his condominium. Catastrophe is gone. And I wonder why they are looking for her."

"Could we meet in my office in few minutes? We have been searching for Catastrophe, and please, let's work hard to find her, can we?"

"Of course, Catastrophe's like my daughter."

How does he know that? And one thing hits me. He's not an ordinary guy. Well, since this school is not safe, he should be alarmed then. He nods and turn around and stop for a moment like he saw something.

Damn these stupid homo-kuklōps. I should make an unpredictable move to get to the other world. He mutter on his mind again.

How does he know about human-cyclopes? How does he know about the other world? I told him to wait me on the waiting room and he did. I went to my class immediately and told them to answer the pages that I gave to them. I assign Daven to collect all the papers and deliver it on my office.

"Homo-kuklōps?" I suddenly asked him as soon as he takes a sit. He blinks few times and look at me quizzically. Somehow, that the same mannerism makes me remember Adhiti. She gave me the same quizzical reaction, with looking on the right and look back to the person that she is talking with and with a big question all over the face. He shrugged on my question. "What is that?"

After questioning him that, he sit back, crossing his legs over to the other, folding his arms and smirk, staring at me intently. I shook my head thinking about the same mannerism that Adhiti always do to when I tutor her.

Now, now. Since when did you learn how to read minds?

"Since when I was born."

"There's no doubt." He murmurs. You are from the other world. Am I right? I nods at him. Be careful, it is hard to trust people. How many people know about you?

Someone that is wearing a 10 karats necklace with a two faced-amulet. The dragon on her right and bull on her left. She has a glorious golden bangle with the same style on the amulet.

I know someone wearing the same necklace. Leona. I speak on his mind and told him that we continue talking. I told him to say the same thing that I will tell him on his mind.

"I will go to Europe to find Catastrophe there." He said after I told him to say it.

"Please contact me if you have any news about her. My parents and I are so worried. But please, let's keep this as a secret. I know that Catastrophe wanted freedom and to clear her head because we thought that she's our Adhiti."

"It must've been hard for her to be here." And she's not gone, yet. That headmistress is kind-a obsessed with Catastrophe. How long would I keep talking on my mind? It's kind-a making me feel sleepy.

"More coffee?"

"Oh, please. Maybe the pain-killers makes me feel drowsy today."

"What happened to your arm?"

"Some-psycho bastard came into my house looking for Catastrophe."

We chat a lot more until Leona left. He get alarmed again when he saw someone on the other side of the door. He walk towards the door and open it. Davin came in with full of working books on his hands he tripped and he falls all the books. Marcus helped him on the books.

"It is hard to walk forward when you can't see your front." Marcus said. When Davin looked at Marcus, he suddenly stop and his face goes pale. He immediately stumble crawling backwards until his back hits the wall. Marcus look at him quizzically. I walk towards them and closes the door. "Hi, so… did I scare you?" he asked sounding like Adhiti. "Or… why are you pale? Are you sick?"

I push up Davin and drag him towards the couch. He's bit shaking. I immediately grab a glass of water and gave it to him. He shakily drank all of it while his eyes are still on Marcus. Marcus put all the books aside and he cross his arms, tilt his head to the left, showing how puzzled he is.

I look at Davin and asked him on what's wrong.

"He's the man on my dream." He murmurs.

"Ahhh… oh-kay." Marcus nods and suddenly smiles. "What dream?"

"You… with the Goddess and your daughter." He murmurs. Marcus suddenly drop the smiles and his face darkens. He look around like seeking if someone is listening other than us. He walk towards my shelves and pulls the books. I was about to stop him but he groans when he pulls something behind the books. He drop it down and crush it. He took some small device on it and lifted it.

"I don't know that." When I understand what it is, my face looks grim. Someone is spying me here. He search around again and again and few another one.

"This kind of a thing is a micro-SD camera." It is just a small camera that has SD-Card and the very good thing is, it hasn't been removed. I watch on the dates on the SD-Card and glad that it was put when we help Adhiti escaped. I called Andrew over. It just takes her few minutes to get here since, he is nearby probably buying groceries for dinner and other Marissa's things for our baby.

He touches the broken cameras and the books and the shelves. He told me that the cameras installed on the day when they are looking for Adhiti. I am really glad that they hasn't get it back. Or else, they saw my secrets and learned my plan.

"Let's have some dinner at home." Andrew invited Marcus as he squeeze on his arm.

"Sure. Since, I don't have any appointments."

"Great! That means you are helping me to prepare dinner today." Marcus was utterly quizzical for a bit but he smiled instantly when it is about cooking. Maybe he already get on what Andrew wanted to say. But I still feel anxious that they tried to spy on me. Even my office is not safe.

I gather the pieces after Marcus took all the SD-cards putting it on his safety smartwatch. I went directly to the Headmistress's office and telling Davin that he and Clarence to visit my house. I immediately get a pass from the HR and Security department, that it will be part of their training to enhance their skills.

I pour all the broken pieces of the cameras in front of the Leona on his desk. I show them my bad attitude. I've been an outstanding student here, but I don't want them to overstep on my boundary. They had been doing such things, that I cannot tolerate.

"There's someone sneaking on my office that against the law of this school. Every consultation of my apprentice and other patients are highly confidential."

"What are these, Mr. Patterson?" she asked innocently though I know inside her head that she's asking herself on how I find it out.

"Broken cameras. I broke it all, as you can see."

"Your, point, Mr. Patterson."

"My point is," I leaned really close to her face, bending very gentle but threatening. "Who is the one installed it there? Why did you let them install the cameras in my office?"

"I don't know what you are talking about. I will immediately call the HR-Security to investigate this." She said it cool and calm. I look down on her amulet and on the bangle bracelet that she's wearing. Marcus was very precise on everything he saw. I can't wait Davin to tell me everything about Marcus.

"There's no need for investigation Headmistress. I just wanted you to know that I am not tolerating these kind of things. And please, let the president know. I don't know how obsess you are on finding Catastrophe, and I wonder that you stop looking for my sister back then. How unfair it is? It is because Catastrophe has a control over fire that intrigued you people?"

"Catastrophe has an excellent power that only Royal blood of Pyr can have. We need her power, that's all Mr. Patterson. Since she's one of the top five outstanding students here in this year." She only said it in very casual and normal way.

"I understand. But why did you even barged on the property of her uncle just to look for her?"

She really got tensed up. I will make it more obvious that I am finding out their secrets. I will let her know that those secrets are not secrets anymore.

"Mr. Patterson." The President of the school, Mrs. Hudson called. I glare at Leona for a bit after I pull up myself and twist my body to Mrs. Hudson with smile. "I did not expect your visit at this moment."

"Yes, Marcus Sanders, Catastrophe's uncle complains about the sudden attack of the Head-Security of the school. Good thing that, Marcus let him get away from the police."

"Leona, is this true?"

"I suspended Officer Sanchez already." She told.

"Clean up the mess, Leona. You know that the privilege and the face of the school is very important to humans."

I don't know how they can handle things here. But their mind feel all tensed on what happened. They expected that Marcus should be dead. But, Marcus has something that they doesn't know. He was extraordinary and this man has lots of secrets that makes Davin flash back on those memories.

I walk towards the door and turn back to them seeing that they are glaring at each other thinking the same thing. They don't know where Catastrophe is but their plan will jeopardize because of us. Whatever they are planning, I have to find a way to communicate on the other world. The darkness is coming that's what all I know and they are one of the masterminds.

We need to do something to get rid of the Patterson's. But how can I do that? Should I asked my Lord? That's what Mrs. Hudson talk on her mind. Who is this Lord? I have to find it out.

I turn back and open the door. I walk on the corridor where few students are rushing back and forth, and group of girls and boys talking at each other. Some greeted me and I nod at them. I saw the girl who has this lust on me. She pretend that she can't pass the exams so she can consult on me and kept seducing me. But the thing goes, I saw on Andrew's mind that she was summoned to install cameras on my office.

She greeted me with those lopsided smiles, her mind, is roaming on my body ripping all my clothes… and… goodness, this girl need some medication and learn how to stop those things. I walk passed her and then, I stop from walking and called her last name.

"Miss Mora," I called her name and turn to her, she is already facing me. "I would like to speak with you," her mind already jump into conclusion that it will be on my office so I took the chance. "In my office please."

"Yes, sir." She slipped the 'sir' in very seductive way. I eyed her, turn my heels and walk towards my office, Clarence is with Davin who is cheering Davin, since he is not in good condition. They stop and greet me. I have to stop walking.

"Can you still take it for our lessons tonight? You can take a nap and skip the classes. I already gave passes to your subject professors."

Totally, hot and caring. The material boyfriend… or husband. She speak on her mind. And I bet that she's already biting her lips. Fuck, I wanted him badly.

Sorry dear, I am already taken. And I only belong to my Marissa. I wanted to told her that back but I focus on Clarence.

"Oh, Geez! Thanks, Pat!" Clarence said in excitement.

"Take care of Davin. You can't fool on girls at this moment. That's your assignment." Clarence sigh in disappointment.

"Damn, babysitting it is." I smiled at them. Clarence winks at Miss Trinity Mora. I peek at Trinity thinking that Clarence might be useful on something. This is really bad.

I open the door for her to enter and she did, happy that I was a gentleman. That's my nature. But I am not here to fuck her. I told her to sit and she did, crossing her legs showing a bit of skin. I ignore it and walk straight on my shelves and started putting back the books.

"How are you doing today, Miss Mora?" I asked.

"I am totally, great, Mr. Patterson." I feel her tension a bit. He doesn't know. Right. No one sees you. If I get screwed up, I can, strip my clothes here.

"Good then," I turn to her, removing my coat putting it neatly on my swivel chair. I sat there open the book that she precisely touched just put the camera there. "Do you know why I called you here?"

"Because, I screwed up on your quizzes?"

"Not that. Let's not talk about the quizzes or activities." Her tension dissipated. She bit her lower lips curling her hairs. "Since when did you learn sneaking in my office?" That seductive actions of her broke.

"I—" she drop her eyes down.

"Why did you install micro-cameras here? I found two, how many did you install."

"H-how did you find out?" she said off guard.

"You, see, I have someone that can see the past through touching things, proof as the witness. Perhaps, you install it there already. How many confidential consultation did you saw? This will lead you to expulsion. Do you know that?"

She stood, thinking of stripping in front of me. If she did that to other professors well, it won't work on me. I chinned up with sharp eyes, just to make her see my dominant side.

"Sit down! Miss Mora." I said it strong that makes her sit down. "Now, tell me, Miss Mora. Who told you to install cameras here?" she quiver on my question.

I just did it for my sake. I was just told to put cameras there and took it back after two weeks. I did it because, I want you so bad.

"Who make you do it?" I asked in very low sound. The Headmistress won't like this. Eliza, she'll won't make him fall in love to me. Eliza?

"I—I am the one… it is me…" she started crying. I hate girls crying and I just made one today. But it won't effect on me when it comes to my privacy or something that will jeopardize my sister's protection.

"You may leave now, Miss Mora. I will talk to your mentor about this."

"Please," she begs. "Please don't tell Margery about this."

"Why?"

"Please, Mr. Patterson, I'll do everything, just don't tell Miss Margery." Please have sex with me. Fuck me really hard.

"No. That is none of your concern." I told her. She walk towards the door, really embarrassed. My phone rings and my mood suddenly lightens up. She opens the door and leave. I pick up my phone and answer it. "Yes."

"Hey, gorgeous. How you doing there?"

"Well, I'm quite, fine."

"I can feel that you are not that fine. Come home please, I miss you. Badly."

"I know." I grins. "I know baby, it is just. I have to finish few things here then, I will be home. I will bring my apprentice for their studies. I will try to come home early too cook you something."

"Awwee… my hubby's so sweet. I will cook for you, baby miss you too." I giggles hearing the 'baby' thingy. I miss them. My love and our baby, though, he or she hasn't in the world yet.

"I love you. Please take care, don't starve yourself and our baby. Okay?" I pull the drawer and took the velvet box. I brought a ring already. It's been months since I brought it but I never get a chance to ask her to marry me because of the happenings. It is not right to ask her to marry me when my sister is suffering.

"I will, my Ricky. Please come home safely. I love you, so, so, so really, much." I giggles on how exaggerated it is but it is heart melting. My heart is beating crazily and I love her that it hurts so much if ever I lose her.

"I love you gazillion times… oh, infinite." I smiled with a sigh. Her voice makes me calm.

"Okay, I need to cut the talk for you to come home early."

I can feel someone listening to me. I look on the tall window of my office that is made in ancient times, since the school is a palace-like. I saw Trinity Mora, peeking and she saw me, our eyes met. She using her ability to fly just to peek on me. She immediately fly away.

I have to know on why she kept on spying me. I stood from my sit, putting the box on my pocket. It is a good thing that I did not keep important things here and I don't leave any evidence behind. I walk off from my office walking directly to the faculty room where some teachers gather for dinner, for meetings etc. It is also the post where they talk a lot. I immediately look for Margery Trevino and approach her. She's talking with some single guy who never gets old. Yeah, almost of them here, never gets old. Since lots of them are half-immortals and some are half-vampires, werewolves… those things exists here.

"Miss Trevino." I interrupted. Hmmm, another yummy. Good thing that he's my type, but he can never let me get into his briefs. Damn these people! Sometimes, I hate reading minds. "I would like to speak to you, in private."

"Oh-kay. This is the first that you are consulting me. What's the problem about?" she started picking up her purse.

"It's about one of your apprentice."

We were about to head outside the faculty when the siren wails. We all rushed outside. They don't care about leaving their personal things behind and everyone headed outside. There are screaming that comes from the great fountain of Mystical Academy.

The crowds increases around the pavilion of the great fountain of the Goddess of Earth. Tallus Mater or Terra Mater, is the name of the Goddess in the fountain, holding the earth on her right hand, while carrying a baby on her left.

I heard crying. I even heard Margery screams, that makes me rushed on the very scene. My eyes widen and I somehow feel really jelly. Like I really lost myself at that moment. I am preoccupied, seeing one of my student lying down on the cold ground, reaching the fountain. I just talk to her a while ago and now. She's lying on her own blood, mixed with disgusting, green-purple puke.

I know feel pale and sick. But I can still hear her mind inside. She's suffering, asking for help. I immediately walk towards her, gently pulls the sleeve of her uniform and as I expected, she has those bruises from pins and needles. I didn't show it to them. Even though, I can't bare of doing this, I checked her pulse.
