The whole office smells like lavender. The furniture are antiques mixed with modern. There are lots of different kinds of plants on the flower pot near the windows. They are beautifully taken care. I looked in her desk where I thought that it was carved from a very beautiful tree.

"Can I serve you anything to drink or to eat?" she asked me.

"No thank you." I said politely without any emotions.

She nods and sat on the sofa in front of me. She crossed her legs gracefully and place her hands over her tight. Her skirt was at least above her knee and a little shorter. But she was graceful and decent though. She stare at me for a moment and I was watching her, stare at me.

"What are we going to talk about?" I asked to break the ear-breaking silence.

She look down on her hands letting a soft sigh. Then she looked up at me with kind smile. She looked like a sister-mother on the way she looked at me. She got those worried and very sincere eyes.

"How's your night and day here?" she asked me.

"It was something odd to me. I thought that it will be peaceful here since I had escape from the people who wanted to kill me. Everything are weird to me on the way that people looked at me every time I walk past them. They looked at me that I was someone they knew who had made a crime."

"I'm sorry about that, Catastrophe. Adhiti Patterson was a freshmen here. She was popular and known as a friendly, talented and bully to those bullies." She let a small chuckled and happy smile as she describe who Adhiti is to them. "You are looked so much like her but different color of eyes and on the way you looked at people. You might be Adhiti's doppelganger or a twin."

"If I was Adhiti's twin why am I adopted and she wasn't?" I asked her. "She got brothers and real mother and father."

"You are right." She tight a smile. "I'm sorry. It is just that I got too worried on Andrew. Since she disappear one night, he never go to school. In fact, he should graduate that year but because of what happened he stopped studying and just locked himself on his room. And in weekend he will go back to their house. He will just come back to the Academy and stayed on his sister's room."

"It sounds lonely." I noted the obvious still it doesn't appear on my voice on how I sympathize him.

"It was painful and sorrowful." She said. "Andrew loved his baby sister though he loves making pranks on her." She smiled on the thought. "Do you know that the night he saw you, it makes him go back to school again? His brother Patrick is a Professor in Social Science and he's also a Psychologist of the school. He told me just early in the morning that Andrew wanted to go back to our Academy."

"So, I assume that you don't like our Academy?"

I sigh lazily and looked out the window. It seems that it will rain again. The weather these past few days had been so lonely and mad. I wonder why the weather feels that way why it didn't want to become sunny today.

"The Academy was freaks school?" I asked her but it sounds more like my comment about the school. She giggle on what I said than being mad or annoyed.

"I guess that's how you say that the school is peculiar." She sounds irritating or it is just me that is irritated on her? I looked at her and she is still smiling so kind to me. "Those kids even the faculties here are supernatural. Some of them have ESP and some of them are demigods and demigoddesses."

"If they are peculiar and supernatural and have ESP and healing power, what are you?" I asked her. She smiled at me.

"I am a people of Insideworld, and this world calls me a nymph."

"A nymph? Aren't you supposed to live in woods and be invisible?" I asked her. She chuckled and sigh.

"Sweetheart, nymph like me can be anywhere I want. I can live like normal people and walk in the city. But some of us didn't survive when we are in polluted area."

I shifted my leg to another and sighed with a curious looked on my face.

"Interesting. However, I still didn't get why Mr. Gregory enrolled me here and make me as his apprentice." I wondered with sigh and look on the small flower on the coffee table.

"It is because he thought that you are Adhiti."

"Everyone thought I was her since I got here. Out of curiosity, what has Adhiti that some people don't have?"

"She is a naturalist. Mr. Patterson said that since she was one year old she can talk to animals and plants."

"That's weird." I commented. "How about her brothers?"

"Uhm, well Andrew got a supernatural strength and can hypnotize while Patrick only got a genius mind. Actually something is peculiar about him that people don't know. I can say that he's a psychic too."

"What about Mr. Gregory?"

"He's a Prince." She blurted. "I—I shouldn't said that." she said guiltily.

A Prince? Prince of darkness? Prince of lightness? Prince of gorgeousness? What kind of Prince is he? He's not belong to any Royal Families here around the world. I know royal family. However, if he's Prince of darkness or underworld, he doesn't looked one.

I walk in the corridor while swimming around my thoughts. But I have to cut it as I enter the Social Science Class which is General Psychology. I walk towards the vacant chair beside Marissa that probably reserved for me. I pull out the book from the drawer and scanned it. The author is Patrick Patterson. Hmm, he might be a real genius.

"Our Professor will be Mr. Patterson." Marissa whispered to me with a giggle like she had been tickle somewhere around her body.

"And the author of this book?" I asked her. She nods with those smiles and shinning eyes.

The door in the podium opens and a young man in American coat enters. He walk towards the podium and turned on the microphone. He get the people's attention by clearing his throat.

"Good morning, students." He greets wonderfully.

I look outside the window to see the tree. An apple tree that looked so alone there in the rain. There's no other tree beside him. My thoughts goes somewhere else while the Professor is talking. Marissa nudge me and I focus in front of me.

"In our subject, got a little memorization and the most important thing is to participate. Talking, commenting, suggesting and sharing ideas and thoughts is allowed. Just raise your hand so we could hear you. I won't allow students that will sleep in my class or do their own business. The door at the back is always open for you to do it outside. Is everything clear here?" he asked. They chorus as an agreement. And-Ohh… he sounds strict. "Do not worry, I won't judge anyone here because all of us are different."

"Sir," one of the active female student raise her hand.

"Yes, Miss Mora?" he asked with little professional smiles.

"By saying that all of us are different, are we freaks?" she asked. I sighed and rolled my eyes while they are laughing and that makes him laugh too.

"You can say that. But the right term is unique." He told.

So the General Psychology wasn't boring. I know the subject because I had been studying psychology since George is a Doctor who graduated as a psychologist but he choose to be a Professor. On the way that the Professor discuss wasn't boring. He makes it intense and interesting. He was all positive and full of wisdom. Plus, he was charming and girls can't take their eyes off him. Sure, he was also young and youthful.

I was about to leave the classroom but our professor called me and I turn to him. He walks towards me and stare at my eyes for a moment. I give no emotions or thoughts because he's like reading me—or inside my mind.

"Yes, Mr. Patterson?" I break the silence. He forced a smile at me.

"You can visit me on my office anytime. What about in your vacant time today? We can have coffee or some snacks."

"That is thoughtful, Mr. Patterson. But you aren't asking me for a date, isn't it?" I asked bluntly. He chuckled and tilts his head to the left while watching me with those charming smiles.

"No, Miss Canfield. Just for a consultation. Since that everyone here thinks that you are Adhiti, my beloved sister, you can tell me everything or any concerns."

"That is so kind of you, Mr. Patterson. Now, the only thing that bothers me is you too thinking I was Adhiti, but the truth is. I am not her. I am Catastrophe Canfield who was born in England and got adopted by a British Professor."

He looks down for a while and faced me. He nods his head. He pulls something from his pocket and gave it to me. It is his personal phone number and he's giving it to me.

"Yes. I might think you are her, but I respect that you are not her too. However, I am a psychologist of the school and call me anytime for your concerns."

"Thank you." I nod my head and leave.

Marissa was still sitting on her chair where everybody is all out. She told me to go and so I did. I had walks a lot of steps but then I stopped and realized that I forgot something. I walk back to the room G-102 where the Psychology class is and stopped on threshold to see Marissa and our Professor embracing each other where their lips are joined and moving with passion. Is this another student-teacher relationship here?

He cupped her cheeks as they cut their passionate kiss.

"I told you not to take my subject."

"I'm sorry. I am just worried."

"We aren't supposed to do this, since I am working here and you as a student here."

"Ricky, I am not a real student here..." she giggles as she wrapped her arms around him.

They looked adorable together and I can say that they are a perfect match. However, I just ignore them and walk towards my desk and pick my phone on the drawer under my table. They stopped on what they are doing and moved away from each other.

"C-Catastrophe..." Marissa stammers. I looked directly at her where she is all red. "It-It's not what you think!"

"What do you think I was thinking?" I asked her and she flushes even more.

"Th-That—"

"Maris, don't worry about that. I am sure Catastrophe doesn't care on what we are doing. Besides, she had adopted the attitude of an aspie. She minds her own business than people's." he told her to calm her for being so overwhelmed. "Am I right, C?" he asked me.

"Yes." I answered formally and turn back from them. I turn back and suddenly stop when my phone beeps and there's a message from Jake.

Hey C, please... let's See each other? I would like to meet on our favorite café shop. It was his message but the truth is it is not my favorite café shop it was his favorite. I hate drinking those not fresh fruits they are serving. It was a powder and not a real fruit one.

As soon as I leave the room, I went to the lobby and I stopped to see the apple tree away. It looked so sad because she was alone under the rain. The lightning strikes somewhere on the mountain with a tremendous thunder as it echo around. I heard the squawking of a raven and instead of sitting on the apple tree it chooses to sit on the statue of a lady with a snake around her on the fountain.

"Isn't it too chilly here?" Eliza asked me who is standing next to me.

"It was..." I murmur.

"It was chilly and yet you don't feel the chill anymore?" she asked. I nod my head.

"I suddenly feel nothing." I said monotonously. "Eliza," I called her name. After a moment she responded. "What is the lady symbolizes and the snake too?"

I waited for her answer and it take a moment before she answered me.

"A disloyal woman was a snake."

Disloyal? If that's another word for a traitor, then the person who betrays me is a snake. At least that's what snake resembles on others.

"Have you ever felt to be betrayed?" I asked her for a curiosity.

"Yes," she answered. "Everyone felt that way. Everyone felt that a snake had bit them from behind."
