As she planned, the first thing tenten did was to jump back and took out the kunai's she had prepared beforehand, she threw them towards Sasuke while she was in jumping position.

Sasuke from the start didn't waste any time and thrust forward with a whoosh and took a kunai. He deflected all the kunai that tenten threw at him with the kunai in his hand.

As he was practicing taijutsu and have been practicing physical strength from guy sensei, his reflexes were much faster. By the time tenten landed on the land from her backward jump, Sasuke was already only a meter away from her.

"Naruto, how many moves can you be able to make on kisho?" He wants to confirm, whether he can at least able to fight naruto or not.

He chose the 'Shadow gathering technique', as it is used to control shadows to a minute level, can also make tendrils like tentacles and can materialize them.
