Ren went to the one closest to him and then put them in a deep sleep using All Existence. Then Ren went by their neck and s.u.c.k.e.d out lots of their blood until they looked skinny and then he cut his hand and let some drops come out, even though Ren was only giving a few drops of blood he also uncondensed the blood to increase the amount. After a few seconds, Ren felt the connection again, and then he went to go repeat the process of the other four people who were asleep. Since Ren was drinking a lot of their blood he got back the majority of the points he spent for asking all those questions to All Existence and putting them all in a deep sleep.

'All Existence I want you to make sure that they are all under my control and now vampire, also make them all look the same and heal them.' - Ren

『Yes, they are all now vampires and under your control. They now all look the same as before you turned them (-250 points, total now 2,000)』

Now that Ren made sure they were all vampires and under his control, he decided to go back to sleep and would do more in the morning. *Time skip to morning* It was now morning and Ren was excited to finally get the Ketsuryūgan. Ren knew that he first needed to think of an excuse to the Clan head for why one or more people died.

'Wild animals definitely wouldn't work because they are all minimum at the level of an average chunin and they shouldn't find an animal that strong. I could say we were ambushed by the land of lightning but if the Clan head leaves the valley and does some investigating he will find out I am lying. Well, I could just use transformation jutsu to look like a person from the land of lightning and then kill one near some people to spread rumors.' - Ren

Now that Ren had all the people under his control they didn't need to do any actual investigation of the outside world. So Ren decided that he could just do some training and learn more blood techniques for the next five days then make his way back to the valley of hell.

*Five day time skip*

During the next five days, Ren gave them around the same commands as Yoroi except for the things related to Orochimaru. Ren was also able to learn some more blood techniques from the Chinoike clan members that he turned into vampires, he learned two blood techniques in total.

The first one was a basic version of Blood Dragon Ascension that just summoned one dragon and it was called blood dragon jutsu, but Ren could only make the dragon out of his own blood because he didn't have the Ketsuryūgan yet. The second one was blood-forming jutsu, which let him solidify blood around him and make it into anything. Since Ren didn't have the Ketsuryūgan the jutsu was difficult to use but Ren was going to get the Ketsuryūgan soon. Ren decided that right now it was time to get the Ketsuryūgan, so he used transformation jutsu and made himself look like a ninja from the land of lightning. Now that he had transformed they all walked back to the land of hot water except Ren was hiding in a tree following them and a clone was acting like him, and once they were near a town Ren jumped out of a tree and attacked the person in the front of the group.

Normally Ren would have a hard fight against them but since Ren was commanding them to hold back and that they shouldn't attack him in a group, Ren was absolutely beating them in the fight. The fight went on for a few minutes and then Ren noticed that the Chinoike clan member he attacked seemed to look like he would die soon and Ren punched them in the gut then they fell onto the ground and died. Now that he knew they were dead Ren put his hands in their eye sockets and pulled the eyes out. Then Ren made All Existence cast a lightning jutsu on the corpse so it seemed like he used lightning jutsu and wouldn't be suspected at all. Since it was only a basic lightning jutsu it cost Ren 200 points.

Ren then ran away and they pretended Ren was too fast to chase after. Once Ren was far away enough to not see him normally, he made sure no one was watching and then untransformed and secretly went back and switched with his clone. Ren didn't want to take any risks and was going to have any of the chinoike clan members in his team who knew medical ninjutsu to heal his eyes as he transplanted. Ren and the chinoike clan members went around to find a secluded location and once they found one Ren made sure no one was watching.

Now Ren began the process and pulled out his eyes and instead of doing it the regular way Ren asked All Existence to fuse both pairs of eyes in his hands into one pair of eyes. Since Ren brought all the materials it only cost Ren 1,000 points and now he had 880 points left. Once All Existence told him the fusen had happened he put the eyes in his eye socket and then they all began to use medical jutsu on his eyes to connect the nerves. The process went well and Ren felt that his eyes could change.
