"Naruto, what are you doing here?" A feminine voice asked in a familiar tone, it was a beautiful girl in a maid uniform

"I am here to see my lovely Risa, does my presence disturb you." Naruto previously known as Uzumaki Naruto asked in a friendly tone

"No, I am happy that you are here but please don't just sit there and stare." Risa said as sometimes people will just sit there and stare at the girls with unclean eyes

'I definitely enjoy it but the other girls are really shy about it.'

"Don't worry; I am not that kind of guy. I will order a banana shake." Naruto said as he took a seat and as his body was concealed by Risa, Naruto took the chance to kiss her lips

"Naruto, don't do this here. I might lose my job." Risa complained even though her face was all smiles, she was a perverted girl and doing it in public had might just make her go wild

"I wasn't going to continue, you need to trust in me more. I just wished to kiss your delicate lips as they were just too lonely." Naruto replied in a calm tone, his expression showing innocence

"Right, just wait and we will make them happy later." Risa said with a smile as she walked away

Naruto watched his girlfriend leave while he sat there watching anime on his phone, wearing headphones. He watched anime as it reminded him of the old days when he was a being of power with no equal, he had died at the age of 17 fighting against Kaguya and the world probably ended after that.

He had been broken once he awoke in this new world as a child on the streets, his body shrunk into that of 6 year old kid. Naruto had explored this country with a broken heart and even tried killing himself but at each turn something stopped him from dying.

People came out of nowhere to stop him or he fell onto something soft and what not.

He had become weak in this world, equal to that of Sasuke as a genin but it didn't matter much because in this world normal people lived.

Naruto was a supreme being in front of them so while trying to move on from his tragedy as the people wouldn't want him to suffer like this, Naruto tried to enjoy life to the fullest for the people.

He was the last of his kind, his kindness, his ignorance and inaction had been the cause of the ultimate defeat.

If he had just studied more, if he had worked harder with clones before or had thought of other methods then victory should have been his but all these regrets only drove him forward to become what he was now.

The first thing he decided on when he understood the situation was that he was going to experience love and to the extreme extent as his last life was devoid of it. Zero relations and died a v.i.r.g.i.n, he was not going to repeat that.

The world was filled with normal humans that would break if he punched them with some strength and relied on weapons that had fixed strength. On matter of habit, Naruto still trained his body physically and his chakra. At the current date he was 24 years old and had studied most of the well known martial arts along with knowledge in many other fields as he had developed a trauma from ignorance of anything and strove to learn continuously.

'Man these fruit abilities are awesome but really hate Luffy for being a stupid shit and the art style is just weird, can only enjoy the fights sometimes.' Naruto thought as he swiped to another video which was more to his liking

'Sending c.o.c.kroaches to mars and they become monsters, such an awesome thing. I think I should try that out. Should order the research department start working on it.'

"Naruto your drink, also can you leave afterwards as I can't concentrate well with you here." Risa said in an affectionate tone, she was acting shy as the other girls were asking

"No problem, I just wish to make you happy by popping up here." Naruto replied with a smile

"Thanks, I will make it up to you later." Risa said in a happy tone

'I am really lucky to have her; I didn't think she would accept my openness to relationsh.i.p.s.' Naruto mused as he drank. He was pretty much alone so he had decided to populate the world with his people. His body was strong so he could handle hundreds of woman and had already conceived children with different woman.

People like him that just wanted superior progeny, he came across such women as well and he didn't mind as Naruto chose some of the woman in such manner.

Naruto never thought of it before but now he couldn't ignore this process, he chose based on talent, looks and power so that the child will inherit those qualities.

He was weak now so he didn't want his children to become weaker down the line but grow from generation to generation.

It had been 18 years since he arrived so Naruto had done hard work in this department as he had created hidden village in Japan which was populated by his people and some of his woman plus children, where they trained in the arts.

It was just bad luck that Naruto was ignorant on majority of the jutsu so he had to work exceptionally hard on this topic and even employed novel writers and comic writers to think up ideas about powers along with their working, which he then replicated.

"Boss, there have been weird incidents in the city?" A man wearing black suit talked to him as he exited the shop

Naruto didn't stop and moved slowly towards the parking lot, "And why am I hearing about it now, Yashiro."

Yashiro was a man with white hair and amber eyes; he was Naruto's right hand man as they had met on the streets a more than a decade ago.

Both were orphans and Yashiro was one of the people he had saved and was saved in return.

"Let's see because these incidents sounded a lot like anime as you would say. They were illogical." Yashiro replied calmly

"I see so it looks like powers might have appeared in this country or city or even the whole world. It could also be that they were just very creative. Explain what happened." Naruto asked and stopped beside his car

Yashiro took out his phone and showed a video of a statue that had been destroyed partially but the way it happened was weird. It was like Naruto used Truth seeking balls and round ball shape would appear on the target as the rest was erased.

The statue had human shaped blocks disappear from the statue and the ground.

"It is definitely not normal. Is it the only case or?"

"There are more of these pictures as we looked into it but we still haven't found any lead. But it seems these are definitely people as we checked the police reports and many people have gone missing these days." Yoshiro replied as he a put a hand on his forehead, it was stressful this week

"Anything common between them and video of the scene."

"Nothing, I haven't found any similarity."

"Spread the teams and tell them that powers have appeared in the world, and I want to know the source. Nobody messes with me and lives a comfortable life, deal with it with extreme prejudice." Naruto muttered in a serious tone as his eyes shone reddish gold, his hate for things out of his control made him truly a force to careful around

"Yes, Master. Enjoy your date while we deal with it."

"I will look into personally, this isn't time to play. Things could go to the worst so don't take it lightly." Naruto said as he patted his friend's back, a person with miniscule amounts of chakra to make him peak human

Yoshiro smiled and walked away while Naruto decided to just walk, since he wanted to see if he could come across anything suspicious.
