When Ye Xiu mentioned earlier that they are going to breeze through the dungeon, Li Haoxuan still have his doubt. But now, he's staring at the system announcement up in the sky with wide eyes.

"19:43:78…" Li Haoxuan muttered in disbelief. Not only that, the dungeon drops were very generous. It seems that the fivefold item drop rate were not a lie.

"Xiao Xuan, what are you doing? Hurry up. We can reach level 50 at this rate. Then both of us can go and try out the Heavenly Domain Challenge," Ye Xiu's voice snapped Li Haoxuan out of his daydream and he quickly went back into the dungeon with the team.

Unfortunately, throughout their runs, they didn't meet with any hidden bosses so Ye Xiu was a bit disappointed. "I should ask them to increase the frequency of the hidden boss's appearance for the test. How can we be sure that they won't be bugged like this?" Ye Xiu said with an indignant tone though everyone present knew that was not the real reason for his dissatisfaction.

"Well, we're going to Boneyard now, so maybe we'll get to meet the hidden boss in Boneyard Dungeon?" Li Haoxuan said, without thinking much about it.

In the end, the group of five stood before Vampire Knight Logue. It is known by all Glory players that Vampire Knight Logue is one of the rarest Hidden Boss.

"Ah'Xuan… your crow's mouth is really—"

"Really good! This is a blessing. Xiao Xuan, can you say that we will meet the hidden boss in every dungeon?" Ye Xiu said with a smile on his face.

"No," came Li Haoxuan's short reply.

"Really? That's too bad then. He drops one materials that we need for both you and your brother."

"… Well, maybe we will…" Li Haoxuan mumbled in a soft voice.

A low rumble of laughter was heard and Li Haoxuan just pouted as he glared at Ye Xiu. "God Ye, don't bully me…"

"Right. Right. You guys wait here first. Wait for my signal," Ye Xiu said to the rest.

Ye Xiu then walked into the boss's attack range and when he's close enough, Vampire Knight Logue started to move. He raised his hand and swings his cloaks. His figure then disappeared, replaced by bats that flew towards Ye Xiu.

Already expecting this, Ye Xiu skillfully maneuvered himself to dodge, avoiding most of the bats' bites. After a while, the bats retreated and regrouped, reverting back to the Vampire Knight Logue.

"Go! It won't OT," Ye Xiu gave out his order. He also moved and began to attack the boss, keeping him occupied so the rest can go all out without any worry.

Four people coordinated beautifully as one of them tanked while the other three dealt high output damage. As for the remaining one in the team, Li Zhihuan, he can only leech since there was nothing he can do.

"Disperse! Get out of the range," Ye Xiu's voice suddenly sounded out during the battle. Both Qiu Fei and Qiao Yifan quickly retreated as they were prepared for it. But this was actually Li Haoxuan's first time to encounter this boss so he was taken by surprise by the sudden order. He was just a few seconds late and when the Vampire Knight once again swung his cloak, the bats appeared and flew towards Ye Xiu and Li Haoxuan. Li Haoxuan did his best to dodge but, in the end, he was still bitten before he goes out of range.

Both were bitten by the bats, and now, they won't know who is the next aggro target for Vampire Knight Logue.

"Xiao Xuan! Dodge!!"

Li Haoxuan reacted in a second and jumped to the left. Not long after, the spot where he had been standing on earlier explodes as the boss smashed the ground with his Vampiric Lightsaber.

"Xiao Xuan, keep dodging first. Make sure he doesn't hit you," Ye Xiu said as he moved to intercept the boss's next attack.

Li Haoxuan obediently did as he told. His eyes were full of concentration as he dodged and parried each of the boss's attack.

'Left… right… another diagonal slash from the lower left… a stab! Too late to dodge!' Li Haoxuan lifted the Myriad Manifestation Umbrella in front of him and executed one of the Blademaster's skill, Guard. The impact pushed Li Haoxuan back and though the damage he received was reduced, the Vampire Knight's health still went up by 2%.

After what felt like forever, Li Haoxuan finally heard Ye Xiu's next instruction. "Xiao Xuan, go and retreat far away now."

Li Haoxuan was quick on his feet to retreat while shooting few bullets towards Vampire Knight Logue as an act of petty revenge. Just as he stepped out of the attack range, the vampire knight once again released his bats.

This time, there was only Ye Xiu in range so he once again acts as the tank on the next round. This continues until Vampire Knight Logue enters residual blood state and became enraged.

"Xiao Huan, get ready to work! Xiao Xuan, stay put first and wait for the next bat attack. Xiao Fei, Yifan, take this time to recover your blue."

The team expressed their understanding and quickly dispersed. Li Zhihuan started the casting of heal. He waited for Ye Xiu's instruction before releasing it.

Ye Xiu on the other hand, continued to fight the boss, slowly taking away the little amount of health the boss has. Soon, the moment they are waiting for finally arrived. Vampire Knight Logue's health was on 5% when he released the bats once more. The bats all directly went to Ye Xiu who did his best to dodge most of it.

But because of the boss's enraged state, the bats' attack was fiercer and Ye Xiu's health was chipped away little by little. Soon, the bat retreated and the boss's health went up to 9%.

"Now! Go on all out!"

Li Zhihuan finally released the heals that he has been holding and Ye Xiu's health went back to full health. Qiu Fei, Qiao Yifan and Li Haoxuan started to move in and gave the boss their all. Their goal was to kill the hidden boss before the cooldown for his bat attack is finished.

Faced by the fierce attack from all four players, Vampire Knight Logue finally fell when his health bar is completely emptied.

"Xiao Huan, come and look at the loot," Ye Xiu called for Li Zhihuan who then hopped over to the boss's remains with an easygoing manner.

"There are 3 [Vampire Knight Armor shard], 1 [Vampiric Lightsaber], 1 [Vampire knight Shield], 10 [Vampire Claws], 2 [Vampire Fangs], 28… [Strands of Vampire's hair]…? Is that also a drop?" Li Zhihuan can't help but feel gobsmacked when he saw that one item drops. After that, he mouthed the rest of the materials drop and Ye Xiu nods his head in satisfaction.

"We'll need 12 more shards. The rest are already good. Let's go and finish the dungeon," Ye Xiu said to the rest of the team.

Meanwhile, outside the dungeon, the other players can't help but look up at the System Announcement.

Seeing the name listed on the announcement, Huang Shaotian who were currently level 19 glared at one particular name.

"Is Old Ye going to take all the first kill achievement?! Is he not even going to leave us some path to live? Captain! Are you not going to say something?!"

Yu Wenzhou just gave Huang Shaotian a helpless smile. "Shaotian, our task is not to get the prestige of the first kill. Remember, this is just a private server. After the test, everything will be wiped out. The only consolation we get is that all materials we obtained will be transferred by the Glory management to our account as rewards," Yu Wenzhou reminded Huang Shaotian.

"But first kill achievement still have a reward, ah! Are we really going to have Old Ye have all of it??"

"Well, once the arena opens. Hopefully, we have finished surveying all the areas in the game and found all the bugs that need to be reported. When that happens, surely we can coax Old Ye to agree to PK with materials as wagers," Yu Wenzhou replied. "I have a feeling he will agree because of the two children he picked up. Grooming them will be easier if they are pitted against professional players early."

"To let his apprentice gain experience at the fastest time, Old Ye won't mind risking few materials that he can simply collect again. Of course, we also cannot look down on the twin, especially the younger one," Yu Wenzhou added.

So, on to the main topic, I have a question to ask readers about the 2nd part of the story. It is about the league match format as well as the idea about the world championship.

I'm thinking that since the world championship is sort of special, what if each country make their own map based on their own culture/country's attraction? Wouldn't it be nice?

As for the match format, I will keep the 1v1 last man standing as well as the group 5v5 with 1 sub match. At the same time, I want to add two types of the match too, a war type of match and also a headhunt match where teams who reached 10 kills first will win the match.
