He took a bottle of red wine and got two wine glasses before walking back.

“Have a taste.” Xiao Mohan poured two glasses of wine and passed one to Gu Chuyan.

Gu Chuyan stared at the red wine. Then she looked at the indifferent expression on the man’s face. That face… her heart pounded furiously. She covered her face with her little hands.

Xiao Mohan carried Gu Chuyan up and placed her on the big bed. He looked down at her. Her little face was pink since she was drunk. She looked extremely cute! She didn’t feel very secure when she was sleeping so she liked to curl her body up into a ball.

“No.” When he tried to correct her position, she shrank back into a corner of the bed in fright the moment he touched her then continued to sleep soundly.

Xiao Mohan frowned. It was obvious that she was scared!

“Beep.” His cell phone made a sound. He had received a message.

He walked to the side and took out his phone. He looked at the message before opening his laptop and continuing the video conference. The meeting lasted until 3 am.

“Master, it’s time to rest,” Han Changqing reminded Xiao Mohan as he walked in with the contract to acquire the Li Corporation.

“Okay.” Xiao Mohan raised his arm and looked at his watch.

Han Changqing left the room. Xiao Mohan got up and pushed open the bathroom door.

Gu Chuyan tossed and turned on the huge bed. She felt bloated. She crawled up and grabbed her hair. Then she lifted the blanket and walked down.

She opened the glass door and felt her way in.

She stepped in front of the toilet bowl with closed eyes. She turned and tilted her head. Soon, she went back to dreamland while listening to the music.

He saw her sitting on the toilet bowl and listening to the music. She seemed to be having a good dream. There was a smile at the corner of her lips. He called her softly a few times only to realize that she had fallen asleep again.
