“Chuyan, what nonsense is this? I was at home the entire night yesterday,” Gu Miaoting said in a soft tone. She lifted her small head. Her face was pale and there were tears in her eyes. She looked as though she been framed. She bit her red lips lightly and beads of tears rolled down her eyes.

“Gu Chuyan, that’s enough.” Gu Yan immediately stood up for Gu Miaoting when he saw this.

“Hmph.” Gu Chuyan snorted. She stood up and leered at Lian Zhenzhen and Gu Miaoting. Then she stared into Gu Yan’s black pupils and said indifferently, “People might think that Gu Miaoting is your biological daughter and I was just picked off the street…”
