Not Like In The Movies

The next day..

"Oh dear look, because you continuously faced the screen and stayed up late at night,you have eyebags. Come on wake up, clean up and eat breakfast."

"Hnng... i wanna sleep longer..." Fei Shuang lazily yawned as she blinked her eyes.

Hey,we're gonna be late! It's 1:00 pm, don't you want to meet Madam Yang anymore? We'll also be late for Big Jiu's dance rehearsal for the wedding." ZhenZhu put her hand on her chin as she sighed.

"It's fine,i give up. Girlfriend you should sleep longer with me."

ZhenZhu's eyes widened as Fei Shuang pulled her to the bed in embrace. "Hey you bitch!!"

Several minutes later..

"Here,breakfast." ZhenZhu dropped the plate of handmade sandwich in front of Fei Shuang to eat.

Fei Shuang kept pouting for het sleep being interfered. She only wants to sleep for a few more hours or less.

"I'm ready, let's go!" Fei Shuang appeared again in front on ZhenZhu fully prepared on her wheelchair. She had taken her bath, eat breakfast and with her full energy, she was ready to go meet Madam Yang.

"

"Good. We can now use your car to—"

*rrrrrrr* The attention of both ladies was caught up by the incoming call from Fei Shuang's phone.

"Hello M..Yang Mi?"

"Hi dear. How are you feeling? You must have had a busy day yesterday."

"Yes, I'm feeling okay now."

"Then let's meet up for coffee."

"Sure,i'm on my way now."

After driving for minutes, ZhenZhu stopped the car right in front of an average restaurant. The time was 2:09.

"You go in,call me when you're done." ZhenZhu coughed as she offered this easy option to Fei Shuang after helping her sit on her wheelchair.

Seeing they've arrived to their destination, Fei Shuang gulped her saliva feeling a bit anxious.

"Do i really need to go in there alone?" Fei Shuang looked at ZhenZhu with a tinge of sadness in her eyes.

"I can't go in because your savior didn't invite me." ZhenZhu patted Fei Shuang's shoulder casually with a wry smile.

"But i can just call her now and inform her that i'll be going in with you." Fei Shuang looked at ZhenZhu with shining eyes as she grabbed her phone.

"Don't. Besides, i'll be going to renew my passport. I'll be back soon ok?"

"Fine..." Fei Shuang sighed in annoyance as she realized there was nothing she could do to change her mind. She harrumphed as she guided herself to the entrance of the restaurant. ZhenZhu couldn't help but laugh awkwardly when she saw Fei Shuang's face darken and her lips twiched in annoyance. Why would Fei Shuang suddenly get so angry?! She didn't mean to leave alone for the wedding in the first place ah! It was all her decision to stay behind while she attended in her place. ZhenZhu finally sighed and left for the agency to renew her passport.

"So stunning!" Fei Shuang gasped in awe as she controlled her stick and entered the restaurant. The outside of the restaurant looked simple and average yet it was quite different from the inside which looked elegant. From the ceiling to the floor,from the interior to the painting on the wall..making it quiet unique in some sense.

Fei Shuang was busy enjoying the sights of the building when a young waiter walked to her.

"Welcome,you must be Miss Lee." He bowed a little and continued, "Follow me please, Madam Yang is waiting for you."

"This doesn't look like a coffee shop to me." Fei Shuang mumbled to herself as she was escorted by the waitress to meet Madam Yang. It looked like these two-faced restaurants in action movies usually attended for a secret meeting or something.

She squinted her eyes as she controlled her wheels closer to a woman dressed in a classic manner. From her back view, the woman had a short brown hair and was wearing a blue dress. Could this be Madam Yang....

"So this is Miss Lee. How do you do?" Yang Mi smiled warmly as she welcomed Fei Shuang who just appeared from her behind on her wheelchair.

Fei Shuang smiled softly as she replied.

"I doing good, i must tell that it's a great p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e to finally meet you."

"Pleased to meet you too."

Fei Shuang was a bit curious of Madam Yang and wanted to know more about her. So,she went straight forwarded to ask her a few questions like her age,status,carrier and hobbies. What shook Fei Shuang even more was Yang Mi's age,she's 52 years old and married with a kid! That left Fei Shuang so surprised that it could be shown on her face.

Yang Mi sipped some tea as she checked her phone. That gave Fei Shuang a good time to clearly observe her.

Yang Mi had a slender and delicate features which maked it almost impossible to agree that she's in her 50s. The skin on her face looked smooth, free from wrinkles and blemishes with darker eyes. She had a slight slender-like eyebrows with fixed lengthened eyelashes and a small nose with a less highlight nose bridge. Her lips held a red lipstick on it making her look so beautiful.

After the observation,Fei Shuang remained silent.

'Ah! I'm so jealous. Madam Yang is such a a strong business woman, others won't dare to look down on her. Truly someone worthy of my admiration.' Fei Shuang thought in her mind as she looked at the table.

Yang Mi, on the other hand, was worried because Fei Shuang's face looked slightly pale as she dazed into an empty air. She looked like she was in deep thought.

"Miss Fei, you don't seem to be able to make eye contact with me." She added, "Do you not like me?" She looked at Fei Shuang with worried eyes.

"No Yang Mi!" Fei Shuang looked up and shook her head in disagreement as she continued, "It's just that you're so beautiful that I can't look at you properly." Fei Shuang blushed as she looked at her almond-like eyes.

"Oh." Yang Mi giggled, "you're very beautiful too Fei Shuang." Yang Mi blushed feeling embarrassed that Fei Shuang looks at her with such admiration. She had always known that she was pretty and looked quite much younger than her age, but it's the first time a woman dared to say it to her face in public.

"Oh ho oh~"

The two ladies gasped in aww while acting humble.

And so they continued with a GIRLY GOSSIP CONVERSATION. Fei Shuang thought Madam Yang would be arrogant but she's actually very cute. The two ladies enjoyed their food and later on enjoyed the garden scenery at the back of the restaurant. Fei Shuang ended her day on a high note..or so she thought..

A while ago..

At the top of a big building,two grown men could be seen eating carrots.

"I cannot believe that i'm thinking about that incident again." Xiao Tian let out a big sigh as he stared at the clear sky with a few clouds clinging to it.

Li Chu lifted his eyebrows as he asked. "The one you got embarrassed by my patient?"

"..yeah. So Li Chu tell me, what do you think about Miss Shao?" Xiao Tian scratched the back of his head as he asked Li Chu. He had been thinking of the idea Fei Shuang suggested in his car but he clearly knew that he had no feelings for ZhenZhu.

"Who is she?" Li Chu shook his head in confusion hearing Xiao Tian's question. He doesn't really care about people that much and do not remember their faces.

"She's that arrogant and annoying friend of Miss Lee. The one with a puppy." Xiao Tian almost punched Li Chu in the face if not for his good self control. How can he act like he doesn't know who ZhenZhu really is? She's always been stuck on to Fei Shuang all the time so how on Earth does he say he doesn't remember her!

Li Chu gave him a smirk as he dropped the bomb!

"Oh... you meant that noisy woman? You two show signs of a love-hatred relationship. You better man up and stop acting like kids. I suggest that you two go on a date or something."

"Man up my ass! Are you even listening to yourself?!" Xiao Tian grumbled as he paused, looking up, "You're the one showing that kind of relationship with Miss Lee, you can't even look at her in the Goddamn eye! I knew since the day you met her for the first time that you liked her so,stop beating around the bush."

Li Chu suddenly choked on the carrot he was eating as he coughed loudly.

"Be careful. You must have choked on your own words huh? It's only take you four to six minutes to die if you're still choking." Xiao Tian gave up to 5 blows between the shoulder blades of Li Chu with the heel of his hand as he grinned teasingly and made a face.

Li Chu finally stopped choking after receiving hand blows from Xiao Tian for a while.

Not being able to face such embarrassment, Li Chu decided to walk away first.

"Sure. *cough*"He couldn't help but curse Xiao Tian in his heart as he walk away to return to his office. He had to cool his head down for now and check on other patients records else, he might start a fight with Xiao Tian. He was the one who wanted to tease Xiao Tian but he ended up getting backfired. Karma truly is a b****!

"Good for you." Xiao Tian nod his head as he returned his gaze once more at the clear sky. It's a good thing that he teased Li Chu back.

By the time Fei Shuang reached home,the sun had already set on the horizon. She spent some time talking to ZhenZhu about the incident pertaining to Madam Yang that happened today. Fei Shuang also promised ZhenZhu that she would take her on her next meeting with Yang Mi.

Later in the night, Fei Shuang surfed the internet and watched tons of motivational videos on Youtube. Around 2 am in the night,Fei Shuang set her phone aside and decided to go sleep.
