In this way, when the family enters the door, they can sit at the entrance and change their shoes and socks.

If you have leisure and elegance, you can also place two pots of green plants in the entrance.

From the entrance is the living room.

The living room of the old house was blocked by two bedrooms, resulting in almost no lighting in the living room.

In this design, Li Yueming removed the two bedrooms from the window.

Then set the living room by the window.

This ensures maximum ventilation and lighting in the room.

Because there were load-bearing beams on both sides, Li Yueming was not prepared to open the window elsewhere.

The bedroom of the old man and the grandmother was divided by Li Yueming into the original living room.

The elderly sleep relatively shallowly, and cannot hear too noisy sounds.

Therefore, it is not advisable to live close to the road.

And the legs and feet are not convenient, and it is even more unsuitable for climbing stairs.

Therefore, Li Yueming can only arrange the location on the first floor.

In order to ensure that the room can also receive light.

Li Yueming set up a large window, and the entire living room was designed into a fan shape.

The two windows are fan-shaped fan blades, and the bedroom of the two elderly people is located in the center of the fan.

This not only ensures the spaciousness and brightness of the living room, but also allows sunlight to shine into the room.

Not only that, Li Yueming also opened a patio in the entrance and between the house.

In the absence of a way to drill holes into the load-bearing walls, a patio leading to the roof is undoubtedly the best source of daylight.

And the location of the patio, Li Yueming did not waste a little space.

A ceiling spiral staircase leads to the second floor of the room.

Because the heavy ceiling can be removed, the height of the entire old house has been increased from the original two meters seven to three meters.

Li Yueming made a partition between the living room and the attic.

Not only that, but a split-level space was designed to ensure that both floors had enough floor height for people to move.

Upstairs is the room of Wang Fang and his wife and their little granddaughter, who attends kindergarten

Because the roof is triangular.

Therefore, there is a floor height of more than two meters between the top of the highest beam and the overhead floor in the middle.

The left and right sides of this place were built as bedrooms.

Along the stairs, the granddaughter and Wang Fang lived at the opposite door.

Three bedrooms and one living room arranged.

Li Yueming also added hundreds of millions of details to the design drawings.

On the first floor, outside the bedroom of my grandparents, there is a bathroom and a washroom.

The original sewage outlet of the old house itself is still used.

The areas on both sides of the second floor are relatively low, where Li Yueming designed the washroom and drying room.

This sewage pipe, Li Yueming, is ready to be re-planned and discharged all the sewage on the second floor into the municipal pipeline through another PVC pipe.

The location of the patio, Li Yueming also planned a small balcony.

On the north side near the road are washrooms and toilets.

A small corridor has been installed on the patio on the south side with a view of the old town.

Outside the hallway, the door is opened to the balcony installed on the roof.

In their spare time, the family can also drink tea and bask in the sun and enjoy the fresh air outside.

When not in use, close the glass door tightly to isolate the hustle and bustle of the room and outdoors.

As for the kitchen and dining room, Li Yueming designed it on the first floor.

I have to say that Li Yueming’s design ideas are still very powerful.

Such a space of more than ten square meters was abruptly added by him to cover two floors.

In addition, through the design of the split-level floor, we successfully designed the three-bedroom living room that the client wanted.
