Lucas drove Ruby to the entrance of the college gate but before she managed to open the car door, he grabbed her wrist and kissed her. "Lucas, just let go first... mmph..." Once Ruby opened her mouth, he instantly invaded her again. After kissing awhile, she looked straight at him.

"Let me go, I'm late." Ruby's trying to get away from him quickly before he take another chance. It was obviously an ordinary movement for them but now they're infront of her college and due to the busy morning environment, lots of students and professors were around.

Lucas said, "Ok.. go.. before I change my mind." When she lifted her head, her eyes met his. "You're blushing. How cute!" Lucas commented. "I pick you up after school." Ruby nodded and hurriedly rushed out of his car. Walking few steps away, she felt relieve after hearing his car zoomed off.

Upon entering the classroom, Fenny and Xia Yuni hurriedly ran to towards her. Fenny and Xia Yuni suddenly notice the bracelet around Ruby's wrist. Xia Yuni glanced at her silently and asked. "Ruby, your bracelet's so pretty. Where did you get it? Its seem very expensive?" It only took one glance to know that it was something expensive and valuable.

"My fiance..." Ruby answered. Xia Yuni was surprised while Fenny stayed quiet. All their other classmates looked over at her and started to whisper among themselves.

"You have a fiance? When did you get engaged? Who did you engaged with? How come we never knew about it." Xia Yuni questioned her eyeing Fenny. Xia Yuni did not know about her relationship with Lucas. She never mentioned it to anyone except for Fenny and Jasper, who had met and dine with him before.

Xia Yuni also looked over, showed a hint of displeased as well as jealousy. "Ruby, you're really something. You got yourself a rich man, right?" Ruby knew that everyone was talking about her. Beside, she didn't feel like paying any attention on Xia Yuni so she totally ignored her. Few minutes later, Fenny pulled Xia Yuni back to her sit, said. "Class gonna starts soon."

...~...~...

At the 36th floor of Spark International's building, inside the CEO's office, the room was well lit with bright white lights. Behind the enormous desk, Lucas was staring at his computer, screening through multiple doc.u.ments.

After the long holidays and 2nd days of work, more files were piling up on his desk that requires his signatures and approvals. His icy facade rendered his emotionless, like an ice statue, not knowing what tiredness and fatigue were.

Someone knocked on his office door. Lucas didn't raise his head, instead, he just said in a flat tone. "Come in."

His secretary's Sandra was holding a cup of black coffee on a tray. The fragrant aroma wafted through the entire office room.

There was a look of concern in Sandra's eyes. She gently placed the cup of coffee on the office table. "Boss, it's almost half past two. You haven't even had your lunch yet. If you continue like this.... she might worried."

"I asked you to make me a cup of coffee. I didn't ask you to lecture me." Lucas interrupted her.

Sandra didn't dare to continue. She let out a sigh. With nothing else in mind, she turned around to leave the office. She had only taken a few steps when Lucas said. "You should not said a word to her, understand. I don't want her to worry."

Sandra stopped in her steps and let out a rare smile, turned around her head. "It's not an issue. If boss have nothing else, I will continue with my works." Sandra did not feel attacked by his statement at all. She knows who his boss meant, 'her'.

After Sandra had left, Lucas finally lifted his head up staring at the main door of his office room blankly for quite a while. He had gotten accustomed to it after all this time. He had been supporting this gigantic business empire alone in Asia for all these years. His father was busy with Europe side.

He took a look at the time on the computer. It was indeed half past two already. Lucas touched his stomach, starting to feel slightly uncomfortable due to gastric pain. He took the gastric pills from his drawer and drank his coffee.

Less than a minute later, Lucas heard a knocked and before he could asked, the paper bag and a bottle of fruit juice were placed right in front of Lucas. Sandra said smilingly, "Having to work hard throughout lunch is fine. But you still have to eat, right?"

Lucas deliberately avoided her gaze a little. He felt a little uneasy being lectured upon by this noisy secretary. Sandra giggled and said. "What should I do? It was an order from the soon-to-be lady boss. I can't ignore her instruction too."

After stepping out of his office, she secretly message Ruby to informed about her boss skipped lunch.

Lucas looked at her and turned to the paper bag on his desk, then clenched his teeth. "Alright I'll eat now! This time, I ignore this. Next time, you better watch out."

He opened up the paper bag with a sour face, and took out a brown color container from within. Looking at the packaging, Lucas thought it looked slightly familiar. Thinking carefully, he suddenly realized that it was from the rice ball shop he often frequented with Ruby.

The moment he opened it up, Lucas was stunned. The rice balls that were laid out were all differently decorated. Each rice ball had different characters written using red bean paste. On top of the eight round rice balls that were different in colors wrote, respectively. "Honey, please don't ever skip meals. Sunshine." And lastly with a love icon.

Lucas smiled. After swallowing the first rice ball and he no longer feeling any discomfort in his stomach.
