One Piece Bounty Wars

As Genzo continued to stare at the lifeless corpse of Arlong, Jack noticed many other villagers coming over to take a look too. "So... party?" Jack asked the still dazed Genzo. Jack's words managed to bring Genzo back to reality, causing the man to shake his head. "What of the other fishmen?!" Genzo asked excitedly. "I burned them and their stupid park to ash. You can go there see for yourself if you want, but I really wasn't kidding about that party. I'd love some cake and beer right about now." Jack said while glancing from person to person, hoping that maybe one of them would offer him a beer. "You heard the man!! Send messages to every village on the Conomi Islands. Arlong and the rest of the fishmen are dead! And there will be a party here in Cocoyasi for the next three days!!" Genzo shouted excitedly. Everyone shouted and cheered. Some people broke down and cried tears of joy that their suffering had finally ended. Genzo ran off towards the edge of town to a little house standing all on it's own. When he got there he burst through the door without even knocking while shouting at the top of his lungs, "Nojiko!! Nojico!!" A second later an average-sized young woman with light blue hair and tanned skin came running into the room. She had never heard Genzo shout like this before, and thought maybe Arlong and the rest of the fishmen were doing some horrible thing again. "What?!! Whats wrong?!!" She shouted with worry plain in her voice. "Nothing's wrong woman!! Arlong and the rest of those fish bastards are dead!! We're finally free!" Genzo shouted with glee.

When Nojiko heard what Genzo said, she froze. 'Could they really be gone?!!' She asked herself, not daring to let herself believe it. They had been suffering for 7 years, and she had dreamed countless times of someone coming to their rescue, but it was always just that, a dream. She expected to wake up in a few moments and be disappointed once again, but unlike the other times, Genzo grabbed her hand and pulled her to the village. In just a few moments she was standing before the mutallated corpse of the thing that had taken her mothers life and forced her little sister into working for them. Her sister had made a deal to buy back their village from them for $100,000,000 berries, but she would also have to work for them. 'Nami can be free!' She thought as tears poured from her eyes. After a few minutes of crying she turned her attention back to Genzo. "W-who did it?" She whispered. Genzo didn't say anything, he just pointed to a man that was sitting at a table filled with food and alcohol, he also had a really big grin on his face. Nojiko walked over to him and gave him a small bow. "Hello there, my name is Nojiko. Thank you for what you have done. We could never even begin to repay you for this." She said with her head still bowed.

Jack had been enjoying some delicious food and drink that some people had brought before him, when this smokeshow of a babe walked up and started to thank him. 'Holy F.u.c.k!! Thats Nojiko!! Damn is she ever hot' He thought. "Think nothing of it. Killing him felt really good. Also there is a bounty on his head that I fully intend to collect in a few days, so theres that. $20,000,000 berries is quite a lot of booze you know. Could even get some women too." Jack said with a smirk as he watched Nojiko snap her head up at his last comment. "You would pay for women?!" She asked a little surprised by his blatent declaration. "I mean yeah, if shes hot enough and is willing then I don't see why not. Why? Are you asking? Cause I'm not gonna lie, you definately fit the s.e.xy requirement, but I have no intention whatsoever to get into a relationship. It would just be for the s.e.x, nothing more." Jack said once again not caring about who he was speaking to about immoral deeds. Nojiko's face went crimson and she walked off in a huff. 'Who the hell does he think he is?!! Asking me if I would be interested in selling my body for berries!!" Jack didn't see Nojiko again for a few hours as he continued his drinking. As the party went on, waves of people arrived from villages all over the Conomi Islands to see Arlongs corpse, spit on it, then start drinking and dancing, some even took pictures with the corpse.

As the party continued late into the night, Jack waited until he wouldn't be noticed by anyone then snuck off to the lone house at the edge of the village. Going to the tangerine orchard out back, he went around until he clearly found a patch of dirt that had been dug more recently than anywhere else. It wasn't hard at all to see in the dark thanks to his Dark Dark Fruit, so finding something like this at night wasn't difficult at all. Using his Blackhole to devour the dirt around it, a great big c.h.e.s.t was reaveled. Opening it up he saw lots of gold, jewels and berries. 'I'll just consider this payment for services rendered' Jack thought before taking everything into his inventory. Before leaving, Jack wrote a small note and put it back into the c.h.e.s.t, then he used Liberation and put all of the dirt back. Walking back to the party he continued drinking as if he had never left. The next morning he woke up and the sun was already high in the sky. Walking over to Arlong's corpse he stored it back into his inventory and headed for the beach. 'No point in staying here any longer' He said as he reached the shore.

As Jack set out, he looked at the map to figure out where else he should go. Deciding on heading to Goa Kingdom he changed course. There he could either sell his gold, or he could just keep it and rob all of the nobles there. They were all sc.u.m who tried to burn thousands of homeless civillians just to appease the Celestial Dragon that was coming for a visit. 'They should burn too. It would be a good way too start this little shit show I've got planned' Jack thought wickedly. On his way he encountered a few transport sh.i.p.s, and a few small time pirates. The transport sh.i.p.s were very friendly and even allowed him to take a few provisions for his journey, which he poilitely accepted with a smile. 'This world isn't all bad' he thought, before he encountered some no name pirates who tried to rob him a few hours after meeting with the transport ship. "I take it all back!! This world can go f.u.c.k itself!" Jack shouted angrily to no one after he killed the pirates. While he was looting there ship he actually came across a wanted poster of the Captain of their ship. It was only a small $2,500,000 berries, but he would still take it.

A week after Jack left Cocoyasi Village, a small boat with a certain redhead could be seen just off shore with a small sack over her shoulder. When Nami reached the village, she put on her cold persona and started walking towards the centre of town. As she saw the people around the village she was puzzled. 'Why is everyone so happy?' She thought. While she was trying to make sense of what was going on, she failed to notice Nojiko run up behind her and give her a big hug. "I'm so glad your back!!" Nojiko said hapily to the still puzzled Nami. "Hey Sis, whats going on here?" Nami asked her way too happpy sister. Nojiko released Nami from her arms while giving her a big tear filled smile in return. "They're gone!! He showed up and killed them all!" Nojiko said excitedly. "Hold on! Whose gone? and who killed who?!" Nami asked with concern evident in her voice. 'Has she finally lost her marbles?!' Nami thought inwardly. Nojiko managed to calm down before speaking, "A man showed up on the island a little over a week ago. He walked straight to Arlong Park and killed Arlong and the other fishmen. He burned the park so it was nothing but ash, then came back here with Arlongs body and gathered everyone for a party. Even though he has no morals, he really is a good guy. The morning after the party we all woke up, and he was gone along with Arlongs body. He did say that it was worth $20,000,000 berries and that he could buy... stuff with it." Nojiko finished, her face becoming a little embarassed as she remembered what he would spend his berries on.

As Nami heard everything her sister said, her face went blank. 'Can it really be true?' She thought, not daring to believe her sisters words. Nojiko saw the look in Nami's eyes and smirked. She grabbed her hand and started to pull her towards where Arlong park used to be. When they got there, Nami couldn't find the place that hand been her prison for the last few years. She dropped to her knees and started to cry. Nojiko held her sister for awhile longer before she pulled her to her feet and they headed back home. On the way Nami asked, "Who did it?" "It was a man named Captain Jack. Not sure why he calls himself a captain when he sails alone though. He's not even that old either. If I had to guess he would be maybe 20 years old at the most." Nojiko said as she thought more about the mysterious stranger. When they got back to the village, many of the citizens came over and gave Nami a hug, and the apoligized for everything that she went through these few years. They knew she only joined Arlong to buy the village back, but they scorned her so that she wouldn't feel like everyone was relying too heavily on her. Genzo showed up and gave her a hug, then he and Nojiko walked her back to her house. When they got there, Genzo finally noticed the small sack Nami was carrying. "What ya got there?" He said pointing to the sack. Nami finally realized that she didn't need to go out and rob from people anymore, and that she actualy had a sizable sum burried away. This thought managed to excite Nami and she rushed to the back yard where she had burried everything. Nojiko and Genzo just watched as Nami ran off with berry signs in her eyes. "She is still so greedy." Nojiko said with a smile on her face. The two continued to talk back and forth for a few minutes until they heard Nami scream. They both rushed to the backyard and saw Nami kneeling down next to an empty c.h.e.s.t with a note in her hands. Nojiko walked over and glanced over Nami's shoulder and read what it said.

(Dear Nami, I have taken everything that you were going to use to pay Arlong to free the village becuase I have freed it for you. I felt as though holding onto this wealth would burden your soul as it was all stolen, so being the magnanimous person that I am, I have taken this burden upon myself. Anyway, do try and wait a few years before you set out to map the world. I will be turning this world upside down, and we wouldn't want you to get caught up in that. When Nojiko read that last part her face turned crimson and she grabbed the note out of Nami's fingers and tore it to shreads. "You immoral son of a bitch!! I'll get you for this!!!" She screamed, forgetting that Genzo and Nami were with her. Without even giving them an explination she marched back to the hosue and slammed the door behind her. Nami could only except that her stolen goods were gone, and Genzo just smirked. 'You cheeky brat' he thought as he turned and headed back to the village.

Two weeks after he had left Cocoyasi, Jack had arrived on Dawn Island where the Goa Kingdom resided. 'I'm gonna burn this f.u.c.ker to the ground' he thought. Before he did anything he went into his inventory and sold everything that he wouldn't be able to sell here, or anything he didn't want to sell anywhere. When he looked at his total amount of berries he did a fist pump, and shouted out with joy. It wasn't just anyone that could have $1,476,390,000 berries to spend as he so wished. 'Thank you Arlong, Ya greedy bastard.' While he was admiring his new found wealth, he noticed a new store tab that wasn't there before. 'How does one buy a bounty?' He thought as he mentally clicked on the bounty tab.
