Chapter 50 - How to Torture a Dragon

Marie Geoise (Night Time)

(General POV)

As Jack landed on the ground, he took in his surroundings. There were many people in his immediate surroundings, but none that noticed him. For how late it was, Jack was a little surprised that so many people were still so active, but then he realized that they didn't do a damn thing but **** and torture at their leisure everyday.

'Truly the sc.u.m of the world!' Jack thought as he watched a fat little hippo looking kid, maybe 15-16 years old, forcing a slave girl to kiss his feet. "You should feel honored to be able to touch me!" The little hippo said, sounding as though he was an almighty being. 'Guess he needs to be "re-educated" in how to treat a lady!'

Coming to that conclusion, Jack didn't wait any longer and entered the building, going straight to where the little hippo was. "Hey there tubby! Let me give you a little lesson in manners!" Jack said with a grin, then quickly stuffed a part of the kid's robe into his mouth, while at the same time making the poor girl that was on the floor disappear into his darkness, preventing her from screaming and to keep her safe as well.

Looking down at the extremely scared little kid, Jack's smile grew wider. "You think yourself a God, but did you know... God's don't bleed!" Jack let his statement hang in the air as he used Finger Pistol and shot a small hole through the kids shoulder, which made him start screaming, but they were muffled by the make-shift gag.

"You are no better than an insect, the only difference being that an insect isn't as stupid as you!!" Jack stopped his rant long enough to step on the little hippo's hands, then leaned down so he was staring into his eyes from only a few inches away from him.

"You sure as hell ain't good enough to have someone kiss your face, let alone those little balls of fat you call feet!" Jack hissed out, then slapped the little porker into the floor, which was quite satisfying if he was being honest.

Leaving the little blubbering mess where he was laying, Jack moved to the other rooms of the house, grabbing all of the slaves and their former masters as well. Jack stole all of the furniture, decorations, rugs, food, and even the firewood.

Each house in the Holy City was like a large mansion, which naturally came with a spacious ballroom area. After taking everything the house had to offer, while also breaking the windows and stealing the doors, Jack went into the ballroom and brought out all of the Nobles and put them in a line against one of the walls.

"Good evening, filth! Tonight we are going to play a game!! It's called, WHAT DOES THIS SC.U.MBAG DESERVE!! Here's how we play. I'll go down the line to each and everyone of you, while asking your former servants which punishment best serves you! Starting with you bitch!" Jack said as he pointed to a snobby old woman who was burning her slave when Jack took her.

Before the nobles could say anything, they felt a force wash over them that made their words die out before they could even be thought. Bringing all of the slaves back, Jack told them how they were all free now and he would personally take them home, but first they had to help him punish their torturers.

"Is this a dream?" One man asked, not believing that something like this could happen. "Very much so!! To prove it, I'll let you go first. See that old c.u.n.t right there?" Jack said as he pointed to the snobby old woman. "Name something that she has done to all of you, that you think would be fitting to be done to her. I'll even let you have first whack at her!" Jack said cheerfully.

The man hesitated, but in the end he stumbled over so he was in front of the woman. Even in his weakened and hungered state, he looked at his captors with a smile, one which was not at all welcoming. "She liked to burn us with hot metal and watch as our skin bubbled." The man said, not taking his eyes off hers.

"Give me a second...." Jack said calmly, then pulled out a branding iron, which he did not get from the Holy City. This one was surprisingly at the top of his list when he went into the shop, and he had a fairly good idea as to who/ and why it was there. The brand was two words tied together, which clearly spelled,

FAKE GOD

'I guess even divines don't like it when mortals try to claim that title.' Jack internally thought as he came to the conclusion that the God that sent him here wasn't a big fan of these Nobles. Using his flames, Jack heated the branding iron so it was glowing a bright red, which got a few whimpers and sobs from the nobles, and a few gasps from the slaves.

"Make it visible for all too see!" Jack demanded as he passed the iron to the man, then took a step back. The woman screamed in agony as the metal pinned her to the wall, the smell of burning flesh filling the room almost immediately. Jack let each of the slaves go to a noble and brand them somewhere visible to see, either on the neck, cheek, or forehead, which was quite brutal, but these people had done so much worse.

Jack did make sure to leave the children out of the torture, but he did punish them by making them bow and plead to the slaves, which they were all too willing to do after Jack slapped the shit out them, literally in one case. After 20 minutes, Jack brought the session to an end, leaving the Nobles in a state almost far worse than death, but in a state they would clearly live from.

Broken bones, missing appendages, blindness, burned, and in almost all of the a.d.u.l.t males, Jack let the women cut their balls off and then he seared the wounds closed.

"Alright, I'm gonna send you back to the darkness for a little while longer, but soon you will be brought back out to freedom!" Jack said, getting a few nods here and there from the slaves. When he had them all back inside the darkspace, Jack turned to the Nobles. "Don't you worry, you still have another role to play before this is all over!" Jack said evilly as he made them also disappear.

Visiting home after home, Jack repeated the brutal process, some houses being too horrible even for him. There was one house that had an acidic pool that a creepy f.u.c.ker used to slowly dissolve slaves, lowering them in an inch a day until they were no more. Jack made sure to hook him up to the machine that lowered him down, but turned it up so it would lower him every 15 minutes, then locked the man's house so that no one would get in to help him.

Technically Jack wasn't killing him, the machine was, which Jack used to justify to himself to get pass the no killing rule. 'I might have to do Sengoku a favor to make it up to him.' Jack thought, not liking the thought of going against a deal, even if he could justify it to himself.

Jack eventually caught up to Nami and Nojiko, who had amassed quite the large group of people and treasure, which was all on a giant platform that Nojiko was floating along. "I see you two have been busy!" Jack said, getting a half hearted smile from Nojiko and a thumbs up from Nami, which was understandable given what they most likely witnessed here tonight.

Jack brought out all of the slaves he had inside his Dark Space and put them on the platform, then told the two girls to take them all to the spot where the Pearl was floating, which was the meeting point for the crew to bring the slaves.

After leaving the two girls, Jack made his way to all of the places they looted, taking the disfigured Nobles with him as well, then went to a massive building that looked like a colosseum. After a quick glance, Jack realized there were no Nobles here at this hour, but there were quite the number of slaves and a few hundred guards.

'This will be where the strong ones are!' Jack thought, a little excited to get these slaves, knowing they would probably be more than happy to go against the marines, and they should be fairly strong compared to most other slaves. Sneaking inside, Jack killed the guards silently, which he didn't hide at all from the prisoners who were in the cells. Instead of talking to them, Jack devoured them in darkness, while also putting the Sea Prism Stone parts of the cages into his inventory.

'Broken Ability!!' Jack thought with glee as he moved around like a ghost, taking anyone or anything inside his darkness. He did get quite angry and wanted to kill the Nobles even more than he already did when he got to a cage filled with children, which was tagged "Animal Food". Taking the children with him, Jack vowed to make sure that he would leave a parting gift for the Elders.

Thinking of the old farts, Jack looked over to the hulking castle that towered into the sky. "The Pangaea Castle" Jack said softy, taking in the beauty of the structure, while also frowning at the presences he felt inside. There were more than a dozen aura's that did stand out considerably, but there was one that gave him a feeling of dread.

'It's got to be IM!' Jack cursed, unsure as to how powerful this being truly was. IM is a man or woman of unknown origin who controls the Five Elders and rules the world in secret. Jack wouldn't mess with IM today if he could help it, but he was still going to make his way to the castle and get any slave that was there before departing.

After going from house to house, and getting the rest of the slaves, killing the guards, and taking the Nobles, Jack came to sections of the city that were all obviously already done by the others, but what was strange was that there were no nobles in them either.

'I doubt they could have gotten away given how some of these were obviously checked by Luke.' Jack thought, throwing the idea of the nobles being in any condition to move out the window. Finally checking everywhere else and taking anything of value that was missed, he made his way back to the Pearl where he found everyone waiting for him.

Looking at their dark expressions, Jack could see that no one was happy, Luke especially. The man looked as though he was gonna snap and go on a killing spree at any moment. Moving his gaze to the thousands of scared people in chains behind them, Jack swept his eyes over all of their starving and haggard bodies, getting a true glimpse at how sick the Dragons could be.

Speaking of the Dragons, Jack saw all of the one's he couldn't find in the empty houses huddled in a section not too far away from the slaves, every single one of them in a half dead state. A few of them actually looked as though they were dead. Walking over to Luke, Jack handed him the branding iron. "Make sure they all have the mark!" Jack ordered, getting a nod of confirmation from Luke before he walked over to the sniveling murderers.

Taking everyone from the Darkness, Jack put them with the others. "Attention!! We are going to get all of you out of here and back to your homes!! Please just wait and try to stay calm until I remove your collars!!" Jack shouted, which caused quite the stir from the crowd. Almost every single person here was wearing an explosive collar around their neck's or wrists that would explode if they tried to remove them or if the Noble who owned them hit a detonator, which was the only reason why no slave ever tried to escape.

Like a dark missile that was fired, Jack turned to darkness and shot around each and every person, touching the slave collars and making them disappear, taking only a short while to get through everyone. Then he pulled out every ship he had inside his inventory and started getting people to get on board.

"How is a ship gonna help us all the way up here?!" A man asked in panic. To answer his question, Nojiko just floated a ship that was full into the air, getting a few shouts of fear, while some cheered happily. "Is this everyone?" Luke asked once he was done marking the Fake Gods. Shaking his head, Jack answered "There is only the castle left, but I need to be extra careful. There is someone there that we can't confront just yet. I can't explain it, but I feel something different coming from the being."

Luke looked a little shocked that there was someone alive who could frighten Jack, but in end he nodded. As badly as he wanted to get all of the slaves, he didn't want to risk the lives of his family, which they all were. "I'll go and get the slaves, but I'm gonna need you all to start getting these people back to the sea. I don't want there to be the possibility of them being taken back before we even get out of here." Jack said solemnly, to which everyone agreed with.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MASTER?!!" A hysterical voice called out, interrupting Jack. Turning to see what was going on, Jack saw a man who looked like someone had just cut off his t.e.s.t.i.c.l.e.s, which he would know considering he helped remove quite the number of them tonight. The crazy guy was holding a small humanoid cat girl, no doubt from the mink race, with a knife to her throat, while frowning angrily.

Before Jack could try and calm the guy down, Luke appeared behind the man, pulling the knife away from the little cat-girl, then the area around them started cracking with lightning and got too bright to see. When the light show finally ended there was only a charred corpse on the ground and a thoroughly pissed off Luke standing above it.

"IF ANY OF YOU F.U.C.KERS EVEN SO MUCH AS LAY A HAND ON A CHILD, I'LL END YOU IN A GOD DAMNED INSTANT!! IF YOU WANNA STAY HERE AND BE SLAVES THEN JUST STAY!!" Luke shouted, eyes flashing from one person to the other, daring someone to try and do what the corpse just did.

Needless to say, no one else moved. "I couldn't have said it better myself." Smoker said, fully approving of Luke's actions, which was happening a lot more often lately. He may have come off as a cold and scary guy, but Smoker was actually a really nice person, treating civilians kindly and helping children even before he joined Jack.

As Jack was watching the slaves board the sh.i.p.s, he realized that unless the world knew that their would be extreme consequences for any who did this kind of thing, it would just happen again on the same scale as this time. He came to the conclusion that now was as good a time as any to unveil themselves to the world.

Pulling out a special Transponder Snail, Jack set up a broadcasting that would go live to the whole world, which was something only the Fleet-Admiral or a Celestial Dragon could do, given that it would activate the viewing screens in every city in the World that was affiliated with the World Government, that were only supposed to be used to show extremely important messages.

"What are you doing?" Robin asked curiously, not knowing what kind of set-up this was. "Setting up a broadcast to the world. I'm gonna send the message that no one is untouchable, and that this is what happens to rapists and slavers. Put the fear of ME into them!" Jack answered, already planning out what he was going to say.

"You can do that?!" Tashigi asked in surprise. "I'm Jack Sparrow!! I can do pretty much anything!" Jack answered, not stopping his task of setting up. "When are you heading to the castle?" Nami asked, knowing Jack would head off soon. "Before the broadcast. This will alert them, and I'd rather already be done from there before they know." Jack answered, connecting the last wire together.

"Alright then! I'm gonna set out, you all get the sh.i.p.s in the air and be ready to leave at a moments notice. I don't know if I'm gonna have to come in running, so be ready for a fight." Jack said, then turned into shadow, leaving everyone else to start helping people on sh.i.p.s.

Jack moved like a ghost when he got to the castle, making sure to not even try touching the guards on patrol here because he thought that they could possibly alert IM. He kept his Haki spread out throughout the entire palace, his main focus on the source of the terrifying aura.

He moved from room to room, finding a few collared individuals here and there, but many of the people he felt ended up being guards. There were a few times where the guards almost caught sight of him, or at least a black shadow shooting across the room on the white floor, which was him, but he managed to hide under furniture at the last moment.

He was just checking the last room with someone in it, when all of the sudden he felt IM's presence moving slowly towards where he was. 'F.U.C.K! F.U.C.K!! F.U.C.K!!! F.U.C.K!!!!' Jack cursed internally, not wanting anything to do with this f.u.c.ker right now.

Checking his surroundings, Jack was in an area where he was boxed in, and the only way out was to go towards where IM was heading. 'NOT HAPPENING!!' Jack declared, then quickly started thinking about an exit strategy. "If I can't find one, I'll make one!"

He had made up his mind. Charging up the black flames, Jack shot through the nearest wall that would lead to outside, burning quite the hole through it, then a few more walls until he finally made it outside. With his Haki, he could feel IM was moving quickly towards where he was a few moments ago, and instead of panicking, he smirked. 'Let's see you come for me IM!' Jack thought maniacally as he unleashed a wave of dark fire behind him, creating a wall between him and the castle.

The black flames jumped from building to building, shooting pillars high into the sky in Jack's wake, not allowing for anyone to follow his retreat. Taking a glimpse behind him, Jack could see a tall masked figure standing in the hole he had made in the castle, a sword in hand, while also wearing a really tall crown. 'Well I think it's safe to say I really pissed off IM!' Jack thought, then continued on his way, letting all of the Holy City be engulfed in fire.

In no time at all, Jack was back to where Luke and the others were, still not done loading the slaves. Dropping to the ground, Jack made a chair materialize before he collapsed into it. "Keep going! I got to rest for a moment." Jack said, letting his heart settle down.

He didn't know how a fight with IM and himself would go, but he didn't feel confident in his victory, and that just wasn't acceptable. He had only been sitting for a second when he heard his Transponder Snail ringing. Answering it, he heard "Hey bro!! I need a favor!" Soran asked cutely, almost calming his rapidly beating heart.

"What's up, Soran?" Jack asked, taking the time to see what was going on, as he was already resting. "So Gramps called and had me talk with some guy named Whitebeard, and he says that he has a big problem and needs your help. After arguing with him, I said I would help out after it sounded like he was gonna die if I didn't." Soran said, sounding quite convincing, even to Jack. He knew however that she most definitely got something out of it, but he didn't really mind because he was always away from her.

"Haha, yeah I'll call him right now. I'm taking a little rest right now anyway." Jack said, getting a "You're the best bro!" from Soran before there was some shouting on the other line and Soran said she had to go eat before ending the call. "Wonder how much she got this time." Jack mumbled as he purchased Whitebeard's number from the store, then dialed it.

It was still ringing when he sensed 12 powerful people shooting across the sky towards him. Jumping to his feet, he signaled Luke and Smoker who were nearby to come to his side. He heard his Transponder Snail *Click* then "Hello!" A deep voice said, but by that time the 12 figures landed a short distance away from him.

Taking a moment to calm himself, he glared at the figures with hate filled eyes. "What the f.u.c.k do you want?!!" Jack angrily asked, looking to the members of CP-0 and the Five old geezers. Luckily for him, IM had chosen not to come, which he was most thankful for.

"What is the meaning of this?!!" One of the Elders asked in shock, his eyes bulging at the sight of the disfigured Nobles not far from him. "Cleaning up some trash!" Luke said, his two swords held in a vice-like hold, ready to strike at a moments notice.

"You would dare to stand against the gods of this world?!!" Another of the Elders shouted in disbelief. "No matter what you call it, trash is still trash!" Jack shouted mockingly, then stepped over to the broadcasting equipment he had set up. "Why don't we give the rest of the world a show, shall we?!" Jack said with a victorious smile, hitting the activation switch.

With just one hand motion, screens were buzzing to life across the world, alarms sounding to wake people from their sleep to watch and listen to the information. Jack could see the wide eyed fear in the Elder's eyes, which made his smile grow wider as he drew a pistol from mid-air with his left hand, while drawing a sword with his right.

(Viewer POV)

Random Guy: I was pulled from my sleep as sirens started going off throughout the city, signaling that something world changing was happening. Rushing outside my home, I look up into the sky and see an image being projected from a castle onto a screen, but what is confusing is that the screen is showing a stand-off between a man in a white skull mask and the World Nobles.

'What's going on?!!' I thought, scared at the thoughts racing through my mind. Looking around me I can see my neighbors and friends looking at the screen, everyone of them looking just as lost as me. Suddenly the masked man disappears from view, only to reappear a second later with his sword clashing against a different masked individual, this one obviously a member of the Government faction.

The clash was apparently a signal for everyone else on the screen to jump into action, because the next instant a literal bolt of lightning shot at a man wearing white robes, stunning him long enough for a giant lightning beast to appear beside the stunned man and decapitated him with a black sword. I watched as people fired bullets at speeds I couldn't even begin to follow, how swords slashed through the air from a long distance away and things were still being severed.

Although the masked man and his two companions were outnumbered 4 to 1, they were without a doubt holding the high ground in this fight. The masked man himself was like a demon processed, keeping everyone else on the defensive with well placed shots, then capitalizing on certain moments to kill a member of the opposing side. This fight had only been going on for a little more than 15 minutes, and already the Nobles were down 5 of their members while the other side didn't look as though they even got scratched.

(Garp POV)

Garp had just heard Prime talk angrily, then he could hear the voices of one of the Elders. He shot a worried look to Sengoku, who's eyes had almost fallen out of their sockets when he heard the other voices. The next moment sirens and alarms started ringing out across the city, then some screens lit up, showing the familiar image of Prime standing before Cipher Pol and the five elders, while in the background buildings burned uncontrollably from a wave of black flames.

'Those buildings look oddly familiar.' Garp thought, looking to Sengoku once again, who was staring right back at him, answering his unasked question. 'He actually went to the Holy City...' Garp thought in disbelief as he watched Prime, Smoker and an unfamiliar man face off against the 12 powerhouses.

Watching the battle unfold, Garp realized that what he thought of Prime's power before did not do the man justice, as he was on a level that was truly something else to behold. After 15 minutes, five members of Cipher Pol had fallen, 3 by Prime's hand and 2 by the hands of the man he didn't recognize. Smoker used his Devil Fruit power to keep people occupied or keep them at bay from getting close to himself or either of the other two monsters with him.

Garp watched as Prime severed the head of Stussy, the look on her face being that of pure horror, which would unquestionably give millions of people across the world nightmares. The last member of CP-0 was quickly disposed of, leaving just the Five Elders left to defend themselves.

"You old bastards think yourselves descendants of Gods, but really you are just sc.u.m following the will of a masked being! You and the other World Nobles treat your fellow man as though we are yours to do as you see fit!! That stops now!!" Prime declared, then attacked one of the Elders.

As fearsome and powerful as Garp knew the Elders to be, they were nothing before Prime, who moved like no one Garp had ever seen before. The Elders were on their knee's, two of them missing an arm, 3 of them missing a leg, but none of them were dead. Yet.

"I've given my word that I wouldn't kill you in the Holy City for 2 years! For one case, I've broken it! I will make amends with Sengoku for it, but just know, that is the only reason you still draw breath!" Prime shouted, then pulled out a rod of iron, quickly heating one end of it. The world watched horrified as Prime pressed the metal to each of the Elders faces, then moved them so they were more in front of the video.

"The Government and the marines know me as Prime, The knew ruler of East Blue!!" Prime said as he stood in front of the Transponder Snail, everyone waiting to see what would happen next, even Whitebeard. Then shocking the whole world, Prime pulled his mask off, showing the world the face of a young man who looked no older than 20 years old.

"I am Jack Sparrow! Guild Master of the Dark Phoenix guild, and head of the Adventurer's Association!!" Prime, now known as Jack proclaimed to the world. Then the unfamiliar blonde man stepped into the screen.

"We do not ASK for your POOR or your Hungry!

We do not WANT your TIRED and SICK!!

It is your CORRUPT we CLAIM!

It is your EVIL! that will be SOUGHT by US!

With every breath, we shall hunt THEM DOWN!

EACH DAY WE WILL SPILL THEIR BLOOD TIL IT RAINS DOWN FROM THE SKIES!

.DO NOT KILL.

.DO NOT ****.

.DO NOT STEAL.

THESE ARE PRINCIPLES WHICH EVERY MAN OF EVERY FAITH CAN EMBRACE!!

These are not polite SUGGESTIONS!!

These are CODES of BEHAVIOUR!

And Those of you that ignore them will pay the dearest cost!

The blonde man started crackling with lightning all around him. "SLAVERY will NOT be tolerated!! KAIDO, BIG MOM, DOFLAMINGO and the rest of you other FILTH! WE ARE COMING FOR YOU!!" The blonde man shouted, then turned the camera to flying sh.i.p.s being filled with slaves of every race throughout the world.

"We are not alone!! To those of you out there using people as your toys, your fate will be worse than them!" The man shouted as he turned the screen to the hundreds of Celestial Dragons, who, if Garp was being perfectly honest, looked as though they had been through the worst tortures someone could think up.

Then the screen went back to Jack. "To the civilians of the world, you have nothing to fear from me! To the Pirates and Marines!! Gather your armies! Prepare your defenses!! Wait for me!! I'm Coming for YOU!!" Jack shouted, then the screens shut off.

Garp could only look to where the screens were in silence, a lump in his throat. 'F.u.c.k!' Was all his mind could think of. After a solid 10 minutes of no one uttering a single word, Garp finally turned towards Sengoku, who had a blank look on his face.

"WHAT THE F.U.C.K WAS THAT?!!" Whitebeard shouted, his tone sounding as though he just witnessed the impossible.

"*SIGH* That was monster that the government created for itself... War is coming, and by what we just saw, it's gonna be one sided." Garp said, exhausted at what the future would hold in store for them.

"I-Is he coming for us t-to?" One of Whitebeard's commanders asked, not sounding at all as a member of the indomitable pirate Emperor.

"Considering he didn't mention Whitebeard with Big Mom and Kaido, you might be in the clear. He did once express his thought's about pirates being better than marines, so some of you might be safe. Teach however, I wouldn't be too sure." Garp said, reminding them all about Blackbeard's WANTED Poster.

Looking back to Sengoku, who still hadn't even blinked since the video, Garp walked over to him and pat him on the shoulder. "Are you okay?" Garp asked in concern. "So many..." Sengoku whispered softly, still in a daze. "What?" Garp asked in confusion. Sengoku took a deep breath before he answered, "There were so many slaves. I knew about them, but I never once tried to help them. I swore an oath to protect them, but I sent them to hell instead." Sengoku said, sounding like a broken man.

"The world has forever been changed as of this moment, Sengoku!" Garp shouted as he punched Sengoku in the head, snapping him out of his paralyzed state. "There was nothing either of us could have done!! You can't change the past, just the now!! Do better!" Garp lectured, which was almost comical considering it was coming from him.

Sengoku wasn't the type of person to dwell in sorrow for long, but it wouldn't be over so quickly. For the rest of the night, pirates and former marines drank until their was no alcohol remaining, letting their worries wait another day.

(General POV)

Jack looked over the defeated figures of the Five Elders, not happy in the slightest over this victory. He was no hero, yet he had just claimed to the world that he would be hunting the evil, which he was planning to do already, but the way it all happened just didn't sit right with him.

"Go back to IM and tell him that one day we will have our clash!" Jack said, then left the Nobles to get their own medical attention, while he, Luke and Smoker jumped through the air and onto the Pearl. Nojiko then began floating all of the sh.i.p.s away from the burning city and to the island where they agreed to meet up with Dragon.

Jack knew that this broadcast would cause chaos and madness across the world, but he had no idea what to expect from this moment onwards.
