Sylver glanced at Cobra then shrugged. "Hey little girl, if you want, I can check if I can do something, alright?" Sylver told Vivi in a soothing voice while having a smile on his face. Sylver wouldn't say that he was a doctor, but he had been studying under Itsuki, one of the best doctors in the world for over a decade, he had learnt a trick or two during that time. And with his Devil Fruit, he could easily check the pasient's body. Even Itsuki, his teacher, got slightly envious of Sylver's Devil Fruit.

Sylver then put his eyes at Titi with a small smile. "Do you mind me checking your body?" And the moment he saw her shake her head, Sylver fully used his Observation Haki and Electrofield to go through Titi's body, checking every vein, every organ, every cell, every nerve, everything!

Titi's mind froze for a couple of seconds, she felt like entire body being checked. She didn't know how Sylver managed to do it, but she knew that it was him that did it. Titi stared at Sylver who had his eyes closed and his smile vanished as a frown appeared instead of his smile.

"Mhm..." Sylver opened his eyes, he was in his own thoughts for a brief moment before he checked his pocket and took out his Den-Den-Mushi, he dialed a number and waited for a few seconds before it got answered. The Den-Den-Mushi changed itself to look like an elderly man with glasses.

"Brat, is that you?" Itsuki's voice sounded out, his voice was slightly hoarse as he had been awake for three days. Itsuki had several Den-Den-Mushis, but there existed one that only his student could use, and that student was of course, Sylver. Itsuki was a proud doctor, he believed in his own ability and he could heal or find a cure for almost anything in a short amount of time, and even while being proud, he was envious of Sylver's talent. Sylver had great talent in medicine, he even had the ability to fully check the pasient's body to an cellular level.

"Yes. I need your advice." Sylver was sure of one thing, that if Itsuki couldn't handle something, then most likely no one in the world could handle it either.

"What is it?" Itsuki heard Sylver's serious voice, this made Itsuki fully awake, his voice was also serious as he knew that Sylver wouldn't ask for his advice if it wasn't important.

Sylver paused for a brief moment, he didn't mind that Cobra, Vivi and Titi heard his talk with Itsuki, as it was about Titi's life. "I found a parasite. A parasite that feeds on the body's energy as it releases poison that effects the cells, nerves and organs." Sylver's voice shocked everyone.

Cobra and Titi didn't know what to think, Cobra's face paled as he thought that he was losing his wife to a parasite, and he didn't even know anything about it till now.

"Parasite?!" Itsuki's voice sounded out from the Den-Den-Mushi. "KILL IT! Sylver, kill it at once! Don't let it live!" Itsuki was going crazy as he thought of something horrible. "Where are you right now, Sylver?!"

Sylver's frown deepend as he heard Itsuki speak like a madman, he had never heard Itsuki losing his calm before. He knew that he had to act at once, because if something could make Itsuki lose his calm, then that thing could most likely kill all life on the planet, as nothing less than that could make Itsuki lose his calm like that.

"Alabasta Kingdom, I will kill the parasite as you said. Give me a few moments." Sylver's voice was calm, yet his expression was serious. Vivi had already let go of Sylver's foot, Sylver walked towards Titi. "Titi, remain calm, I will do what I can to kill the parasite. You might experience a sting throughout your body, but I won't let your body get hurt." Sylver saw Titi nodding as she braced herself for whatever Sylver would do.

Itsuki on the other in Mary Joa had began running, his speed shocked everyone. He had to warn Thor Von Erzia and the five elders. The parasite was something that shouldn't exsist, yet it does, and this threat could eliminate all life on the planet if it had enough time.

Sylver had began calming himself, he went towards Titi, he reached his hand and placed his palm on her forehead. Sylver then closed his eyes and began focusing, he envisoned Titi's inner body, all of her organs, her nerves, muscles, bones and everything. He traced the posion that was inside of the cells and eliminated them with a small spark of lightning, it barely took a second, but with Sylver's speed, he had already eliminated 15% of all the poison in Titi's body.

But as Sylver had thought, it wasn't as easy as that. He could sense that the poison and the parasite began moving. A small smirk appeared on Sylver's face, he had expected this from the start, he would never underestimate something that could shock Itsuki. He released all of his lightning and suppressed the posion whilst slowly killing it off.

Seconds turned into minutes, and in these moments, Cobra was looking like a corpse while Vivi was trying to be silent, yet her tears flowed down her cheeks. The only ones that were calm, were Sylver and Titi. Sylver was calm as he focused and knew that he could handle it, while Titi was calm because she felt the changes in her own body, and she could feel that Sylver was winning over the posion and the parasite.

After five minutes, Sylver's small smirk turned into a grin. "Now!" Sylver raised both of his hands towards the air, and as he did that, something gushed out of Titi's mouth. It was a small black coloured parasite that looked like a centipede. The centipede looking parasite began trashing around in the air, Sylver didn't even think before he used his lightning to kill off the parasite. But before the the parasite got killed, a black mist entered Sylver's body with only Sylver noticing it.

As much as Sylver wanted to give the centipede to Itsuki to study, he didn't dare to do so, as he remembered Itsuki's yells to kill it without thinking twice. Sylver trusted his teachers with all of his heart, and he would do anything they say without thinking twice as long as it wasn't going against his morale.

Vivi, Cobra and even Titi were shocked too see a centipede looking parasite gushing out of Titi's body before it got killed by Sylver, then even its body got evaporated into nothingness as Sylver used his lightning on the parasite without batting an eyelid.

"Damn..." Sylver cursed under his breathe as he wobbled backwards a few steps. He had to focus all of his strength on being careful of Titi's body as he took care of the parasite and the poison. Yet he wasn't careful enough as the parasite made a copy of itself inside of Sylver's body, and it wasn't only one copy, the copy itself copied itself.

One became two, two became four, four became eight. For every second that passed by, they doubled themselves as the parasite infested inside of Sylver's body.

Sylver fell down to his knee heavily, his Conqueror's Haki got released without him noticing. The door to the room got crashed open as Boa Hanc.o.c.k rushed in, she had sensed Sylver's lightning ability and she rushed towards it without thinking twice of it. And when she saw Sylver on his knee, she couldn't help but to rush towards him, but Sylver's voice stopped her.

"Don't come!" Sylver took his Den-Den-Mushi and threw it towards Boa Hanc.o.c.k. "Take it and call Itsuki, tell him that I got infected. I can handle myself untill he arrives as long as no one is near me." As Sylver stopped talking, he vanished from his spot as he rushed towards the sky, then headed off towards the desert.

After a couple of minutes, Sylver arrived somewhere deep in the desert, he couldn't sense anyone but him here. And that was the moment Sylver's Conqueror's Haki gushed out of his body, the world seemed to stop for a moment before a lightning domain surrounded Sylver's body. The clouds turned as dark as the abyss and lightning fell from the sky by itself.

By now, Sylver could sense over 10 000 parasites inside of his own body, and they were all releasing posion that destroyed his cells. And as the cells got destroyed, the cells would be recreated, an endless battle had begun!

Boa Hanc.o.c.k used the Den-Den-Mushi to call Itsuki, she had just told Itsuki what Sylver told her. And the moment she said her part, she heard a roar from the Den-Den-Mushi.

"WHAT!? Hanc.o.c.k, we are coming right now!" Itsuki was going crazy, he had already told Thor, Scarlett and the five elders of what had happened, and they all agreed that Itsuki should go to Alabasta Kingdom. But now that Sylver got infected, the mission became a million times more important.

Itsuki had another Den-Den-Mushi in his hand. "Tell Borsalino to return from the New World at once! He must use his speed and help me get to Alabasta Kingdom with the hastest speed!" Itsuki didn't care much after that as he closed the other Den-Den-Mushi, he focused on the call with Boa Hanc.o.c.k.

"Teacher, what is happening? Tell me...!" Boa Hanc.o.c.k didn't understand how serious things were untill now.

"..." Itsuki was silent for a moment, but when he began speaking, his voice was hoarse. "The parasite is one of the Ancient Weapons of the past, Uranus. A living parasite that could destroy the world itself with enough time..."
