One Piece - Justice Of The Celestial Dragons

Shiki stared at the newcommer with a cold glint in his eyes. "... Who are you...!?" Shiki's voice was very sharp, no one has ever called him a 'Golden Chicken' before, Gol D. Roger, Garp and the older generation all called him the 'Golden Lion' because of his pride and strength, his anger was welling up inside of him, almost exploding.

The man in clad in the dark cloak narrowed his eyes while staring back at Shiki, only his voice sounded out like thunder in the sky. "Who I am does not matter to you. What matters is that the Four Blues are under my protection, and you came thinking that you could come as you please? Humph!" Even when his voice was gruff and deep, his tone was clear and soothing to listen to.

"No one and nothing can hinder me, the Golden Lion!" Shiki replied back in a cold voice as he flickered his wrist which made a large island fly towards the man with golden eyes with high speed.

The man with golden eyes stood there, not even caring about the large island that was heading his way like a moving mountain. As it was getting nearer, he simply raised his hand, which sent a shockwave which split the air in front of him and split the island into two without any resistance.

"Do you really want to continue this fight?" The man with golden eyes asked in his usual voice, he would fight if Shiki was to continue forward, but he would rather want to avoid such a battle unless he had no other choice.

Shiki was trying his best to stay calm after seeing one of his larger islands getting split into two with only a mere hand motion. He had no idea who he was facing or what kind of abilities he had, the man with golden eyes was completly unknown to Shiki.

As Shiki and the man with golden eyes were staring at each other, another voice sounded out. The voice was hoarse, yet still had strength in it.

"Yeah... No, neither of you will escape." Sylver stood there with a straight back while staring at both of them with slightly narrowed eyes. He couldn't allow Shiki to escape as his plans to kill humanity was something he couldn't let go. Sylver cracked his neck before a grin appeared on his face.

The man with golden eyes just gave Sylver a short glance before keeping his eyes on Shiki, but he still spoke to Sylver. "Why do you say that, Sylver Von Erzia..." He didn't care about the World Government, the marines or the pirates at all, but he still knew many things, and he has gotten a lot of information over the past few years about the 'genius Celestial Dragon'. And from his viewpoint, Sylver wasn't disappointing him, because Sylver was certainly qualified to grow stronger with his personality.

Sylver's grin didn't vanish as he replied in his calm and soothing voice. "Because, one person here wants to kill off humanity, and the other one seems like to not care about it. Then, why shouldn't I step up and complete the 'justice' the marine and the World Government speaks off." Sylver guessed correctly as he saw the golden eyes narrow and turn sharp towards Shiki. And from his little 'help', he managed to turn the tables against Shiki.

The man with golden eyes checked with his Observation Haki, he checked every island flying around, he then finally noticed something unusual, a poison tree that seems to kill off beasts and vegetation on the islands. "Shiki... Have you gone mad? Because if you have gone mad, let me allow to kill you and save you from your stupidity." His figure vanished as he appeared in front of Shiki, he attacked with a fist.

Shiki wasn't too slow either, he blocked the fist with his sword, but his eyes went wide open as he saw his sword split into two. He hurriedly coated his fist with Armament Haki and punched with all of his force.

And to counter Shiki's attack, the man with golden eyes punched too with Armament Haki. The clash against the two of them made the air split and crack. And as they stood still, both of them released Conqueror's Haki at the same time.

The air around them seemed to stay still for a brief moment before a thunderous noise sounded out, Sylver was blown back a few hundred meters, even the islands in the air near them seemed to crack open slightly.

Sylver was barely able to hold on his conscious, the Conqueror's Haki they were both showing off was way stronger than anything he had seen. He felt like a droplet of water in the massive sea. Sylver shook his head and his eyes squinted while mumbling. "I will surpass them... I will surpass everyone in the future...!" He strengthened his Will by releasing his Conqueror's Haki, even thought it was barely a small precentage of what Shiki and the man with golden eyes were showing off.

Shiki's and the man with golden eyes's figure vanished before reappearing a dozen of times every second, they were using close to their maximum strength in this battle. Shiki was on the losing end by slightly, but he didn't dare to release all of his strength yet, because he had a feeling that if he did that, his body would be split into two.

Only a minute passed by, but Shiki desided to retreat as he knew neither one of them would win unless both of them used all of their strength. And from this small 'clash', Shiki knew that he wasn't sure he could defeat the unknown man, at most, he would have a fifty/fifty chance.

Shiki flickered his wrist once again which sent five large islands inhabitated with the poison and wild beast towards the nearby island on the sea. "Hey! Do you wish to protect the Four Blues, then do that!" Shiki roared out whilst grinning.

The man with golden eyes narrowed his eyes, he knew that Shiki wanted to retreat, but when he saw the five islands heading towards the nearby islands on the sea, he couldn't take the risk, he turned around and left to deal with the five islands.

Shiki left without saying any other word. He had more planning to do after knowing that such a monster existed in the Four Blues, he needed much more information on how to deal with that monster. After his clash against him, he seemed to forget about Sylver.

Sylver was standing in the middle of the air, panting heavily. Almost a minute later, the man with golden eyes appeared in front of him. Sylver just smiled weakly at him, he knew that he couldn't escape from him even if he wanted. Then, the best choice after that, was to stay there and wait for him.

"Why are you still here for? Leave if you want to, I won't bother stopping you." The man spoke in his usual gruff and deep voice, not caring about Sylver.

"I found myself a reason to stay here for now." Sylver answered whilst smiling, he tilted his head upwards, sighing slowly before speaking. "I found that the sky I was gazing at, was merely a cloud, and the sky is much higher than I could have guessed. And with the discovery of this, people that's much stronger than me, has appeared that wishes to destroy what should be protected."

"Humanity..." The gruff and deep voice replied, the man knew what Sylver wanted to say, as that was also something he was trying to protect.

"Yes. Humanity." Sylver nodded as he continued speaking. "The world isn't fair, people are born in different homes, with different illnesses and with different situation. A few people can't 'fix' everything by wanting to do something, at most what we can do, is to protect them from danger that they can't stop themselves. And, that is where people like us come from, we are the ones that will do our best to protect Humanity, protect their daily lives, protect what they hold dear." Sylver's voice was calm, yet the way he was speaking was somehow sounding too charming.

The man with golden eyes couldn't help but to tremble slightly, as Sylver said, the world isn't fair. He wasn't born in the best home and the situation he had to grow with wasn't good, but in the end, he was doing something similar to a 'World Noble' was doing, protecting people he could protect with his strength and power.

Sylver was staring at the man for a few seconds before finally speaking in a sincere tone. "That is why, I want you, I want you to join me. Join me in my travels, join along as we do our best to protect what we wish to protect. Let us go against the Emperors and everyone else that wishes to harm Humanity, join me, and we will protect what we hold dear...!"
