One Piece - Justice Of The Celestial Dragons

Sylver was panting heavily while holding onto his knees, sweat was dripping from his body. But no matter how hard Sylver was training, he didn't complain once in his own mind, he was really determined to grow stronger, to never feel weak again.

As Sylver was about to grit his teeth and continue training, he heard a snicker behind him. Sylver turned around and saw the person that saved him against the wolf - Doflamingo. Sylver had a smile on his face, he was grateful that Doflamingo saved him at that time, but Sylver was also determined to grow stronger, strong enough that he didn't need to be saved by anyone.

"Brat, do you need any help with your training?" Doflamingo had a grin on his face, he was leaning against a tree while staring at Sylver.

Sylver lowered his head slightly, he replied back in a soft voice. "I have no idea where to begin in the training..." Sylver didn't know how to use his Devil Fruit, therefore he did whatever came to his mind.

"Hehe." Doflamingo gave a short laughter before speaking. "You must have noticed that time when you fought against the wolf, that your body turned into lightning and that the wolf couldn't injure you, right?" When Doflamingo saw Sylver nodding, he continued speaking. "That is called - Elemental Body. Every known Logia Devil Fruit Users has their own Elemental Body, and only with certain material as Sea-Stone or Haki will they be able to injure you."

Sylver was listening carefully to what Doflamingo was saying, he tried his best to remember each and every word Doflamingo said.

"But it isn't easy to achieve your Elemental Body, you need to remember one thing." Doflamingo's words became slower and slower till he saw that Sylver was paying full attention to his words. "That you are Lightning, and that Lightning is you..." The moment Doflamingo finished his words, he kicked the ground and flew away. But Doflamingo secretly came back and hid behind a tree, gazing at Sylver with a grin.

Sylver felt something whenever he whispered. "I am Lightning, and Lightning is me..." Sylver muttered this a few times before closing his eyes. He felt something being connected, he suddenly felt everything around himself, almost like he was connected to the entire world!

Dark clouds began to appear above of Mary Joa, it barely took half a minute before the first lightning fell from the sky, and it barely took a moment before Mother Nature began its wrath by unleashing hundred of lightnings every minute down towards the area where Sylver was.

Doflamingo was grinning wickedly. "The Lightning Devil Fruit, truly one of the strongest ones out there, hehehe." After having seen that Sylver managed to connect himself to the Lightning itself, Doflamingo turned around and left. Doflamingo didn't know why, but he was very happy today.

And in the dark skies, there were several people watching Sylver bathing in lightning. These people were, Thor, Scarlett, Dragon and Akira. Dragon muttered while gazing at the nature breaking scene. "Sylver is a natural talent in using his Lightning Devil Fruit. It took me 4 years before I managed to create my Elemental Body, but Sylver managed to it in a tender age of only 4." Dragon shook his head at how crazy it sounded.

Thor was gazing in the horizon with slightly narrowed eyes, his deep voice sounded out calmly. "With or without a Devil Fruit, Sylver would still become strong." Thor shook his head slightly before speaking once again. "He will become strong enough to be a force that the Pirates will be careful against. And this will put a huge target on Sylver's head till he is strong enough, they would never allow someone like Sylver to grow."

Akira knew how ruthless the Pirates could be, therefore she agreed by nodding. "We need to be careful. From our knowledge, Gol D. Roger is nearing Raftel, and that alone will unleash a surge of people to become pirates."

"It isn't only Gol D. Roger we need to be careful of, Rayleigh, Shanks, Whitebeard, Kaido, Big Mom and many more, they are all becoming more reckless. The seas are turning chaotic by each passing day." Dragon narrowed his eyes, he knew that if they didn't act soon, things would turn out to become much worse.

"What do you suggest, Dragon?" Scarlett asked in a rather cold voice, she knew that her son would be targeted no matter what, and that made her angry.

"Capturing and executing Gol D. Roger." Dragon replied without any hesitation.

Scarlett and Thor gazed at each other for a brief moment before nodding. "We will talk this through with Kong, Sengokou and the other Patriarch of the Celestial Dragons." Thor answered before turning around to leave.

After a few seconds, only Dragon and Akira were left. Akira was staring at Sylver, her cold expression slowly vanished as a small smile appeared on her face. "As long as we do our jobs, he will turn into someone that could lead us all through the Seas and Conqueror it." Akira and many others with strong Will felt that they were being attracted towards Sylver somehow.

Akira felt that she wanted to protect and stay with Sylver. Dragon felt the wrath that could shake the world from Sylver. Thor and Scarlett could feel a strong pressure that didn't harm them but made them feel warm from seeing Sylver. Doflamingo felt real interest and curiosity of Sylver.

In one way or another, they were all being attracted towards Sylver that would slowly grow stronger in time. And this scene where hundred of lightning fell down that could shake Mary Joa, would only be Sylver's first step in gaining his strength.
