One Piece: Sea Devil Sanji

In the outskirts of Mock town...

"He keeps emitting that black smoke!!"

"I'm on fire!! Heeelp!!"

*BANG* *CRASH* *BANG*

"Don't get any closer!!"

"Just run!!"

"Quick!! Evacuate!! They're going wild!!"

"Uwah!! Something's spreading on the ground!!"

"That's the stuff that guy was emitting from his body...!!!"

"That's scary! It's so black; it's just like a hole in the ground"

"I feel like I'm being s.u.c.k.e.d in. Creepy"

"Don't touch it!! Just run!!"

"Go through the forest and run to the coast!!"

"Uwah!! The town was s.u.c.k.e.d into the ground! Why!? What's going on!!?"

"Is that the sun!! Why am I seeing the sun in the midle on the night!!?"

"Run, you idiot!! It's falling down!!"

*BBBOOOOOOMMM* *FWOOOOOOSH*

".... Are we dreaming...!?"

".......!?"

"...!!"

".....!!"

"... What's going on...? No human could do this"

"The town... has been completely destroyed..."

"... Not just the town... What's going to happen to this island...?"

Morning of the following day, in the middle of the now destroyed Mock Town...

"Zehahaha, everything will be reduced to nothingness in front of my darkness!!" shouted Blackbeard in glee. He was standing on top the rubble of one of the former inns in town with his hands blurring in motion as they hurled black solid orbs as big as his fists in a concentrated bombardment over a wide area to his front.

*Dark Matter Barrage*

"Cheap bastard with his shitty Devil Fruit!" grumbled Sanji. He was flickering back and forth all over the place, doing his best to dodge every single orb making extra sure not to come in contact with any of them. These orbs possessed the ability to erase whatever they came in contact with from existance. If one of them managed to touch him, he would be saying goodbye to that part of his body forever.

The dodgeball game between the two continued for several long seconds before a gleam appeared in Sanji's eye as he spotted an opening. He blitzed right infront of his opponent, sweeping his right leg forward to land a powerful flaming kick to the center of his torso.

*Veau Shot*

The kick had a spiral effect to it as the flames drilled through him, blasting bone and flesh right out of his back.

"Gwaaaaah!!" he went spinning in the distance.

Just as the blond landed, Burgess and Doc Q appeared, flanking him from both sides. The first swung his arm at him, resulting in a powerful shockwave with cutting edge to it that's aimed to separate his head from his neck *Galleon Lariat*, while the second swung his huge scythe in a wide arc, planning to bisect him in two by the waist.

Sanji bend down dodging the first attack as he spun on one leg deflecting the second attack with the other. Without losing momentum, he jumped into the air in front of Doc Q, then channeled all his might into one leg to deliver a flurry of kicks so fast that it seemed to hit simultaneoustly, creating the illusion that his leg was shaking.

*Mouton Shot*

"Arrrgh!!" blood spewed from Doc Q' mouth as he was sent flying with multiple burning holes in his torso.

Right after Sanji swiftly moved sideways just as a hand clutching a knife intending to rip open his stomach passed a hair's breadth away from him.

Sanji eyed Burgess who just attacked him again before he flipped in the air to face the man's back and sent a barrage of hard kicks with his two legs.

*Extra Hachis*

With every kick, Sanji sent his Armament Haki inside his enemy, pulverizing his internal organs.

"Gugh!!!" with a gurling noise escaping his throat, Burgess was slammed to the ground, creating a large crater from the sheer force of the attack.

Sanji wasn't satisfied with just that as fire burst from his right foot when he was coming down, intending to stomp Burgess' skull in. However, just then, two bullets hit him in the middle of his c.h.e.s.t.

Sanji grunted as he defended himself with Haki but was still pushed away from his target to land on the ground about ten meters away. Once he regained his balance, he lifted his head to find to his frustration that Burgess had disappeared from where he left him.

"*Haa*... Damn c.o.c.kroaches!" he cursed between his clenched teeth. He turned his head to his right, spotting Blackbeard standing some distance away from him with his c.h.e.s.t totally healed. He had his hands on the shoulders of his two crewmembers, Burgess and Doc Q, as he used his power to absorb all the fatigue and damage Sanji just inflicted to them. Van Augur was also by his captain's side devoid of any injuries as he aimed his rifle at Sanji.

Just like that, they were back up on their feet, looking as good as new.

"*Zeh*...*Haa*... My darkness is gravitation!!! *Haa*... It's a force that sucks in everything!!!" said Blackbeard, wheezing with sweat pouring down his face "*Zeh*... Absolutely everything *Haa*... Bullets, blades, punches, kicks, fire, thunder, even light can't escape me! *Haa*... It's infinite gravitation. Whatever you throw at us I'll absorb and nullify it all *Haa*... *Haa*... Zehahah, nothing stands a chance in front of the darkness! *Haa*... *Haa*..."

"Yeah, but how long can you keep this up, I wonder *Haa*..." said Sanji as he pointed at all the body parts littering the battlefield. Not including the hundreds, possibly thousands, of mangled corpses of the pirates that were occupying this town who were unlucky enough to find themselves in the cross fire, there were limbs, internall organs, to even whole headless bodies clearly belonging to the blackbeard pirates "It's obvious that your power consumes a lot stamina *Haa*... How many times did I kill your shitty minions by now? A hundred? Two hundred? Just yourself alone tens of times already. It's just a matter of time before you're bottomed out *Haa*..."

"*Haa*... *Haa*... Not if we took you out first *Haa*..." said Blackbeard. The black smoke like substance still oozing out from him, and suddenly a kilometer radius area was covered in darkness with him in the middle as he absorbed all the surrounding light, blocking and making vision impossible.

*Black World*

"The same move as before *Haa*..." commented Sanji "It still won't work on me *Haa*..."

"*Zeh*... Overvation Haki, I'm well aware" replied Blackbeard "*Haa*... But just like me, how long before it runs dry for you too *Haa*... *Haa*... Now, get him guys!!"

"Wiiihahaha, yes captain! / Roger, captain! / *Cough*... on it, captain *Pant*..." chorused his subordinates.

"You want to play the long game then *Haa*..." began Sanji as he bolted away, moving in a zigzag manner to avoid another barrage of *Dark Matter* orbs from Blackbeard, in addition to numerous volleys of bullets, shock waves and slashes, zipping by him. Apparently the other three weren't affected by Blackbeard's move as him. "Well, let's see who'll falter first" he finished.

Several hours later...

By now, not just the town but the entirety of the western side of the island was devastated by their battle and was reduced to a total wasteland.

The world was still dark for Sanji, but...

"AAARRRGGGHHH!!!" was the loud agonized cry as a fiery air blade several meters long cleaved Burgess in two from shoulder to waist, then continued to cut Doc Q's head clean off.

Sanji sky-walked right after as Van Augur was sniping at him again; his hands were moving so fast to shoot and reloaded his rifle that there wasn't any delay in between.

Blackbeard, in the meantime, used his *Kurouzu* on both of his hands to pull the upper half of Burgess' body and Doc Q's head towards himself. He caught them and hurried to heal them. He has only a three minutes window to save them in or their souls would have left them by then and he wouldn't be capable of bringing them back even if he managed to reconstruct their bodies.

They were engulfed in darkness as he absorbed all the damage that they just sustained, and in but a flash of a second, their bodies grew right back from their dripping wounds, and stood anew again.

"*Haa*... *Haa*... I'm reaching my limit *Zeh*... *Zeh*... We have to kill him as soon as possible otherwise running away is our only option *Haa*... *Haa*..." Blackbeard said between heavy breathing as he released them once he finished.

"I'm also getting tired of being cut or blown to shreds by him!" added Burgess in anger.

"Me too...*Pant*" agreed Doc Q "And I lost Stronger too *Cough*..." he remembered how Sanji vaporized his horse in the beginning of the fight.

"The problem is his speed" remarked Van Augur "We hardly landed a blow on him, and even if we do, he would always shrug it off like nothing happened; a show of his immense durability. His attacks are all deadly too" he was still following Sanji in the sky with the muzzle of his rifle and kept shooting at him, trying to bring him down "As I see it, only you captain have a chance against him, but your attacks are too slow to successfully hit him. You need something more efficient, or we'll continue fighting a losing a battle here"

"*Zeh*... *Haa*... I may have just the thing but with my current state I can use it only once *Haa*... *Haa*... If it failed we're getting the hell out of here *Haa*... *Haa*... Shit!! Hurry behind me!! It's that attack he used earlier!!" Blackbeard yelled urgently for his comrades, and they quickly followed his command.

Blackbeard raised his hands in the air just in time to create a circular pool of darkness that expanded to shield him and his crewmates from the starry beams of fire that rained down on them.

*Yamiagari (Dark Opening)*

The bombardment was relentless as it kept raging on for a whole five minutes before it came to end.

Blackbeard was left standing alongside the other three of his crew in almost a huddle on top of a dirt tower rising from the middle of deep pit that surrounded them by a twenty meters radius.

They appear to be unscathed though as Blackbeard managed to defend against the attack. However he was kneeling down on one knee, his breathing even more labored than before.

Sanji landed a couple hundred meters away from them and his whole body suddenly burst into flames, in preparation for his next attack.

"*Haa* *Haa* Shit!! Burgess!! Augur!! Doc Q!! *Zeh* *Haa* Get away now!! I'm going to handle this alone!! *Haa* *Haa*" commanded Blackbeard.

"But captain-" began Burgess.

"Shut up, and do as said!!! *Haa* *Haa*" Blackbeard cut him off with a glare.

"... Sorry" Burgess apologized as he and the other two followed his command.

Just as they jumped away, Sanji with fire still exploding out of him leaped forward and delivered a barrage of kicks in the direction of Blackbeard. They were so fast that they created the illusion of having one large flaming leg, and ended with massive beam of fiery light that zoomed towards him.

"Shit!!" cried Blackbeard as he moved to dodge.

The attack whooshed as fast as lightning where he stood, and plowed through earth and water leaving a long scorched trench in the dirt that went all the way into the sea.

"Gwaaaaah!! Hot!!" screamed Blackbeard as he crash landed by the side of the trench. He rolled a couple of times before he forced himself to stand on his feet. "Damn it!!" he cursed, seeing himself missing his left arm along with a big portion of his left upper torso.

"Hardy bastard! *Haa*..." said Sanji as he landed back down, his breathing becoming ragged too "Normal people would have instantly dropped dead with that sort of injury! *Haa*... *Haa*... You endurance is really something else *Haa*..."

Blackbeard looked at him after he fixed himself up with his power "You're a tough customer too I'll give you that *Haa*... *Haa*..." he raised his right hand above his head and a rush of smokey darkness started to coalesce above his open palm, turning into a gigantic flaming ball resembling a dark sun.

*Dark End*

"But this is the end for you *Haa*... *Zeh*..." he lifted his left arm to pull Sanji with his gravitation towards himself "You wouldn't be able to survive this *Haa*... *Haa*..."

Sanji tried to resist the s.u.c.k.i.n.g force but it was as impossibly strong as ever, and was sent flying towards Blackbeard just as the latter hurled the giant ball of darkness at him with all his strength.

"Damn it!" seeing that he was helpless to dodge, Sanji poured all that's left of his Armament Haki out of his body to defend himself. He shaped it to surround him like a cocoon just as the ball rammed into him with such force causing him to cough up blood.

"Argh!!" Sanji was pushing more of his Haki to stop the giant orb as it forced him back rock on his heels, until it finally exploded outwards.

*VOOOOOOMMM*

It expanded to swallow everything, leaving a giant crater several kilometers wide in the middle of western Jaya, separating it into two smaller islands as sea water from the ocean and Mouth Bay(It's what's spitting the island into an eastern and western sides) started to fill into it.

Blackbeard was on all four at the edge of the crater, panting out of breath as he was joined by the rest of his crew.

"Do you think he's dead?" asked Burgess.

"*Pant*... This was both a lucky and unlucky day for us *Cough*... so I don't know..." said Doc Q, leaning his cythe on his shoulder.

"Oh, looks like he survived" said Van Augur, pointing to the other side of the crater where Sanji just crawled out of the water to the shore of the other newly made island.

"How tough is this guy to survive that last attack!?" exclaimed Burgess once he spotted him too.

"*Haa*... *Haa*... It doesn't matter *Zeh*... *Haa*..." said Blackbeard as darkness oozed from him once again "*Haa*... *Haa*... We're getting out of here *Haa*... *Haa*..."

Sanji on his end just stood back up on his feet "*Haa* *Haa* Shitty bastard! I'm out of Armament Haki-Argh!!" he was interrupted by two bullets, hitting him squarely on the head and c.h.e.s.t, sending him sprawling of the ground.

He didn't tarry to jumped back up, dodging more bullets coming his way then sky-walked right up "That sniping piece of shit!! *Haa* *Haa* It's a good thing I decided to learn Tekkai *Haa* *Haa* Or I would have lost my head just now *Haa*"

He looked at the other side of the now newly formed lake, finding a black vortex forming right behind Blackbeard "Damn it! *Haa* It's that shitty technique of his!! *Haa* I better stop him before he completes it *Haa*" he rocketed right for him.

"Captain, he's coming for us!!" yelled Burgess.

"I can see that, Burgess!! There's no need to yell!! *Haa* *Zeh* *Haa*" yelled back Blackbeard as he hurried to pump more of his darkness into the vortex.

*Bang* *Bang* *Bang*...

*Clang* *Clang* *Clang*...

To the side, Van Augur was moving with such speed to shoot with his rifle at Sanji, he appeared to be as if using a machine gun. Though the latter was ignoring all incoming bullets and was barrelling right through them like a raging bull as they bounced allover his body, leaving scratch wounds on his skin on their wake.

"I'm not slowing him down even a bit, captain!" said Van Augur not stopping in his motion "Are you done with your preparation yet!?"

"I just need a couple more seconds! *Haa*... *Haa*... *Zeh*..." answered Blackbeard.

"Heehah!!" shouted Burgess as he grabbed whatever he can get his hands on, from giant rocks to broken trees, and started throwing them at Sanji. Though the blond still didn't stop and continued to barrel through everything coming his direction as fire exploded from his body and feet, increasing his speed by three folds.

"Shit!! Grab into me, now!!" Blackbeard yelled for his crewmates just as the black vortex started to swallow him.

*Dark Portal*

"Oh, no! You don't!" witnessing what was just happening, Sanji started to quickly spin frowards in the air before he performed a *Rankyaku* with both of his legs, creating a massive, fiery and circular air blade that radiated outward.

*Rankyaky(Tempest Kick): Diable Slicer*

He watched as his attack seemed as if to teleport right in front of Blackbeard from its sheer speed.

"Owaaaaagh!!!" was Blackbeard's painful scream as the attack landed on him before he disappeared into the vortex.

Sanji continued to rapidly spin before he landed on shore with a loud thud, creating a giant dust cloud.

Once he straightened himself up, he looked where Blackbeard used to be and a low growl escaped his throat "Damn, c.o.c.kroach!! *Haa* *Haa* It's the same shitty technique I saw him use in my past life to run away at the end of the war *Haa* *Haa*"

He sighed in resignation and took a deep calming breath. He lit a new cigarette then lifted his head once the wind cleared the still floating dust cloud as it revealed the only other remaining person on the battlefield "Well, at the very least I managed to hold one of you shitty bastards here *Haa*..."

Opposite from him, about a hundred meters away, stood the sniper of the Blackbeard pirates, Van Augur. He was clutching the hand of the separated left side of his captain's body that Sanji cut off with his last attack.

He carelessly tossed it out away and said "It appears fate decree that I stay and fight today"

"No... You should say 'stay and die' instead *Haa*..." said Sanji, blowing smoke from his mouth "Because you're not walking out of here alive, I guarantee you that *Haa*..."

"If that's my fate then so be it" he reloaded his rifle in a relaxed manner and added "But I still have some bullets left to prove otherwise" he finished by aiming it at Sanji as he dashed backwards to widen the gap between the two.

"Useless" Sanji clicked his boot on the ground then charged his opponent.

*Bang* *Bang* *Bang* *Bang*

Van Augur shot a volley of bullets almost simultaneously, just as Sanji moved, aiming for his eyes, mouth and throat. However they were in vain as the cook blurred and dodged them with ease, before instantly closing said gap between them.

Seeing no other option as Sanji came too close for comfort, the sniper gripped his rifle with his righ hand and slashed at the blond, but a fast rising foot beat him to the punch and blew his arm right out of its shoulder socket.

Like nothing happened however, and with his face looking as passive as ever, he quickly pulled a hidden a gun from his back and turned around to aim it at Sanji's forehead. Though he found himself tilting sideways losing his balance as Sanji shattered his kneecaps with a sweeping kick, causing his hand to veer away missing its target once he shot his gun.

"Ugh!" blood sprouted from his mouth as just before he tumbled down, Sanji kicked his midsection like a football, sending him skidding uncontrollably on the ground.

Sanji lowered his foot and put his hands in his pockets, then slowly walked towards him. He reached his prone form and spoke "Trying to be sneaky and shoot me with a Seastone bullet, are you? *Haa*..."

"*Cough*... *Cough*... I don't know how you're able to harden your skin, *Haa*... *Haa*... but I'm pretty sure it isn't as hard as Seastone *Cough*... *Cough*..." replied Van Augur, blood seeping out his mouth "It was my only chance at survival *Haa*... *Haa*..."

"... Well, this is it for you *Haa*..." said Sanji as he lifted his right leg in the air "And this time for good *Haa*..."

"This is my fa- *Crunch*" Sanji didn't let him continue as he crushed his head like a watermelon under his foot. His Diable Flames then spread out, burning the rest of his body to ash.

"Haa..." Sanji relaxed his shoulders once he finished him off. He took a puff of smoke, then regarded the now empty battlefield.

The spring island that only a day ago was vibrant with life and greenery, had become a ravaged land. The evening moon seemed to spit white venom on the earth where smoke and a broody mist seemed to hung over, deep trenches and scorch marks crisscrossed around, and broken houses and store fronts laid waste allover the place.

"A pirate heaven gone just like that... This is going to bring so much attention *Haa*..." remarked Sanji.

He sensed some life signals on other end of the island, belonging to those lucky surivors that managed to escape the slaughterfest in time. They were hesitantly approaching where Mock Town used to stand once they realized that the fighting had stopped.

"I better leave before someone sees me and links what happened here to me *Haa*..." he jumped in the air then sky-walked in the direction of eastern Jaya "The rest must be spending their first night at Skypiea by now... The survival game is tomorrow, so they should be safe at the moment. I'll take a short rest in Cricket's house then join up with them *Haa*..."

"Knock Up Stream", a humongous geyser in the ocean. It's one of the only two ways to reach the Sky Island, Skypiea.

With the help of Montblanc Cricket and the "Saruyama Alliance", consisting of Masira, his brother a man who looked like an orangutan with long green hair named Shoujou, and their pirate crews, the Straw Hats minus Sanji have ridden the Knock Up Stream and found themselves in a sea of water-like clouds, called the White Sea.

After a series of events where they made friends with some and foes with others, they found themselves without their knowing embroidered in a survival game set up by the God of Skypiea, Enel.

He's a tall pale-skinned man with a well-toned yet somewhat wiry build. Also barec.h.e.s.ted and barefooted, only wearing a close-fitting, white skullcap over his blond hair, four gold bracelets on each forearm, a flowing, indigo sash that upholds a dark-turquoise fabric both encircling his waist and an extremely baggy, ballooning pants patterned beween bright orange and dark-bluish.

His prominent features are his earlobes that stretch all the way to his c.h.e.s.t, being weighted down by gold earrings, along a large ring that's stuck centrally into his shoulder blades, and attached to said ring are four wooden drums set next to and above his head.

After a series of brutal battles the morning of the second day and in the middle of the ruins of Shandora, the lost "City of Gold" which was blasted up to the sky by the Knock Up Stream nearly 400 years ago, Enel was facing the last five still standing contestans in his survival game. They were Zoro, Nami, Robin, an old man wearing armor called Gan Fall and a tall, muscular man called Wyper that possesses small wings on his back and is covered by various tribal tattoos across his left shoulder and the left side of his face.

"What's this game you're talking a bout!!?" questioned Wyper, pointing a bazooka at Enel.

"Yahahaha, that's right. You and the others behind you are all contestants... Of my little game" Enel laughed looking at them, then explained in a condescending tone "The rules are simple. Three hours after you stepped into this island, we see how many paople among the original 81 contestants are left standing. It's a survival game!! Of course I'm also a contestant" he paused to look them one by one then continued "I predicted that there would be five survivors! In three minutes the three hours time limit will be over. Thus... It is quite problematic that there are still six survivors here. However god's predictions can't be wrong... " he smirked evily "So... one of you here needs to be eliminated. Will you do it yourselves, or should I do it for you...?"

"..." they looked at him in silence, taking in what he just told them.

Zoro crossed his arms and looked at Robin "... Hey, do you want to?" he asked.

"No, thank you" was her answer.

"Me neither" added Zoro.

"I don't think so..." said Wyper.

"I refuse as well!!" declared Gan Fall.

"W...wait!! I..." stuttered Nami as the four of them looked at her. She was hiding behind a rock, holding a passed out Chopper.

They turned their heads back at Enel then pointed at him "You will!"

"Yahahahahaha...!!" Enel laughed incredulously at them "How impudent! You're going to... eliminate me!? I wouldn't expect less from the survivors of my game... However... Do you know who you're talking to? It seems that... you don't understand what a god is...!!" he gave them a menacing look.

Enel goes to explain that he wants to destroy Skypiea as people living in the sky is unnatural. So as God it is his job to keep the natural order. He wants to return the residents of Skypiea to the earth below where they belonged. After that, he wants to take people with him to the "Fairy Vearth", a piece of earth of infinite size, where it is only natural for God to reside as opposed to the limited amount here.

Gan Fall was angered by this, and in response attacked him. But Enel laughed and easily incapacitated him with 30 million volts of lightning.

"A Devil Fruit..." Zoro remarked as he readied himself for a fight, clenching his swords.

"Most likely the Rumble-Rumble Fruit(Goro Goro no Mi)...!!" deduced Robin then added in apprehension "It's one of the... invincible powers... The power of lightning!"

"Lightning...!? Impossible..." said Nami in shock "How can we win against that...!?"

"Perfect, it is now the predicted time... There ware exactly five survivors" a wide grin appeared on Enel's face as he turned to face them again "Yahahaha, good job surviving this far!! Now I shall-Hm? What's this...?" a frown suddenly marred his features.

He looked in a certain direction, his eyes following after something that's coming right for them, and a couple of seconds later, a dark shadow landed bettween them with such force that caused the ground to shake and crack.

"Phew, made it just in time" said Sanji as he straightened himself up.

"Who're you...?" asked Enel, pointing his staff at the blond.

"Sanji-kun...!" exclaimed Nami as she came out from her hiding place, looking at him.

"Ah, Nami-san!" Sanji ignored the self proclaimed god and turned to face her.

Nami looked at him, took a moment before she bit her bottom lip and tears formed on the bottom of her eyes. "Sanji-kun!!" she ran towards him, spreading her arms wide for a hug.

"Hey, I'm talking to you...!" said Enel with tick mark appearing on his head after being ignored.

Sanji didn't hear him as hearts exploded from his eyes and dashed towards the orange haired girl "Nwami-swan, did you miss me!?" he jumped to embrace her.

"Sanji-kun...!!" Nami smiled happily as she jumped to meet him halfway and kissed his face with the bottom of her sandal "You bastard!! What took you so long!?!" her expression turned 180 as she yelled at him with shark teeth.

"Ugh!" Sanji fell like a crampled heap on the ground. "You're still lovely even when you're kicking my face, Nami-san!" he said dreamily.

"Don't give me that crap!!" she grabbed his neck and started shaking him back and forth "Do you know what we have been through without you!? Explain yourself!! Now!!"

"N-N-a-a-m-i-s-san... a-i-r... n-ee-d... t-o... br-ea-the...!" Sanji wheezed, feeling his brain as if turned into milkshake.

"Navigator-san..." said Robin with a soft smile as she patted Nami's shoulder "Cook-san is turning purple"

"Oh, you're right..." Nami released him as he fell down once again.

"Stop ignoring me you mongrels or I'll pass god's judement down on you!!" threatened Enel in irritation, as lightning shot into the sky from his hand.

Sanji didn't pay him any heed again as he picked himself up and grinned at the raven-haired girl "Robin-chwan, did you... miss me... too...? *Gulp*..." he felt cold sweat running down back, as she gave him this smile that promised something he didn't want to know about, though he instinctively felt the need to cover his crotch with his hands, which he quickly did.

"Yeah, Cook-san... Fufufu..." she giggled beautifully which he just wanted to swoon at, but couldn't bring himself to, seeing the mysterious gleam in her eyes "I missed you... very much... indeed..."

"Sorry..." he whimpered.

"You insolent fools!" Enel got enough of them as he clenched his fist, focusing a large cl.u.s.ter of electricity in the sky, then used it to send a huge and powerful lightning bolt crashing down towards Sanji.

The attack looked like a golden column of light as it fell and blasted through the earth, leaving a ten meter smoking hole on the ground where Sanji and the female duo of the Straw Hats were standing.

Enel looked at where they used to be and said "That's what you get from disrespecting your god" he then turned his attention back to the other remaining two "Well, it looks like we only have three survi- huh?" he was surprised to find Sanji standing among them with each of his arms winding around the waist of one of the girls.

"So... where did Luffy go?" asked the cook nonchalantly like he wasn't attacked just now "Chopper is here and I can sense Usopp back at the ship but... I'm not getting any read whatsoever on Luffy..."

Nami facepalmed and pointed to the side where a giant blue stripped snake was sprawled on the ground with smoke rising from it's body "He's inside that snake"

'Oh, right. I forgot about him getting swallowed by that...' thought Sanji as he looked at it 'Though the last time around I was knocked out during this time, so it's natural I don't remember much of it'

"Oi, dartboard" called Zoro. "Where have you been this whole time? You left along with Luffy that night, but only he returned back"

Sanji arched his eyebrow at him "Didn't Luffy explained the situation to you?"

"No, Cook-san..." answered Robin instead "He just said you got caught up in something back at Mock Town and that you'll catch up with us later, but he didn't tell us what or why"

"He even refused to let us go back and look for you even when we heard loud explosions and screams coming all the way from weastern Jaya" supplied Nami. She looked him in the eye as she tightly sqeezed his hand and asked "So, what happened, Sanji-kun? You didn't get hurt, did you?"

'I see... He didn't want them to panic so he didn't tell them... Sometimes, Luffy can be such a reliable captain' Sanji smiled at that. Even still, they were worried about him, he could see it in their eyes. Even Zoro with his slight frown was showing some worry, though that could be just his anoyance at seeing him again.

"I'll tell you everything later..." smiled reassuringly as he gently brushed his thumb on the back of Nami's hand and rubbed soothing circles on Robin's back "First let's get our captain out of that snake, shall we?"

"Hey, get away from there!!" suddenly Wyper yelled for them as another *El Thor* fell down on top of them with a thunderous crack.

However this time it didn't manage to land as it was quickly dispersed by a rising shockwave.

Sanji who just countered it with his Haki, was standing with his left leg vertivally above him as he glared at Enel "What was that for, shitty-earlobes!? Can't you see I was conversing with my crewmates!?"

The lightning user and Wyper's eyes bugged out in shock after witnessing the attack get easily cancelled by the blond.

Seeing Sanji start to walk towards him, Enel composed himself and said "You're better than I thought..." he twirled his golden staff then taped the top two drums that he wore on his back.

A giant dragon shaped blast of lightning emerged from the two drums and rushed forward, but it was easily deflected with another wave of Haki as Sanji kicked forward.

Sweat started to form on the side of enel's face as his attack was countered once again. He shook his head to get his bearing back, then watched as the cook jumped in his direction, intending to kick him. He smirked self-assuredly and spoke "Come! Physical attacks are useless against me. You'll just pass through me and-Gaargh!"

The wind got knocked out of him as contrary to his expectation the kick hit him hard on the stomach. He then collapsed, kneeling on the ground as he clutch his stomach, hard pressed for breath.

Wyper was opening and closing his mouth as he stared stupidly at what just transpired to the supposedly all powerful god.

"It seems that you need to be taught a lesson..." said Sanji as he pressed Enel's head under his boot, grinding it on the ground "Just because you're a shitty Logia doesn't make you invincible, shit-head. And you're no shitty god too, arrogant prick... What kind of god gets his head buried in the ground like this"

"Ack!!!" Enel g.r.o.a.n.e.d in pain as Sanji increased the downward pressure on him, planting his head inside the rock pavement underneath.

Sanji left him in that humiliating position as he walked away and rejoined his crew, but not before adding one last time "I won't kill you though... Your opponent is not me..."
