Meanwhile, in the background, you could hear Garp munching on his snacks and laughing his a.s.s off.

"GARP...SHUT UP...as for you, I heard about you "Scarlett-eyes no Tobi" you're strong but do you really think I would just hand over such a precious seat just cause you asked for it?"

"hmm, to be honest, Yes, I mean you just care about power not really the mindset of the person as long they are following your basic orders" Tobi

' he is definitely strong, first fighting with Mihawk and now killing Moria as caused the Navy to lose quite a bit of its reputation, if he does join, then I won't need to release this new Bounty Poster, and this time I would have to state why he has such a high bounty...*sigh* but why would want to join the Shichibukai?' Sengoku thinks to himself while coming up with his answer

"Can you answer me on why you want to join the Shichibukai? surely there has to be some alternative reasoning" questions Sengoku

"You're right, I want access to be able to roam the seas without the Navy's interference as long you guarantee me that I will join"

'hmm, it's not too much, and certainly not as excessive as the demands the others made to join the Shichibukai' Sengoku

"Okay then, but some highly-restricted areas will still be off-limits but the Marine won't interfere with you in the seas"

" 'tsk, well it was as close as I was going to get' alright, you got yourself a deal, so what now do I have to come to Marineford?" Tobi

"No, I will have the Vice-Admiral give you a marine authentication card, and the news of your status will be posted in the papers in about 2-3 days"

"Ara Ara this is very good news, well then I will catch you later ~Old Man~" and Tobi disconnects the transmitter snail.

"...Did he just call me...OLD MAN?" Sengoku snaps and breaks his desk

"PFFT...AHAHAHAHAHA you got roasted by a kid in his twenties, AHAHAHA" Garp laughs uncontrollably and gets punched on the head by Sengoku.

"ENOUGH, this is serious, never has there been someone that actually dared to ask us to make them a Shichibukai, there is definitely something fishy about this, he wants something more than just the ability to roam the seas carelessly"

"Relax "OLD MAN" his power definitely rivals that of the Shichibukai if not an Admiral, besides we have bigger things to worry about right now, as long as he doesn't do something that causes too many problems, he is fine for now" Garp tries to reason with Sengoku

"Tsk, *DEEP SIGH* I need to retire soon this job has too much stress...anyways go announce his status as the New Shichibuki already" Sengoku commands Garp while punching him again for calling him old man.

After getting his Marine Identification card, Tobi prepares leaves Sabaody Archipelago.

"System wherein the timeline is Luffy right now?"

'hmm, I see it's almost that time huh, I could go help him but Crocodile power isn't enough to entertain me, though it is almost time for the epic battle between Ace and Blackbeard, I should go to Banaro Island, but I won't interfere and I should start training myself for the War that is coming very soon' Tobi thinks to himself while setting sail.

The news of a New Shichibukai put the world in shock, there wasn't much information about the newcomer, in fact, there was none all the world knew was a bounty that was placed on his head, only for him to now be an Oka Shichibukai confusing many pirates and navy alike. 'Just who is this man to make such a devastating impact on this world in such a short time?' was the thought on almost everybody's mind.

Reading the paper, it seems the Marines finally let the information reach the public's eye, first "Scarlett-eyes no Tobi" seemed to have a fight with Mihawk ending in a draw, then killing and massacring the Thriller Bark Pirates along with Gecko Moria, the previous Shichibukai...this was an astonishing track record for someone who just appeared out of nowhere.

Most of the other Shichibukai didn't seem to care, but two of them did more so than others.

Doflamingo POV:

"Fufufufufu, interesting to have such accomplishments even I would have to take it completely serious to fight Mihawk, looks like we finally got rid of that trash Moria, I honestly don't even know how he was one of us being so weak...I look forward to meeting you "Scarlett-eyes", fufufufu"

Mihawk POV:

"so you finally decided to show yourself, and as a Shichibukai nonetheless...you didn't seem like the man to care about titles, so there must be some other reason to join...regardless I look forward to our next meeting, I finally found an opponent where I can go all out besides Shanks..." Mihawk stated while continuing to practice and improve his swordsmanship further.

The Yonko didn't seem to care that much as they deemed themselves far superior to that of the Shichibukai, expect for Shanks.

Shanks Pov:

"It looks like you already made your impact on the world, if what Mihawk told me is true, I look forward to seeing your future and how the world changes" Shanks states while holding the paper and looking at the raging seas of the New World.

"Alright, with this major power-up I should be able to dominate the Paramount War," Tobi thinks to himself. As this was happening he was watching Ace and Blackbeard meeting each other on Banaro Island and having their brawl between Fire and Darkness. 'it was pretty amazing to get to see it from such a close view...unfortunately I can't save you Ace, it would upset the storyline too much'

Deciding to not make himself known Tobi leaves the island to Marineford Headquarters knowing that he will get a call already informing him all the Shichibukai were to come here for an emergency meeting.

'wow, the Marine's sure went overboard with the Gates of Justice, it a pretty cool idea, have to give them props for it' Tobi thinks while entering the Gates of Justice and catching the current heading to Marine HQ.

After reaching what seemed to be the biggest doors he had ever seen in his life, the Guards recognized him as the infamous newcomer and opened the doors letting Tobi have look at the ginormous multistory ancient Japanese-stylized palace, with the base bearing the kanji for "Marines" with the Marines symbol in between.

Making his way, Tobi decided to get a change of clothing and buys Itachi's Akatsuki robes to wear and stores his Gunabi in his inventory. Arriving near the dock, he gets out and proceeds to walk toward Marineford Town. 'Interesting town seems much more high-classed than the towns from anywhere else in the grand-line, hehe'

While walking around the town he noticed the time and realized he was late to the meeting. "whoops, well I'll just make up an excuse" and proceed to walk to a back alley. Activating his Sharingan he uses Kamui to get directly into the Palace without having to bother with the stares of the on-lookers.

Spirals and Ripples appear inside the Palace and Itachi shows himself in all his glory in an empty hallway. While pushing the Straw-hat with bells down to cover most of his eyes, he proceeds to walk forwards. Noticing a Marine Solider he asks where the meeting room is only to be met with cold silence. "Who are you? answer quickly before I contact my superiors" the Marine Threatens Tobi.

Tobi glances forward and slightly reveals his eyes, placing the fool in a Genjutsu and seeking the information of where the meeting room is.

'Okay the information I seek could be here, I send a Shadow-Clone and use the Kamui ability to investigate any information that might be stored here about the Void-Century' Tobi thinks

After sending his clone on his way, Tobi stars walking towards the meeting room. Standing right before the doors, he can feel the tremendous powers that are coming from inside. 'Wow, they sure are strong, just feeling the intensity of that pressure is impressive' Tobi thinks to himself praising the power of those inside the Meeting room.

Inside the Meeting room:

Those with Observation Haki at a high accomplishment can suddenly feel the monstrous power that seemed to be coming from behind the door. These few individuals include The Fleet-Admiral, Admirals, Garp, Tsuru, Mihawk, Doflamingo.

The others might not recognize who is it but Mihawk knew instantly feeling the aura of that power giving him the same feeling as the man that put him through mental attack torture for 72 hours, Narrows his eyes and *Smirks* catching everyone's attention.

"And here I was thinking you wouldn't show "Scarlett-eyes Tobi " Mihawk whispered silently but everyone in the room heard it and their attention was peaked and they all stared at the door waiting for the arrival of the Shichibuki.

Slowly the giant doors, start creaking open, and a man in a long, black cloak with red clouds, a red interior, and a chin-high collar wearing a conical straw hat with small ornamental torques and tassels hanging down over his faces, giving him the mysterious and cool vibe. He slowly tips his straw hat backward slightly letting everyone see his out of this world beautiful Scarlett-eyes giving them all a sense of astonishment and fear as if those eyes could pierce through their souls.
