One Punch Man System In Naruto World

As jiyuu started to move again, he saw his team members closing in. He had great appreciation for these team members who have returned for him. They soon exchanged some secret passwords to verify each others identity and started moving again. The rest of the team knew that something has changed with jiyuu. They didn't know what it was, but they had a hunch and the way that Jiyuu looked at jiraiya had completely transformed. Even jiraiya was starting to feel Little uncomfortable.

Jiraiya " Hey brother what's up with you… you are starting to creep me out a little with that weird look... "

All of a sudden jiyuu lost all the respect that he was feeling towards this great ninja. But jiyuu knew Jiraya has not grown up yet so he didn't mind.

Jiyuu " Just shut up and move faster…"

Jiraya muttered again in a hushed tone, to the near by Orochimaru " first he gives me that creepy looks… and now he is lashing out at me … what do you think Orochimaru …"

Orochimaru " Can't you see he has been through an intense battle, even though he did not speak about it, by the looks of his clothes and his tired self we can deduce that the battle was really fierce…. Don't make anymore ruckus and just move faster…"

As all of them completely recovered, they started moving faster. After two hours of continuous they came to a halt and decided to rest, jiyuu given the team a brief review on his encounter with the enemy. But as they rested Orochimaru asked for further details, but before jiyuu could explain in details anything the system gave the alert.

{Beep… Enemy detected, closing in on host location…. Contact within 15 minutes

Considering the enemy chakra level and speed, the enemy is at least a high level jonin..}

Jiyuu stood up and spoke.

" We need to move, a more powerful enemy is following us, he will catch up with us, within 15 minutes …"

Orochimaru " let's move then …. We are about 5 hours from the village if we move at full speed, but if the enemy is much stronger than us… he will catch up with us within half an hour… we need to send a signal to the village, only with backup can we deal with the enemy or at least make him give up on the pursuit… jiyuu you are as fast as me, you go ahead and send a signal while we delay the enemy… our three men formation is much effective in dealing with this situation …"

Jiyuu could not agree with this as system had already come to a conclusion that, this was probably a team sent to deal with the hokage… but he got caught up in this instead. The enemies were much stronger and probably had strong back up. It's only because the enemy didn't give much importance to the kids and sent the weakest of their members to deal with them.Even with the weak members jiyuu had been in a lot of trouble. If he had not deceived the enemies and set traps,he might have been the one to fall . But the one that was following them now was definitely a high class ninja, the speed alone proved it and the enemy would also be more careful and informed.

Jiyuu " No, I have already engaged the enemy and am more familiar with their tactics ….

I think it would be better if you go instead of me… and I am also good at setting up traps… I know that your combined formation is really good … but my stalling tactics might be more effective…"

Jiyuu was just bullshitting he had no idea about the new enemy, but he knew with the help of the system and his own strength, he stood a better chance. In the end he was able convince Orochimaru and the rest somehow.

Orochimaru moved faster towards the village, while the rest of the team looked for a better place to setup an ambush. As they found the perfect place, they started setting up several wire traps and explosive tags. Both Tsunade and Jiraya was dumbstruck by the amount of explosive tags and other materials that jiyuu took for a simple c rank mission and they also learned a lesson from him to be prepared for anything at anytime.
