Kagito could bȧrėly hold on to the Draconic Spatial Orb as the intense resistance of Dorek continued.

His muscles bulged as his face looks tense. Beautiful silver shine reflects in his eyes as he channelizes his entire being on this opportunity.

Arksen and the Barbarians held the opportunity to attack Dorek fiercely.

Dorek's expression twisted as he blocked the incoming attacks, his muscles wriggling from time to time making him wince.

Dorek, like this, Aren, and the others could go inside the perimeter.

But even then, Dorek manages to repel them as he activates his magic while using his physical strength.

'This is troublesome, we are bȧrėly managing to damage him like this'

Arksen frowns as he moves around, the tail of Dorek falling on the place he was.

The Barbarians wanted to come in to hit him but the sheer chaotic magic power of Dorek impeded this.

Beautiful and deadly ice color fills their battlefield as even the breath of them turns white.

'I can block the freezing effect with my aura, but they are having a hard time following up'

The Barbarians' movement slowed down from the beginning of their fight. The only one doing relatively well was Aren who looked strangely focused.

'If I go all out, I might die before killing Dorek, and Kagito can't even move as he is holding the orb'

Arksen looks at Kagito sideways and can clearly see drops of blood flowing out of his armor.

Arksen grits his teeth, but then, he feels something different.

He turns and looks at Aren. Blood-like shine surrounds their place as Arksen widens his eyes.

Arksen smiles and immediately activates all his power. A powerful martial aura congregates on his spear as his entire body prepares to do one thing.

'Time to attack!'

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

My left arms tremble at that collision as I keep a firm look at Dontoshi, his face scowling at me.

I start moving to attack back, but Zenith appears and waves sideways with his claws dragging enormous amounts of Death.

My action instantly changes, releasing the power I absorbed from Dontoshi and slashing back at Zenith.

A powerful wind current sweeps through hitting Zenith, making him step back.

'He has gotten even stronger'

Despite stepping back, Zenith crushes the ground behind. He appears in front of me almost instantly.

My swords flow in circles parrying his attacks. I step backward leaving marks on the floor.

Dontoshi doesn't waste any time as he attacks with all his power towards us.

I change the output of my Elemental Enhancing and wave my swords fast.

A powerful shockwave drives Zenith and me apart.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

The ground explodes where the Warhammer fell, debris flying everywhere.

I could clearly see Dontoshi's face scowling again.

The wind appears below my feet as I step forward.

Dontoshi's eyes twitch as I appear in front of him and he moves to defend himself, but I sidestep and appear beside him. I change the output of my Elemental Enhancing again and slash with my two swords.

Stars twinkle on my pitch-black aura as they swiftly appear and disappear. Two wounds appear on Dontoshi's side as he growls.

Then he swings his hammer again, but I am no longer in that position.

Small parts of my leg disappear into the air, but I suppress the emotions trying to distract me.

I have been ignoring the constant number of notification windows appearing.

'Since I stepped into this condition, I knew what would happen'

I breathe in trying to maintain focus. Each part of my body and the constant movement of the elements was being analyzed in my brain and instantly react to the places that might break. But it was simply impossible to keep up with everything.

'I need for a stronger attack'

I look at Zenith and Dontoshi both preparing to attack me. Zenith rabid like eyes and chaotic Death Aura converging into one place. Dontoshi's eyes were bloodshot as he looks at me, his muscles bulging dangerously.

I close my eyes; everything slows down even more around me. The Elements constantly aid, feeling the vibration produced by those two beings when they move.

The Elements are pushed apart as both of them step forward to attack me at the same time.

I keep my position as I feel the flow of everything.

While I open them, my right leg moves as well as my hands wielding my swords.

Despite the power behind my step, the earth doesn't break apart. Everything synchronized as my two swords received the attack of Dorek and Zenith.

Absorption.

Raging power comes inside of me.

Release.

My muscles swell as I drive all the power back to those two.

Absorption.

Before the collision ends, I absorb all the power back to myself.

Dontoshi blankly looks at me as he steps back along with Zenith.

I step forward again with my left leg in one motion. My grip on my Runic sword vanishes as my left hand becomes free.

My palm touches Zenith's face and I grip his head tightly. Both of his hands almost instantly react to that as he grips my left hand strongly.

Despite feeling my left-hand creaking, I maintain my grip firmly.

Absorption.

More raging power comes into me, and I redirect it. Veins break apart on my right thɨġh as parts of it disappear.

Then, something clicks inside me and I feel my whole body tensing up as I feel something hot running up inside of me.

"WAKE UP, ZENITH!"

Annulment.

Time reduced to almost a standstill as I can clearly see my left arm disintegrating bit by bit.

An almost invisible circle of Death expanded from Zenith's head, leaving it creating a violent shockwave sweeping everything away, including me.

I roll on the ground as I keep grasping Dei.

I bȧrėly stop my rolling thanks to using the elements in my favor and look at Zenith falling on his knees with a blank expression. Then his head hangs up showing his scalp.

I wanted to go forward and awaken Zenith but I feel a dangerous presence coming to us.

I look back and see Dontoshi walking towards us with a frightening expression.

"You are finally unable to move… I have to admit, you are probably the most annoying opponent I have ever had"

Then, he grins fiendishly as he looks at Zenith.

"But I am going to show you how everything you have worked on breaks apart, as you have given me the chance to kill the Death Lord with my own hands"

Dontoshi gives another step forward towards Zenith. I put myself in between him and Zenith while grabbing Dei tightly. I lift the ȧssistance of the elements leaving me in a kneeling position.

"HAHAHAHA, SO YOU WISH TO KNEEL TO SAVE HIM? WELL THEN! I AM GOING TO KILL YOU BOTH!"

Dontoshi lifts his hammer. Dangerous undulations come from him as the debris surrounding him turns to dust.

Just as he was going to bring his Warhammer down, I stare at him.

His entire body shudders as we exchange glances.

I breathe in as I keep my grasp on Zenith and see his expression twisting.

"DIE YOU BASTARD!!!"

As if the sky is falling, the Warhammer exuded tremendous pressure.

I breathe out as in one flowing motion push myself up with my right leg. My hand slashing upward.

Every bit of power inside of me congregated to this one slash. Everything else disappears as only this slash matters.

For a swift moment, I could clearly see the elements inside Dontoshi moving erratically. My concentration reached the extreme it could reach.

Then my sword and Dontoshi's Warhammer clash against each other.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Powerful steps break the ground apart as the shockwave drives Dontoshi back. Disbelief is clear on his face as he looks nowhere.

My right arm disintegrates, black dots vanishing into the air.

Clank

Dei falls in front of me.

I look at my partner and smile.

"You have done enough, boy, you should rest."

My vision turns blurry as I can bȧrėly keep my eyes open. My right leg start to disintegrate too as it also received too much pressure.

"Not yet."

Those words escape my lips as I control the elements to keep me from falling.

Violent energy shakes the air as Dontoshi's face is filled with fury.

He steps towards me, this time his entire being focused on me.

I smile as that was what I wanted.

'Come for me'

Buy as much time as possible. Burn everything to ashes.

I feel him elevating his Warhammer, preparing himself to crush me.

'So sleepy'

I maintain my eyes half open even when my vision turns black.

'Just a bit more…'

Then, a second passes by, and the hammer doesn't come down. Just as I was wondering if Dontoshi wanted to extend my life a bit more, a hand touches my shoulder.

"Thank you, my friend. I will take it up from here, you can rest"

'Ahh, you finally woke up'

I close my eyes as peace hugs me.

"I really can't slack off against you"

Hearing those words, Death steps up.
