Paranoid Trap

She carefully led Jing Xian to his seat. Nian Gao wanted to ask him something, but she didn’t know how to say it. So she chose to shut up and wait for the film to start.

Long Biao appeared and the film officially began.

In the changing light and shadow, Nian Gao was attracted by the plot and looked attentively without noticing the gaze coming from her side.

Jing Xian stared at her for a moment. Finally, her outline was thoroughly exposed to his eyes.

The film was now over.

Nian Gao still lead Jing Xian out of the cinema.

Out of the cinema, the surrounding suddenly lit up. Nian Gao threw the popcorn bucket and drink cup into the dustbin.

As soon as she turned around to face Jing Xian, she just felt something holding her wrist.

“Jing Xian?” he didn’t respond and just pulled her away.

Jing Xian took her and strode forward. He was very eager. The person lost his former composure.

He stuffed her back into the car.

The confused Nian Gao sat down obediently, and then she felt her head clasped by a big palm.

Suddenly her lips met something cold.

The pupil of Nian Gao contracted violently, and then she was petrified. The breathing in her ear awakened her consciousness. She finally realized what he was doing.

Rouge like crimson, like paint, quickly spread from her neck to her whole body.

At this moment, time seems to stop flowing. Their world was silent.

Just when she was almost out of breath, Jing Xian finally loosened the back of her head.

Nian Gao looked straight ahead and put the back of her hand against her trembling lips.

She curled up in the co pilot’s seat, she peeked at Jing Xian.

He seemed to be holding back something, and his facial expression was slightly serious.

After a while, he returned to his former gentle appearance. He turned towards her and said, “Are you hungry?”

Nian Gao coughed twice and said, “I’m not hungry.” she ate popcorn and coke just now. She wasn’t very hungry.

Straightening out her slightly messy hair, he asked, “Where else do you want to go?”

Nian Gao glanced at the time.

She needs to go back to school in an hour. It takes half an hour from here to school. Looking at the park in front, Nian Gao said, “Let’s take a walk in the park in front?”

Jing Xian nodded.

They walked slowly along the path, and the sparse fallen leaves rustled under their feet.

Overhead, the warm winter sun sprinkles brilliance, squeezing away the coolness in the air.

The palm of Nian Gao was slightly wet because of sweat and her brain was still thinking about the unexpected kiss in the car just now.

“Gao Gao, what’s the matter?” Jing Xian stopped and bent down to ask her.

She rubbed the dead leaves on the ground with the tip of her shoe, “Jing Xian…”

“What?” he waited patiently for her next words.

She took a breath, “That was my first kiss.” then she dared not look at him again. Her whole upper body wanted to fall into the ground.

He smiled gently and raised her chin with his thumb and index finger. “Me too.”

Nian Gao look at him immediately.

The mood is like flying up the clouds, light and floating, with a sense of unreal.

In front of them, a child leaned against his mother and held a cup of hot milk tea in his hand.

Nian Gao seemed to smell the sweet aroma of milk tea.

Hot, sweet milk tea.

Nian Gao lick her mouth and want to drink.

“Want to drink?” Jing Xian asked, seeing that the line of sight of Nian Gao was stuck towards the milk tea held by the child in front.

“Yes.” Nian Gao looked around and searched for a milk tea shop.

There is a house not far ahead.

“What would you like to drink?” Ask Jing Xian.

“Pudding milk tea.”

“Wait here, I’ll buy it.” he pushed her onto the bench and walked slowly to the milk tea shop.

Nian Gao sat down and looked as she held her cheeks.
