Perfect Haters

ShenYi looked back at her mom, and saw her bloodshot eyes. She could guess that she cried terribly when she's inside father's room. She looked at her with worry but her mom shooked her head, meaning ShenYi don't have to be anxious about her.

ShenYi understood her and asked her about the man outside.

"Mom, do you know who he is?"

"Ai, he's your father's boss. Mr. He."

"Ah, Mr. He! It's raining outside, come in! Come in! ShenYi prepare some drinks for him." Cai Sheng welcomed He MingZi inside.

As he sat, Cai Sheng handed him a glass of juice ShenYi prepared.

"You don't have to visit us, sir. HongBai is now getting well."

"It's okay, Mrs. Cai. Cai HongBai is one of my best employee. He helped the company to bost on sales. Of course, I need to check on his welfare." He MingZi explained.

"Mr. He-"

"No need to be polite, just call me Xiao Zi."

After hearing this, Cai Sheng was stunned.

"Ai, of course we need to be polite Mr. He. We're your employees."

Even ShenYi was stupefied.

'This Mr. He is unbelievable! Why does he act like he's so close to our family!'

"ShenYi, go to your dad, tell him here's his boss."

After ShenYi's figure vanished from his sight, He MingZi curled his lips into a smile.

He MingZi chuckled. He interrupted Cai Sheng.

"Oh, no need. Really." He refused.

"Oh, that's good!" Cai Sheng replied.

After some moment, He MingZi spoke.

"Mrs. Cai, I'm going to ask you something." He MingZi looked very gentle.

"Sure sir, You can ask me anything!" Cai Sheng was very hospitable towards He MingZi.

"That girl earlier, is she your daughter?"

Cai Sheng was confused.

'Why would He MingZi ask such a question like that?'

Nevertheless, she concealed her confusion and answered him.

"Yes, she's our only daughter. She's studying at Tsing University right now and only visiting us when celebrating National Day."

'So, she's still a student.'

"Cai ShenYi, right?" He MingZi asked another question that makes Cai Sheng more surprised.

"Mr. He, you're so attentive when it comes to names!" She joked.

"Nothing much. I'll definitely remember everything that piques my interest on." His thin lips curved upwardly.

Cai Sheng shivered.

'I tried to stop ShenYi from being close with Zhang Feng, yet this He MingZi has the intent to get closer from her!'

"Oh, Mr. He let me be straightforward to you. Uhm, my daughter isn't open for any relationsh.i.p.s for now."

"For now... hmmm.... Then I'll wait." He replied.

"No, I mean, you need to get permission from her parents, right? Then... as her mother, I'm not allowing you." Cai Sheng's heart was beating nervously. She knew she shouldn't offend He MingZi but she had no choice but to do it.

He MingZi stiffened. This was the first time someone rejected him. Howebeit, he don't want to lose face in front of others.

As he was going to speak, the door of Cai HongBai's room was opened.

Two profiles came out from the room. One who was having a hard time to walk, while the other one was helping him to stand and place his footing to the ground.

However, Zhang Feng didn't pay attention to him and kept on thinking deeply.

'Why would that annoying He MingZi be present in ShenYi's house?'

LiMin waved his hands in front of his stoic face.

"I'll go later. Don't pester me. Find Yu Li instead." He opened his phone and opened his mail. The picture sent was MingZi indeeed.

"Then find Yu Li to mend your broken heart."

"Bro! Stop-" He shut his mouth when he accidentally saw the picture of a man on his phone.

"I'm going to leave tommorow evening."

"Oh, Hao. It's okay for you to leave since newcomers will arrive this morning."

Zhang Feng frowned.

"Who are they?"

"Guess what, it was Princess ZhangWei and friends."

"Hao. Make sure to protect Yu Li and Han Ri."

"Okay! Han Ri has Brother MingYu. But as for me, for the sake of you and Sister-in-law's future, I'll endure guarding Yu Li."

"No, it's for the future of you two actually." Zhang Feng widely grinned after seeing his reaction. Then, he walked away.
