Please, It’s Just A Story!!

For some reason Kazuki had always caught the moment of her back walking out, away from him.

Sometimes he would find himself staring at her back, which always made him question why he did it.

It reminded him of the time he first saw Elaina. She looked defeated and broken. He barley saw any light in her eyes. And now when he saw her, he saw the confidence she built these years.

Back when he took over his brother's business he had invited Takiyo over since he found he trustable and also reliable when it came to gathering information using "his means".

After 2 years of him helping Kazuki take over the business, Takiyo found him for a favour and it was probably the only he asked from him.

"Kazuki, do me a favour and invite my cousin sister to be your second secretary" Takiyo suddenly said, which stopped Kazuki from his work and narrowed his eyes with wonder.

"What nonsense are you talking about? How can I just take someone when I don't even know them? A person should be qualified to work, not just gain it from some underhanded means" What Kazuki said was completely reasonable.

"Masters in International Business, Accounting and Finance and the last one I don't remember, but let me tell you that she kinda skipped some grades" Takiyo knew of the various business courses but was unsure of how many Elaina took. She was another person to him.

Kazuki eyes shook when he heard that and saw the desperate expression on Takiyo. "What happened to your cousin?" He asked, curious as to why he came to him.

"I can't give you a definitive answer. Let just say that I'm hiding her away"

"You want me to believe that? What type of mess happened with your cousin, that you need to hide her away?"

Takiyo stared at the ground and gritted his teeth. Kazuki was someone he respected but he also knew the jeopardy of telling him what family he's hiding her from. But he had a hunch. If not why would he ask him.

"Listen here, if you can hide her for 3, no actually 5 years, then I'll tell you" Takiyo challenge him, it was possible to hide her but if working in the business field you have to show your face.

"If I can do it? You already know it possible but it depends on the people chasing her"

"It's the Glowne family that's chasing her" Takiyo sighed, while Kazuki eyes widened by his words.

"Glowne?" Out of all the families he had to defend from, why does it have to be a troublesome one.

"AH!TAKIYO! What type of mess did she get into?!" Kazuki yelled at him, his voice was dripping with coldness, which made Takiyo flinch.

"What if I tell you that the brains behind the Glowne Family was her?" Takiyo mumbled quietly, he honestly felt his life cut down in half, when talking to Kazuki.
