Pokemon The Force

When Soul and Officer Jenny arrived at Vermillion City, she thanked him for his help and gave him the bounty that was put on the Pokemon hunter head.

Receiving a good amount of money, Soul didn't refuse it and happily accepted the reward. Both of them waved goodbye before Soul went to where the Vermillion Gym is.

While walking, he heard some voices from other trainers.

???: That gym leader is such a cruel person.

???2: Yeah! He made my Pokemon hospitalized for a week!

???: Next time I will beat that Raichu of his so bad and teach him a lesson!

???: Hear! Hear!

Soul continues his destination and arrived at Vermillion Gym. There, he was greeted by a person who showed him the way to where the gym battle is.

He also got asked some questions about what his name is and where he lives.

When both of them arrived there, Soul could see a muscular blond hair person standing on the other side of the battle arena.

Seeing Soul, the person smiled c.o.c.ky, as if he was the one, who would be winning the battle before it even begins.

Soul's eyes twitched when he saw the smile. He would surely teach this gym leader a lesson on the battlefield.

???: Well, well, well. Looks like we have another challenger here. Are you sure you want to do this, kid?

Soul: I wouldn't be here if I wasn't sure.

???: Heh. Let's see if what you said is true.

Both of them took a stance and was ready to battle. The person who showed Soul the way gave Soul a look of sympathy before he walked up to the stage and says.

Judge: This is a battle between the challenger, Soul from Pallet Town against the gym leader of Vermillion City, Lt. Surge! The rules are simple, you can only use one Pokemon each and the first one to faints, or if the opposite side gives up, you win!

The judge continues with his speech.

Judge: You may bring out your Pokemons, now.

Lt. Surge: Go, Raichu!

Soul: Show them how's it done, Sylveon.

Both of the parties sent out their Pokemons, as Lt. Surge sent out an electric-type, Raichu. Where Soul sent out a fairy-type Sylveon.

Both didn't have a type weakness over each other element, so each of them has a chance of winning.

Soul: Sylveon uses Swift. 'Follow up by Quick Attack.'

Sylveon nodded as it sent out numerous stars from its tail against Raichu. Seeing the attack, Lt. Surge quickly took action.

Lt. Surge: Quick, counter it with Thunderbolt!

Raichu sent out a wave of thunder against Sylveon attack. Both of the moves collide as it created dust from both of the attacks.

The next moment, Raichu got hit by a blur of Sylveon, directing hitting its stomach, sending it flying away.

Lt. Surge: Raichu!

The attack didn't end as two of Sylveon ribbons grab the hold of both of Raichu's feet and slammed its body down.

Soul: Now, use Moonblast on Raichu, Sylveon.

Sylveon charged up the attack as what seemed to be a moon appeared behind it. When Raichu was slowly getting up from the previous attacks, Sylveon finished charging the attack as it sent a powerful pink orb at where Raichu was.

*Boom*

Another direct hit from Soul Sylveon. Lt. Surge begins to sweats as it saw that Raichu was hit badly as his opponent didn't even get a scratch!

He hasn't been in this kind of situation before as a gym leader! Looking at Soul's eyes, he saw that Soul didn't focus on him but rather on the field.

Lt. Surge: Raichu let's use our strongest attack! Use Thunder!

A storm begins to form over the battlefield as Sylveon waited for Soul command. Seeing the storm, Soul smirked as he looked over Sylveon and said.

Soul: Use Dig.

Hearing what he said, Lt. Surge's body froze as Sylveon begins to dig its body underground. The storm sent out a giant wave of thunder but didn't hit its target.

Lt. Surge: Raichu be on your guard!

Soul: It's already too late. This battle was already decided when you used Thunder, I already won.

After Soul said that, Sylveon appeared behind the injured Raichu as it got hit by a powerful attack from behind and was sent flying once again.

It was sent all the way to the left wall and hit it. When the dust was cleared, Raichu fainted!

Judge: Raichu fainted! The winner of this match is the challenger!

Soul: Good job, Sylveon. Rest now.

Soul walked to the middle of the arena, as Lt. Surge did the same. They looked at each other for a while.

Lt. Surge: Congratulations for beating me, here take it.

He handed Soul the Thunder badge, as he took it and left without saying anything.

After the gym battle against Lt. Surge, Soul went to make foods for his Pokemons close to the shore.

It was out of the city, so there were some quiet and peace in the surrounding around them. Lapras seemed to be happy to be in the water again as it began to swim around the sea.

After half n hour later's, Soul was finally finished with the foods.

Sou: Ok, the food is ready!

His Pokemon excitingly came closer toward Soul, as he lay down different types of bowls filled with foods.

He made a different type of foods for each of his Pokemons. Some of them prefer spicy foods, while others were sweet.

If he made spicy foods for the whole team, some wouldn't eat it or was forced to eat it.

Soul didn't know what to give Lapras, so he made his Lapras dish on a normal degree without any special ingredients in it.

Today food was curry rice, Soul could eat with his Pokemons, so it was refreshing not to make two different types of dishes.

They all ate while watching the sun going down.
