Pokemon The Force

For the past few days Soul has been on the cruise ship, he had been spending time quite well and wasn't bored.

The day after he got the discount card, he went on another shopping spree and bought everything he wanted.

When he wasn't doing that, he would train and play with his Pokemon. All of them have really grown closer to each other, even more on Soul.

Once in a while, he would be spending time with Matthew and his family. He learned that both of Matthew's parents were working as archaeologists, and was going to investigate a cave in Cinnabar Island.

When they asked him what he was doing on Cinnabar Island, he just says to them, that he would be challenging the gym leader.

This statement made all of the family surprised, but later on, they all laughed and Soul could remember that Matthew said.

Matthew: So that's why your Pokemons are so strong, huh. I'll be cheering on you when you're fighting the gym leader.

Soul: Thanks, but don't you have archaeologists business to do with your parents?

Matthew: Nope! We would wait for the rest of our team from different locations to arrive. It would take max a week for them to do it.

Soul: I see, then I guess you get to see how gym battle is, and maybe you could try to challenge the gym leader with your Sandslash too.

Matthew: Aw cmon, Soul. I don't think I can even last 1 minute against one of the strongest trainers in Kanto!

Finally arriving at Cinnabar Island after 7 days, Soul and his Pokemons became excited as they would be able to move properly after the limited space, they had in the room back then.

Arriving at Cinnabar Island, Soul and Matthew said goodbye to each other, and discuss where they would meet tomorrow.

Soul went to the Pokemon Center before renting a room for two days and walked to find where the entrance to the volcano is.

After an hour of exploring, he finally founded the entrance and was about to walk in, when he heard an old voice behind him.

Turning around he was surprised by who he saw. It was Blaine, the gym leader of Cinnabar Island!

Blaine: I don't recommend you to get in there, Pokemons in there have become more aggressive than last week.

Soul: Don't worry, I'm sure my Pokemons are strong enough to take care of them.

Blaine: I see. Do what you wish then, I'm just giving out advice.

Soul: And I thank you for that, see you later old man.

Blaine: Who are you calling old man, brat!?

Soul: You, of course, who else here can I call old?

He didn't hear what Blaine said after that, as he walked inside the volcano. This was where the final x marks are.

Of course, if there's more hidden one that he missed, this wouldn't be his final treasure hunt. Taking out the Greed Compass, Soul walked to where the needle pointed at with Anubis in his shadow.

On the way, he was attacked by some wild Pokemons, which he let Kadabra take care of. After a battle against a Magmar, Kadabra's body begins to glow.

Soul: 'Finally.'

Soul could feel a powerful wave of psychic power surrounding the whole volcano before getting absorb by Kadabra.

He was amazed by the sudden power that he instinctively held his guard up. He grinned at this as Kadabra's body continued to evolve, and absorb the powerful wave of psychic.

Finally finishing his evolution, Soul could feel a powerful aura surrounded the Pokemon right in front of him.

Soul: 'Arc, show me the stats of Alakazam.'

Alakazam smiled and jumped in happiness. Soul laughed at this as they continued to walk deeper and deeper in Volcano.

Soul was a bit surprised that there were no more wild Pokemons that attacked them anymore.

He thought that it might have something to do with Alakazam aura, but shrugged it off and continued walking.

After a while, they reached to the entrance of the volcano. Soul looked at his Greed Compass as it pointed to the cave.

Soul: Guess this is the destination.

Walking in, he could feel the area around him getting hotter and hotter by seconds. He protected himself with his own psychic armor.

Reaching at the end of the cave, Soul saw an old c.h.e.s.t at the end of the room they were in. There was lava's surround a rock in the middle.

As soon as Soul took a step outside of the cave, he could hear a bird cry as a giant yellow bird with fire surrounding its body came down from the ceiling.

Seeing the bird, Soul smiled wryly as he thought.

Soul: 'Haiz, Haiz. I didn't expect the challenge to be one of the legendary birds, Moltres to be my opponent.'

He returned Alazakam back to it Pokeball before walking toward Moltres, who was flying on top of the arena.

Soul: Moltres, let's have a fair and square battle!

It gave off a bird cry as if telling Soul to bring it.

Soul: Well here we come!
