Pokemon The Force

A day after Soul was registered as one of the participants, he decided to explore the city around today, as he was curious about the city since he hadn't been to other places before, except for his hometown.

So he took out some Poke dollars, he got from his birthday, helping around the house and monthly earning as a kid.

He has stacked them up because he had never need to buy anything when he has everything, he needed at home.

So right now, he has about 15.000 Poke dollars, he can use to buy something, he wanted.

Waking up, he took a bath and fed his Pokemons, before going to the hotel restaurant and ate his breakfast for free, because his mom gave him some food-passes before she went to sleep yesterday.

After he finished his breakfast, he texted his mom via. his Poke-phone, which was a two-years-old model he got, when he was 8 years old.

Soul: I'm going to explore the city today. Won't be coming back soon.

After a little while, his phone vibrated as he took it up and saw his mom replied to his message.

Mom: Ok, please be careful son.

Nodded in satisfaction, he put his phone back in his pocket and went out of the hotel to explore around the city, who's know? He might see some interesting things around here.

Soul: 'What place should I visit first? I'm going to have to use my Poke-phone for this.'

A little while later…

Soul was now staring at a big mall right in front of him. The by-passengers didn't mind about him, instead, they just walked around him.

He has never seen anything so big since he was reincarnated yet, until now. The store looked so beautiful with a big fountain where you could see a silver Dewgong on top of the fountain, spraying waters out of its mouth.

It was said on the city guide here, that's this mall is one of the most popular attractions in the city, as the mall is selling various stuff, you never know what you find, once you go there. It's pretty rare for someone not to find the thing that they are searching for, either it's was because it's illegal, something that they couldn't afford, or didn't have in the store.

There are also various merchants setting down here to sell various items, that they have found. They must first rent the area, where they would set the shop up and get approval from the mall before they can do it.

Walking in he could feel the breeze from various air-conditions. Soul found himself seeing tons of customers and sellers around the mall right as he entered it.

Some were trying to scam peoples, some were negotiating the price for some items, some even got dragged by the mall guards for selling fakes items.

That's not the only part of it, the store around here seemed pretty clean and luxurious from both outside and inside. He saw a guideline beside him and decided to take it with him for safety.

Soul: 'I wonder what should I buy. I mean, there are tons of restaurants here, that I want to try out, and maybe I can buy something from the merchants around here.'

Soul walked around and see if there was anything in his price range, or interested him. He saw various element stones, like fire, water, lighting stone, etc. But he couldn't use it for anything and their price was pretty high.

Looking around again, he used his power and Arc to scan the area around him and report it back every second.

After walking for a while, he heard Arc said something very shocking to him.

<Host, I found a mega stone. Five meters up ahead, to your left.>

Excitingly he speeds walking to his new destination and turned to the left and saw an old man with various items laying on a sheet.

The old man seemed pretty exciting seeing a potential customer, so he begins to try and persuade Soul to buy something from him.

Soul didn't listen to what he was saying, instead, he was focusing on a stone that looks like a sphere. Having it confirms that the mega stone energy came from it, he pointed and asks what it costed.

Old man: That small sphere? How about I'll give it to you for free if you buy one of my items here?

Seeing this as an opportunity Soul bought a small pouch of berries and paid for it. The old man seems like he didn't mind, as he finally sold something today and waved goodbye to him.

Old man: Come gain!

Soul stored the item in his bag, but secretly sent it to his inventory, as he didn't want such precious items to be stolen from him.

He looked around more until it was noon. He was now pretty hungry and went to a small restaurant, which sells noodles.

Soul: Excuse me, can I have soba with green-tea, please?

Restaurant owner: Sure kid, where's are your parents anyway?

Soul: I came alone here, as I will be participating in the tournament, so I wanted to explore this city and see what it has to offer. As for my parents, my mom already knows that I would be exploring alone, so she isn't here with me.

Restaurant owner: Jeez, kid, I only asked where your parents were.

Soul seemed a bit embarrassed over what he just said and patiently wait for his foods to arrive.

Suddenly a man wearing a black jacket with a red t-shirt under it. He also wears black trousers and a pair of sunglasses covering his upper-face and also a red cap with a Dragonite symbol in the middle. The person walked and sat next to him and start to order something.

???: I would like to order for spicy ramen, please.

Restaurant owner: Coming right up, after this kid's order!

He glanced at Soul and seemed a bit surprised, but didn't say anything. After a while, Soul's order came, as he starts to dig in.

A bit later, the mysterious man got his order, too. He then started digging in, none of them said anything, as they didn't have anything to say to each other.

When both of them was finished, they both paid for their foods, before Soul could walk away, the mysterious man asked him a question.

???: Where're your parents, kid?

Soul: Somewhere, I don't know.

Just as he said that Soul walked away from the mysterious man. Not knowing who he just met, he kept walking around the mall, before he went back to the hotel and ate his dinner, before going to sleep.

Of course, he didn't forget to feed his Pokemons, when he quickly went outside of the mall, where's no one could see them, except for the mysterious man, who was Lance in disguise. Luckily he only managed to see Noibat, after Anubis was done eating.
