Pokemon: The Wandering Guardian

"Damn it!!! Why is it so bright?! I was trying to get some rest. I just want to be done with everything!"

Opening my eyes I see dense foliage of trees almost blotting out the nearly endless azure sky. Blinking a couple of times and sighing "Whelp this is peaceful...I guess I am back. I am going back to sleep."

10 min later…

Rustle… rustle … My eyes open abruptly but my head turned to the side slowly. But what I see jolts my heart. A worm with large eyes coming out of the tall grass at the edge of the clearing. It was red with a yellow belly with large eyes that were staring back just blinking.

All of a sudden a couple of words came to my mind 'Wurmple' ,'Pokemon' and 'Why me'.

Seconds later massive headache started and persisted till I blacked out.

Slowly wakening up, and noticing the heavy feeling on my c.h.e.s.t. I lift my head and see the worm curled up on my c.h.e.s.t with its eyes closed. .

I slowly get up and pick up the Wurmple and lay it on the ground. It slowly opens its eyes and goggly shuffles back to the high grass.

"Man my head still hurts.. Ugh" all I remember is finally getting to rest then now I am here. Trying to think back to the past events a dull pain in my head forms.

Talking internally 'This sucks why can't I remember anything. All I know is that someone helped me but in return wants me to help with something… damn, but I can't remember why'

"Oh well I guess that means sometime in the future and doesn't really matter at this point in time."

'I need a place to sleep' 'I guess I should look for somewhere to take a shower because I really stink .'

After wandering in the forrest for a while I come to a small open stream that is so clear that you can see all of the small Pokemon that trigger something in my mind.

As soon as I concentrate on one of the various Pokemon the name comes up in my mind. I was momentarily confused but snapped out of it. Starting to concentrating on all of the Pokemon in order to memorize their names thereby avoiding some future troublesome situations.

I recognized some of the Pokemon such as Magikarp, Lotad, Corphish, Azuril, Mudkip and Surskit. Really I was quite amazed at the scene before me. All of them were happily playing in their own little groups while a couple were a little adventitious and playing with different species.

A familiar sense of loneliness seemed overcame me from deep down while in the midst of my thoughts. But was quickly pushed out by a sense of exploration.

I keep watching everything from the large grass-line near the edge of the trees just to see if there is any changes in the situation.
