After saying his goodbye to Valerie and Zelretch, Yu prepared himself to go to school.

Yu was saying his goodbye to Ophis and Medea with a kiss in the forehead.

After walking for 10 minutes, he arrives at Kuoh Academy. Before he even touches the school ground, he feels a bounded field that has an effect of suggesting the other people go home earlier.

Yu continues to study like a regular student until the bell ringing, as the bell ringing, he feels the compulsion to go home earlier and as fast as possible but Yu able to naturalise it with ease.

He then activates his presence concealment and let himself become one with the world and start walking to the meeting room for the summit.

Yu arrives at the door that looks like leading to the Meeting Room. Yu able to sense several individuals with a massive amount of Mana inside the room.

After the school end Issei and his King Rias Gremory going to the Meeting room of the Three Factions for Peace Treaty to the three Faction.

Issei is currently walking with Rias and her Peerage except for Gasper and Koneko who stay at their Clubroom.

After a minute they going inside the room that should be a Meeting room for the Peace Treaty, they greeted by leaders of the three factions.

In from of them is Sirzech Lucifer tone of the Maou and Brother to Rias Gremory and Serafall Leviathan; she is too is one of the Maou who was in charge of foreign affairs.

In front of Sirzech is Michael the Leader of Heaven Faction, He wears a red robe with a gold cross on the front of his white alb. He has golden shoulder plates with a white sash and a golden halo set above his head, and behind Michael is Irina Shidou, Issei childhood friend She has long c.h.e.s.tnut hair that tied into twintails, each held with a blue scrunchy.

And lastly is Azazel the Leader of Fallen Angel and Governor of Grigori, He has a black hair with a Golden Bangs, and he has a black goatee. Azazel wore a V-neck maroon long-coat with a wide, open high-collar that opens up at the hem. The long-coat also featured two black belts around the waist and four black bands on each arm, two of the bands at the wrist and the other two near the elbow. He wore grey slacks and brown shoes, and behind him is Vali, who stands there without saying anything.

"Well..." Azazel drawled as he stares at the people that gathered in the room.

"Before we began the meeting I would like to say thank you to Sirzech Lucifer for a willing granting place for this meeting," Azazel said to Sirzech.

"Your welcome Governor Azazel," Sirzech said politely.

"Now... Ladies and Gentlemen..."

Azazel continued as his eyes roamed to everyone in the room before saying.

"Since greeting here done, let us go to the main topic of this meeting."

Azazel said with both his hand rest on the table as he lay his chin to his palm.

No one makes any comment for a few seconds before Sirzech said to Azazel.

Despite the death threat that given to him, Azazel do nothing but smile then said

Azazel says his thanks before look at Michael, the Leader of Heaven and his Brother.

"There is no causality on our side as well... however unlike Devils, we lost two of our people."

Michael said that while his eyes momentarily turned toward Xenovia and Asia who visibly stiffened for a moment before they calmed after a few seconds.

"But, demanding retribution for this wouldn't give us anything, it was our agreement together to decide to hide the demise of God. We are willing to let it slide. However, you must know we will be harsher if something like this happens again."

"Of course!"

Azazel nodded. He smiled in relief as he gives a firm nod to Michael.

"We will ensure that something like this will not happen again in the future, if it does, please know that person act without our permission, we never wish to restart a Great War after all."

Everyone gives a nod of that, apparently satisfied or choose not to speak. Azazel who was seeing that began to talk once again.

"As I said before, we all knew that this main meeting topic is not about Kokabiel Betrayal. I have something to say..."

"I wish to declare Peace Treaty and Alliance for the Three Fac..."

"What happens?" Yuuto asked in confusion

As they were talking, a loud explosive happen on the outside. Everyone in the room walked to the windows and saw outside of their building has many Magicians bombarded the building with their spell.

But their spell bounced back without creating a scratch in the barrier.

"Look like a third party has attacked us," Michael said

"But this meeting should be a secret between our faction why they know about this meeting?" Sirzech said

"I don't know anything about it, but this power is a common power," Azazel said

"Yes, Rias bishop has a Forbidden Valor View," Sirzech said to them

"So that little Dhampier has been kidnapped"

Before they were able to say anything a Magic circle shine inside their room.

"Sirzech-sama this Magic Circle..."

Coming out from it is a tall, bespectacled woman with a voluptuous figure. She had tan skin with long brown hair tied into a bun with a headset, and she had blue eyes. She wore an extremely low-cut dress, and it had a high slit which exposed a large portion of her b.r.e.a.s.ts.

"Its good to meet you Great Maou Sirzech and Serfall" The woman greeted

"You how did you get in here?" Serafall said

"The descendant of the original Maou, Leviathan."

Sirzech pause a second before said

"Keterea Leviathan"

Keterea raised her staff and said

"Chaos and Destruction of the World"

Her staff began to shine and Explode, leaving the building to become rubble in just a second.

But they still alive because of the Three leaders create a barrier that protected them from the attack.

"Ohh, a three leader has to create a barrier to protect the weak ones?"

Keterea said while laughing mockingly at them.

"So you want to create another Great War, huh?"

Azazel then reveals his Wings 6 pair of them with Black as night colour.

"Sirzech, Michael, do you mind if take of this one? just say that this is my payment for the problem Kokabiel do."

The leader of Devils and Heaven looked at each other before nodding.

In the sky appear a massive magic circle and from it appear two dragons, one is a black eastern Dragon have large body around 20 meters long and a khaki coloured belly, despite his snake-like appearance, he had four limbs and four wings. The second Dragon, a black Western Dragon with silver bright, sharp eyes. Unlike other Dragons which are usually seen on their four legs, Grendel stands on his hind legs like a human. He possesses a quality of dark aura around its body and very ominous, filled with hostility and killing intent. Grendel

Niðhöggr continued to laugh but stopped suddenly because there is a massive amount of mana that so dense make issei and his friend kneeling to the ground without able to move.

They look toward the rubble of former meeting place and see a young man with a Golden and Black mask that covers his upper face but leaving his mouth free.

He covered in mana that looks like a Blue Fire has burned him alive, He stands there and look toward Niðhöggr and said.
