Stepping out the bus and viewing the huge hotel, Lovin exclaimed in excitement,

"Yes, camping! I've always wanted to go camping!"

"You know it's a training camp, not camping," Ryoko said, patting his shoulder.

"It doesn't matter, I gonna enjoy myself while I'm here" he grabs Ikumi's hand and drags her away, "Come on, Ikumi. Let see what our room is like."

"Hold on, wait!"

As the two was getting further way, Ibusaki asks the other, "Do you think we should tell them that we've to go to an assembly as soon as possible?"

"It'll be fine, Ikumi is with him."

When the Polar Star dorm member got to the auditorium, they find the place in deadly silent, not in the sense of dejection but more of every student was staring Lovin with hateful eyes.

"This is camping, everyone, You should enjoy yourself."

"W-what going on?..." Megumi asked in a shaky voice. She can literally feel and sees the death aura everyone was giving off.

Ikumi eyes light up when she sees the Polar Star group and rush to them, she's not sure how much more she can stand all the glare being sent her way just because she was with Lovin.

"What happened, Nikumi?" she was so distracted with what going on, she didn't mind Soma called by her nickname.

"Well, when we first enter the auditorium, everyone was so discouraged and gloomy so, Lovin has the bright idea of announcing himself and said 'are they not happy being in his presence' and you can imagine how that turns out."

luckily, they don't have to go through the uncomfortable the stare for long as the French Cuisine teacher; Roland Chapelle takes up the stage.

[Good morning, student. I will now give you a summary of the camp. You are to stay here for 6 days and 5 night. In that time you'll be split off in several groups and take on daily cooking tasks. Students whose instruction's evaluations fall below a certain baseline will be failed and expelled.

As for how your task will be evaluated, we have invited guest lecturers. They're Totsuki alumni who have graciously agreed to join us."

When the Totsuki alumni were mention, most of the student freak out while said guest make their appearances.

Not a moment sooner after they were on the stage, one of the Totsuki alumni; a man with pink hair and glass point at a student beside Soma and say,

"You're expelled, you can go home"

The student tried to argue back but the guy sends him a deadly glare, filling him with terror.

"Are you trying to destroy my restaurant?"

Afterward, the previous 1st seat of the Elite Ten Council and current General Head Chef and a member of the Board of Directors for Tōtsuki Resort: Dojima Gin speaks up,

[Welcome to my Totsuki Resort. Each of the alumni here today is chefs with their own restaurant. For the next six-day, we will treat you as would our own staff. That means those of you who can't perform to our expectations...will be fired! that is expulsion. I wish you the best of luck, now proceed to your group.]

The Italian cuisine chef; Mizuhara Fuyumi motion lazily at a table filled with ingredients (flours, various type of cheeses, and some other thing) but the only vegetable commonly used in Italian cooking is tomato, the other was found in Japanese cooking.

[You can pair up if you want or work alone, it's your choice. You have two hours.]

Lovin was truly along without any Polar Star dormmate with him. Searching around for someone he can pair up with, his lip form into a smile when he spotted a girl in silver hair.

Looking at the already pair up student, Alice wonders if they're too afraid to approach her because of the Nakiri's names and her grandfather. She can't blame them though, the Nakira's names do have quite the presence in the cooking world. Well, she can do just fine with or without teaming up, no big deal.

When she came back from her thought and about to get to work. There, in front of her was the black hair, the transfer student, kneeling.

"When I saw you among the crows, it was if it a golden beam was shining down upon you from

the heaven, isolating everything around us, leaving just you and me and telling me, you were my goal. Would you go out with me?"

Alice starts to laugh, catching the other students attention, "I don't think you good enough."

"Aw..." Lovin drops his head down but he quickly recovers and looks up at her, "Then, would you pair up with me? You can order me around however you want, you wouldn't even need to lift a finger"

"Hmm..." she put a finger on her lip.

She was going to do this solo but guess, it wouldn't hurt to have a helping hand that's so eager to be useful and it will make things go faster, besides his confession was cute.

"Sure, why not"
