As soon as vivian left to her room Adam felt at loss. He was still unable to figure out what caused her to hate men. Was it because she suffered in her past?

Vivian was very disturbed by his sudden questions . She never wanted to recall those memories. Betrayal, molestation, insults, she was tired of them all.

Due to this she couldn't fall asleep. She was twisting and turning on the bed all the time. She finally gave up and felt thirsty. She went to kitchen to drink water.

When she was about to keep the bottle in the refrigerator again she heard a groan. It sounded very painful. She got startled first but she gathered all her courage and decided to look what exactly is happening.

When she followed the voice, she found herself standing outside of Adam's bedroom. She began to feel worried. Is her boss alright?

She decided to enter into his room. She knocked the door many times but no one opened the door .

Finally she checked if the door was locked from inside, and surprisingly it was not.

She opened the door and the scene in front of her eyes was very terrible. Adam was weeping like a child. His sobs were barely audible but Vivian could hear them easily. Her mighty boss was crying? In his sleep?

Perhaps a nightmare?

But he was crying very badly. For some unknown reasons she couldn't see him crying. Her heart ached. She couldn't understand what was happening with her. She also felt like crying. She went to wake him up.

She was near him. She wiped all of his tears with her hands. The moment she touched him he stopped crying, but continued sobbing.

Secondly his penthouse was very far away from main city. So the chances of getting ambulance was very low. Even when she tried to drive him by herself, she couldn't reach in time.

She remembered how her mother used to treat her fever when she was sick. And those homemade remedies were very effective. She searched for medicine in the kit, lucky her that she found it easily.

She then quickly remembered that ginger tea could also cure him. So she went to the kitchen to make some.
