Min Ju notice the peculiar attitude of that Mr. Prime. Isn't he one of the Xiao Conglomerates investors or something?

Isn't it supposed after that, he and Qing Wu Yao have to greet each other? Why does it feel like he doesn't want to be disturbed? What's the point of this party?!

An hour later, the center of the ballroom was filled with couples dancing. Including Min Ju and Qing Wu Yao.

Both are looking at their surroundings. Qing Wu Yao's hand suddenly tightened around her waist the second it was changing partners.

However, before both of them were to turn around and stop. Someone push each other apart and find themselves face to face with another partner.

Min Ju was greeted by a man in his late middle age. He was smiling at her. But, the next thing the man open his mouth, Min Ju stiffened.

"Hello, Miss Min. Did you like my gift? It was a pity that Qing Wu Yao's men stop the people that I had send to greet you." An Yang's voice was like a greeting of a close friend he haven't seen for long.

"You're lucky that Qing Wu Yao's t.h.i.g.h is hugging you. How could he not? You're a beautiful woman that really stands out from beautiful women. However, I don't think you can escape from me, Ms. Min." It was at this moment that An Yang secretly pointed a gun at her.

Min Ju's face pale for a moment before it return to its usual calm.

Her eyes roam to search for Qing Wu Yao but cannot find her because of too many people around.

It's time for the changes of partner. However, An Yang immediately turn and sway far away from the group of circle.

"I still have time to dance with you, little one." An Yang smirk as he saw through Min Ju's plan.

She wants to escape from his clutch? Too bad, no one escape from An Yang.

An Yang drag Min Ju from the corner still holding the gun. All of a sudden, several men in black entered the room.

Gun raising in the air. For a moment, the room was filled with screams mingling with the sound of gunshots.

Min Ju stayed calm on the outside. But in reality, she was wreck by nervousness specially that she didn't see Qing Wu Yao's shadow. Worried and nervounesness mixed in her heart.

Where is he?

Meanwhile, Qing Wu Yao who was taken away earlier by a girl to dance got away, but before he could go to Min Ju he was dragged by seven big burly men away from the ballroom. They tried to knock him out but failed.

Qing Wu Yao can't be fallen to unconscious. Min Ju is still inside.

Fighting his way through, Qing Wu Yao took out his gun. This men, doesn't have a weapon around them. They relied on their brute strength to take him down.

"Move." He said. However, those men did not even listen. Instead they all attack him all at once.

Qing Wu Yao pulled the trigger several times. Those who escape from bullet attack him. He avoided all their attack and let them sleep using his fist.

Hiding in the dark was Ciel Prime, watching Qing Wu Yao's every move. He signalled to his men to seize the people in the ballroom.

Hearing the gunshots, he watch Qing Wu Yao's expression turn hard. Ciel Prime did not suppress his smirk and disappeared in the dark after Qing Wu Yao left the area.

"Love is really a great tool to use against someone." He sarcastically laugh and made his way through to ballroom to join the fray.

There are 4 doors in the ballroom. East, west, south and north. There are four different exit route from them. East wing is a courtyard connected from the mansion's corridor, west wing is the vast garden, south wing is the forest, and north wing where they came and where the docks situated from.

Min Ju and An Yang were closer from the south wing.

Min Ju grabbed the dagger under the dress and stab An Yang who's happily watching the scene. Enjoying the scream of every women.

He notice Min Ju moved and saw a bit glint that came from a weapon. He avoided but the dagger in Min Ju's hand still pierce through his shoulder. He let out a cry and Min Ju ran from the closest door to escape.

"You bitch! You can't ran away. F*ck! Men, follow her!" An Yan shouted.

The wound pain him. It's been awhile since someone wounded him.
