"Ouchi-chi-chi! Be gentle will ya?! That sting!" Min Ju's loud voice rang in Qing Wu Yao's ears. He was cleaning and tending her wounds for her.

"Juju, why did you not scream?! We should had help you!" When He Rue saw Min Ju's wounds she knew that she had fought hard out there and her heart trembled for her.

"Idiot! Do you want to die?! They are armed men." Min Ju's mood isn't good.

"I just wanted to help." He Rue whispered.

"I don't want you to get hurt." Min Ju directly replied. She looked directly at her friend, wanting to apologize for screaming at her. However, a hand cupped her face and gently let her face turn to the side only to meet Qing Wu Yao's beautifully sculpted face in front of her.

He gently stroke her wounded cheek, cleaning them and added some medicine.

The look in that pair of obsidian eyes we're filled with deep seriousness.

Min Ju stared at him, observing his every inch of that handsome face. For a man, he have long eye lashes that most girls would be jealous of. His sword-like eyebrow is thick, yet it made him look very attractive. His lips is naturally reddish pink and looks so soft to kiss.

Suddenly, Qing Wu Yao smiled.

"Did you fall in love with me already?"

Min Ju's expression instantly turn blank. "In your face!"

She abruptly stand and lean at He Rue for support.

"Help me to my room, Ruerue. I want to rest."

"Fall in love with him? He wish!" Min Ju mumbled with a complaining voice.

"Can't believe he told you that. But why not, right? I think your the only girl that has seen his face in that super close proximity. My face turn red, I thought he'll kiss you." Qin Wuxie touch her cheeks and smiled in abashed.

Shivers run down in Min Ju's body.

Me? And him? Kiss?

As if on cue, a picture flashed in her mind and he immediately brushed it off.

Hell nah!

"Oh, right. I heard he doesn't have a girlfriend. He's very much available. You should catch him, Ju." Qin Wuxie added imagining the two being together.

"And made other jealous? I sure want to do that!"

Unexpectedly, Min Ju agreed. But then...

"Why would I do that?! To get myself killed?!" She exclaimed startling He Rue and Qin Wuxie.

"With the jealous girls? Ha! We can take care of them for you!" He Rue said arrogantly.

Qing Wu Yao seemed to be a decent guy to be Min Ju's match.

And we only want the best for her.

However, if Min Ju doesn't like Qing Wu Yao, we won't push her at all.

'Sigh. I don't want to talk about guys and love after what happened to me.'

'My suspect was those three men are the one that wanted to kill me. I heard that Su Lu and Bu Jin Ma was out in jailed long ago. They wanted to take their revenge on me.'

Min Ju lied on her bed and sigh.

"Wuxie, I think you should sleep here. The outside might be dangerous to travel. Let Driver Yu not come."

"As for Lin Zhu and Han Lian. They can use the guestroom."

She turn her back on them and close her eyes to rest.

"En. I will prepare their room. Wuxie will sleep with me." The two quietly close the door and left.

"Old Fu, We're going. I'll send men to guard all of you."

Grandfather Fu remained silent. He just looked at Old Man Xiao seemingly looking worried.

Old Man Xiao let out a light-hearted smile. He said, "Don't worry about me. I'm strong." He then flex his non-existent muscle.

"You should...be cautious around you, okay? Don't let me...cry for you!"

Old Man Xiao laughed.

"I won't die, Old Fu. I won't leave you. Now I know you really love me, Hahaha!"

Old Man Xiao left before Grandfather Fu could reply. But the moment he turned around, his expression turn grim.

"Prepare the car!" He ordered to his subordinate.

"Yes, sir."

"Let's go to the safe house, Wu Yao."

"Let's find out who did this, shall we?"

Old Man Xiao looks like an old devil.

Just like him, Qing Wu Yao have the same look.

"I'm up for it. Hurting my fiance was a wrong move."

"So you did acknowledge her as your fiance."

"Shut up, old man. You're ruining the cool mood."
