The man immediately walked towards her and held her hot body.

'So hot. A fever?'

Looking at her expression. He felt his heartache.

Outside, they hear the sound of hasty foot steps.

"Did you see her?"

"That girl really knew how to escape."

"What good at fighting? She chickened out."

One of the men who were already dress clench his fist and tried to walk out the door.

However, a hot palm hold his wrist.

"Don't. I will return them the favor next time." Min Ju said it with half-lidded eyes. That made Qing Wu Yao thought was really attractive. He shakes his head. 'She's having a fever and you're thinking that? Idiot.' He scolded themselves.

"I need to avenge you..." Min Junlin was cut off when Min Ju chuckled.

"If you do that, my pride won't take it. I would be very embarrassed." Min Ju opened and close her eyes to erase the dizziness.

"But I am your brother."

"Yeah, it makes it more hard for me since were not that close."

"You're pretty stubborn." He said.

Min Ju smiled lightly. Replying,"I don't even know where I get it. From mother, or father."

After that, her hand holding the wrist of Min Junlin slip from his wrist. He instantly catches it. And gave it a gentle squeeze.

He looked at her gently but there was a tinged of sadness in the depths of his eyes. Even though she won't heard his words. He still spoke, "Even though I'm not you're real brother nor we are close, I am still a Min. I'll definitely punch those guys for you." Min Junlin put a gentle kiss in the back of her hand.

Qing Wu Yao hugged the body of Min Ju tightly as he look at Min Junlin with wide eyes. Seemingly terrified.

"What's the look for?" Min Junlin notice that expression for the first time.

"Dude, I only see that gaze and that vibe when it comes to your sister." Qing Wu Yao said.

"And? What are you implying? Min Ju is my sister." The more he talk. The more Qing Wu Yao is terrified. He hugged Min Ju closer towards him.

"Are you perhaps secretly a sis-con?"

"What?" The other man finally spoke with a question.

Realizing what his friend just said, Min Junlin shouted, "Dude!" He tried to knocked Qing Wu Yao's head but he stopped himself by doing so because of Min Ju.

"We should bring her to the infirmary."

"Yeah. We should." Qing Wu Yao stand up carrying Min Ju in a bridal style.

"Dude, aren't you going to put on some clothes? You'll create chaos outside." Qian Mo Cao said running his fingers through his wet hair. His black hair and cross earrings made him look very charming.

"Min Junlin, ahh never mind. Qian Mo Cao, hold my baby for a minute." Qing Wu Yao put Min Ju in Qian Mo Cao's arms with gentleness.

On the other side, Min Junlin pout and drew circles in the corner with brimming tears in the corner of his eyes.

"What are you doing?" Qian Mo Cao asked frowning.

Min Junlin dramatically sobs. He said, "Qing Wu Yao entrusted her to you when I'm basically the brother her. Can't I even take care of my sister?" He looked at Qian Mo Cao with crystal clear tears.

'Damn it, Min Junlin.' Qian Mo Cao ignored him.

"Hey! Are you having a fever too?!" Min Junlin asked noticing that Qian Mo Cao's face and neck were in a deep shade of red.

"She was very hot. I think her temperature is transferring to my body. I hope her fever isn't contagious!" His eyes turn wide in an instant. He then stared at Min Ju's feverish face and parted a strand of hair away from her face.

Too beautiful is all he can say.

"I know right." Qing Wu Yao appeared behind him and all the hairs on his body stood up! He forgot that he was just 10 steps away from them.

"Let's go."

Meanwhile, Mi Yin walked out from her hiding place and run. She needs to call Min Ju's friends!

When she saw her expression earlier. She knew in an instant that Min Ju isn't well.

'In this kind of hot weather. It must be heat stroke. I heard earlier that she wants a drink, so she must be dehydrated.'

Even though she was that condition she still decided to keep her stance and jump off the second floor!
