Her husband, Adis, was sitting on a chaise lounge with his back facing her. He was busy writing something on a book.

They were currently wearing a robe as they were preparing to take their night bath. The banquet had ended and everyone had gone home.

"You just stated the truth," Adis answered without looking at her. Being a doting husband as he was, he failed to realize the consequences of her words.

She laid down on her stomach and looked at him. "How could you say that? What if my words earlier could be taken as a direct challenge to the King of all realms?"

"Zen is too stupid to think that way and the citizens respect you. And even if they will take it in a bad way, I will annihilate anyone who dares to do anything against you. I know my two idiot brothers think the same way." He answered nonchalantly while still so engrossed on flipping the pages of the book.

Haru creased her eyebrows, curious about what was making her devil busy to the point that he was not looking at her. She shook her head gently as she realized that she had been spoiled rotten by his doting.

She stood up and walked towards him. She embraced his shoulders from the back and rubbed her cheek against him. "What are you doing? This silly wife is lonely because you're not paying attention to me." She complained like a clingy wife.

Adis chuckled softly, feeling exhilarated whenever Haru was acting sweet and childish. He patted her head over his shoulder and he tilted his head back to kiss her nose and lips. "I'm just updating our Adis❤Haru secret book, but I'm about to finish. I'll prepare your bath in a minute."

She just rolled her eyes then giggled at her husband's weird hobby. She stayed in her current position and watched him go back to the task. She saw that he added more rules to the many rules that they already have and even wrote a short note on one of the pages.

'Rule 35, section 2: Adis will dance with Haru every spring throughout the entire realms.'

Haru's expression softened when he remembered his promise during the banquet. She gave him a soft peck on the neck as a reward while she continued reading his entry.

'Today I lost control and hurt my Haru but she still kissed me in the end. She was so amazing when she declared to the public that she won't allow another woman in my life. Adis was very happy to love only Haru for eternity.'

She giggled at his mushy words, but her cheeks and ears were on fire. "I wonder what the public will say once they find out that the scariest man in Trium Regum is such a baby."

"I don't care about what they will think. You're all that matters to me." He tilted his head to kiss her lips again. "Shall I prepare the bath now?"

"Mn," Haru nodded. "Give me that embarrassing book, I will put it back in your space ring."

When Adis was completely gone, Haru opened the secret book again and stared at it for a while, but this time, with a resolute expression on her face. She looked left and right to make sure that no one's around then wrote something on it.

'Rule 36, section 1: Adis will i.m.p.r.e.g.n.a.t.e Haru before the end of this year.'

She immediately closed the book when she heard Adis' footsteps and hid the book back to the space ring before he appeared in front of her again.

"Haru, the bath is ready. Let's go," he said softly and pulled her hands up.

Once inside the bath chamber, Adis slowly took her robe off, then they both dipped in the hot pool. The entire place was so huge that it could fit hundreds of people inside.

Haru sighed in delight. A hot bath after all those commotions was really the best.

Adis was washing her long hair and delicate body carefully. On the surface, he looked like he was taking care of her needs, but in reality, he was taking advantage of the situation.

Her body was facing the wall of the pool, while her arms were over the edge, giving Adis full access to her back. He was gently scrubbing her shoulders with a bath towel and he was also shamelessly rubbing his already erect p.e.n.i.s on her proud b.u.t.t.o.c.k.s. "You let him escape," Haru deduced. It's impossible for anyone to escape the reapers. They were personally trained by him so they were as good as his own grip.

Adis chuckled in amus.e.m.e.nt. Ah, his wife was starting to know him better. "Silly wife, you're being too observant for your own good. Why don't you use that sharpness on something else, perhaps, you wouldn't fall easily in this perverted husband's grasps."

Adis embraced her from behind and started to scrub her soft c.h.e.s.t, grazing his thumb and index fingers on the already aroused n.i.p.p.l.es on purpose, which earned a soft but long m.o.a.n from her. He whispered s.e.xily, "You are really s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e to my touch."
