Its been a couple of months into this last year at the academy and i should be graduating in 7 months. Currently its the weekend and i was lounging around at home contemplating on my life in this world and the paths i had available to me. I've had this sinking feeling ever since the start of this year and i couldn't put my finger on what exactly is wrong. I sat down, crossed my legs and closed my eyes and started to meditate and reflect within myself. I needed to figure this out. Three hours later i opened my eyes with renewed clarity, I needed to have a discussion with the system.

Ryu: 'System i need to ask you some questions and clarify a few misconceptions'

System: 'Anything you need host ask and i shall answer'

Ryu: 'What is the difference in my two energy sources? what is the difference between origin energy and chakra?'

System: 'Host you must understand that it is illogical to compare them as the difference is comparable to distance between heaven and earth. Chakra is a mortal energy, diluted and unrefined, it comes from within and the variations between the chakra of one person to another is unlimited just as the variations of man is unlimited. Whereas origin energy can be described in a single sentence "All things come from the Origin". If we were to compare in numerical values the ratio of origin energy to the average man's chakra would be 1:100. Should we compare it to your extremely dense, purified and refined chakra it would be 1:50. Does this answer your queries'

Ryu: 'Okay so if all things come from the origin and origin energy is so good why is it that you told me that i can not use my origin energy with the mortal techniques and skills found in this world?'

System: 'Ah you have finally arrived at the crux of the situation. You see when you met the One Above All and made your wish to have the Devouring God Bloodline and the physique to accompany such a bloodline you were very specific in what you asked for. Understand this host, such a bloodline and physique has never before existed and shall never be recreated, you are unique. Now if you remember what you asked for you would remember that the only thing you specified was for you to have an origin core in you dantian to host your origin energy. Therefore, your energy currently can only be stored within your core and used when devouring through your bloodline. Thus, it is without any pathways to move your energy around unlike your chakra pathways and core.'

Ryu: 'Oh'

Then realisation struck me, i was dumbstruck, i felt like i have been hit by a train, i finally understood that sinking feeling that i have had all year, i have committed the biggest mistake of all, the same mistake that all main characters in all those novels have. I nerfed myself and wasted the endless potential of having origin energy. In this moment i feel like the stupidest idiot that ever existed. This was a nightmare. I should just tell the author to drop this novel and move on with his life .... such a waste of time and energy.

Author: 'Hey dont break the fourth wall!'

Hours of depression and wallowing in self pity i picked myself up off the floor, walked over to the mirror and all i saw was a red puffy face from crying and snot coming down my nose all over my face. I wiped my face and looked again but this time what i saw was a renewed vigor in my eyes.

Ryu: 'I will not give up! i am not so weak as to succ.u.mb to this little bump in my path.'

Then it hit me and i couldn't believe i didn't think of this immediately.

Ryu: 'System i have a very important question to ask. This is a matter of life and death (A/N: lol what you gonna do suicide i decide your fate mwahahahahahaha). Theoretically, if i were to devour all my chakra and chakra pathway system would this solve my issue of not being able to use origin energy for all my abilities?'

System: 'Host this action will result in the following. Devouring all your chakra would convert it to origin energy at a rate of 50 chakra for 1 origin energy strand. If you were to also devour your chakra network this would allow you to combine the two systems allowing you to manipulate your origin energy throughout the body and expel it outside through your tenketsu. Theoretically this action is sound however it will result in having to retrain your energy control and techniques to get accustomed to their use via origin energy'

Hahahahahaha, this is the best news ever. I went back to my bed and sat down returning to my meditative position. Then i began, first devouring all my chakra and refining it into origin energy, this took me 1 hour to complete, second i devoured my chakra pathway system and refined it into an origin pathway network and this took 3 hours. Once i was done i felt like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, like i could fly as free as a bird. But it was not all over i still had some misconceptions to clear.

Ryu: ' System when i first came to this world i set myself a goal and that was to break into the divine realm before moving onto the next world and continuing my adventure. What are the requirements for such an undertaking?'

System: 'Host your path is long and winding this is just the first step. Allow me to explain, after devouring all your chakra you gained 1,000 strands of origin energy in your core, now to breakthrough to the high mortal realm and be as strong as the first tailed beast a minimum of 10,000 origin energy is required, to the peak you must reach 100,000 origin energy and to become a divine realm being then your origin energy must reach the 1,000,000 level. After that ..... well lets worry about that when we get there. For now host i would advise you that to reach divine realm in this low level world alone is impossible there is not enough resources for such an undertaking'

Taking all this in i understood that i was in a rush making such a goal only in this world, there are so many other worlds to explore i should just enjoy myself and go with the flow haha. Plus i have nine chakra batteries known as the tailed beasts that i could devour and make their abilities mine and this also doubles as a way to screw over the akatsuki and zetsu in their plans to bring about world domination hehehehe and never forget i have the yin kyuubi sealed within, this day just gets better and better. But before that i need to be strong and skilled enough to tackle the kyuubi within. Now the akatsuki wont begin their operations until im 16 so i have five years to get the jump on them and any other who would attempt to hinder my plans.
