'More like there isn't anyone with the cultivation of rank 3 mortal realm… but wait how did the elder even know my cultivation base if Yi Ya couldn't tell that I awakened my dantian or that I am at the rank of rank 3 martial mortal?' "Yi Ya, the elder didn't ask for my cultivation level but it seemed like he already knew it. Do you know how?"

Yi Ya tilted her head in confusion, "The elder didn't teach you how to sense other people's cultivation levels?" She smiled, "It's really simple, you just have to inject your Qi into your eyes and then," her eyes widened in shock and she jumped from fright, "You are rank 3 martial mortal?!" she shouted out.

All the surrounding disciples that heard Yi Ya's shout, turned their eyes to the two of them. All of them injected Qi into their eyes and when they saw Su Jun's cultivation level, most of them moved their eyes away as the cultivation of rank 3 was considered normal in the outer sect. But one disciple narrowed his eyes and thought, 'That girl was shocked and I don't recognise either one of them, they must be new disciples. But if that's true… I have to warn senior brother that a dark horse has appeared."

"Ho—how is that possible?" Yi Ya asked with a quaking voice.

Su Jun smiled, "You heard the elder say it yourself."

Yi Ya gulped down her saliva and said in a low voice, "He said that you were a bloody genius, the most brilliant seedling he has ever seen…"

Su Jun nodded, "Yi Ya, can you show me around the sect?"

Yi Ya absentmindedly nodded her head, "Mhm."

The two of them walked away from the arena area and she led him off into the distance without speaking a single word as she was still processing the fact that on the same day that they arrived in the sect Su Jun awakened his dantian and reached the realm of rank 3 martial mortal. The same realm that Hu Yun reached after a full year of cultivating.

They stopped at the large five storey building. Yi Ya shook her head and took a deep breath, "This is the martial skill library, senior brother Su Jun."

Su Jun looked at her with surprise in his eyes, "Senior brother?"

Yi Ya nodded, "Yes, I am going to call you senior brother from now on… actually, if I was the one to reach rank 2 martial mortal realm first, I was going to make you call me senior sister, but I guess I am destined to be a junior sister *hehe*."

Su Jun smiled, "I see."

"Do you want to go inside and take a look or should we go to the next facility, senior brother Su Jun?"

"Let's go to the next one… junior sister Yi Ya."

"I understand, senior brother Su Jun *hehe*."

They stopped at the elder building that Su Jun already visited and Yi Ya said while looking at it, "Senior brother, what did the elder want with you?"

"He was just testing my dantian's rank and type."

Yi Ya turned her head to Su Jun, "So what kind of dantian have you awakened, senior brother Su Jun?" she asked with curiosity sparking in her eyes.

Su Jun scratched his cheek, "I awakened the General dantian."

Yi Ya lowered her head, "I see… that's too bad… I have awakened the Wind dantian and not only that, but it's also C-rank! Aren't I amazing?" she finished her words with excitement in her voice.

Su Jun nodded with a smile and they continued on and reached a series of buildings.

"This is the profession area and here you will find alchemy, blacksmithing, formation profession masters. You can either take on any one of those professions or just browse any of the goods that are connected to them. Shall we continue, senior brother Su Jun?"

"What goods are we talking about here?"

"For us that don't have a profession, the pill shop in the alchemy side, one-time formation shop in the formation side and the weapon shop in the blacksmith side. As for profession masters, in their own side, they can buy reagents for their craft, senior brother Su Jun."

"What are one-time formations?"

"Like the name says, its formations that can be used only once, senior brother Su Jun."

Su Jun nodded, "Let's continue."

"Yes, senior brother Su Jun." They stopped at the next building and Yi Ya said, "This is the mission building, you can take missions and receive sect contribution points which you can spend later to buy better martial skills from martial skill library." Su Jun nodded and they walked on to the next building. Reaching it Su Jun knew exactly what was this building. It was a restaurant that was bustling with disciples; even though it was already late evening. Su Jun's stomach grumbled.

Yi Ya laughed into her hand, "Shall we grab a bite to eat, senior brother Su Jun?"

"Yes, I haven't eaten anything today."

They walked inside, sat down at the first open table and ordered their food but just before the food could arrive, three youths appeared at their table. Su Jun turned his eyes to the three arrived youths and immediately recognised them as they were his three other childhood friends – Hu Yun, Kang Wu and Geng Xia.

Yi Ya smiled, "Hello, senior brothers Hu Yun, Kang Wu, Geng Xia."

The three of them smiled and said one after another, "Hello, junior sister Yi Ya."

'I should call them senior brothers but they were the previous Su Jun's underlings.' Su Jun smiled, "Hello, junior brothers."

The three immediately frowned and glared at Su Jun.

"Su Jun, I already told you we are not kids and you are not our leader anymore," Hu Yun said. The other two nodded their heads.

Su Jun still wearing a smile on his face said, "You are yet to defeat me, so I don't see how I am not the leader?"

Hu Yun laughed out loud and shook his head, "Don't kid yourself Su Jun, Geng Xia could defeat you."

Su Jun moved his eyes to Geng Xia.

Yi Ya's lips curled up into a smile and she decided not to say anything as what happened now, happened many times in the past. They would challenge Su Jun then they would lose and nothing would change.

'This is a perfect opportunity, this will help me get fighting experience and I will find out if defeating enemies give system points.' Su Jun nodded, "Alright, I will fight Geng Xia but only after I have eaten." His stomach grumbled and the waitress came with the food, "Here is your food." She placed it on both Yi Ya's side and Su Jun's side of the table and walked away. Su Jun without looking at the three standing youths began to eat. The three looked at each other.

Yi Ya smiled, "Join us, senior brothers."

"We will take you up on that offer," Hu Yun said and all three of them sat down. The three youths started talking but only with Yi Ya, ignoring Su Jun entirely but Su Jun didn't mind it as he was too hungry to talk anyway.

Su Jun finished his meal while Yi Ya was only mid-way through it as she spoke to the three youths that didn't close their mouths even for a second. Su Jun moved his eyes to Geng Xia, "I am ready"

The three stopped talking, hearing Su Jun's voice and Yi Ya hastily said, "Wait for me to finish!" she started stuffing the food into her mouth.

Geng Xia furrowed his eyebrows, "Aren't you looking down on me too much? I was in the sect for an entire year and you just arrived."

Kang Wu laughed, "Show him that we are no longer the same as we were before. Show him that we are the stronger ones now" he laughed again. Hu Yun nodded.

"I am done! Let's go!" Yi Ya shouted out. Su Jun nodded his head and stood up, the others stood up after him and they all walked outside. Walking outside, Su Jun turned in the direction of the arena's and he took a step in that direction but then Hu Yun said, "Where are you going?"

Su Jun stopped and looked back at Hu Yun, "The arenas?"

Hu Yun laughed out loud, "There is no need to bother the arena elder as this fight will end in an instant."

'There was no rule against fighting others in open space, so it should be fine,' Su Jun nodded, "Alright."
