In Konoha, because there was no death of yellow flash of the leaf so, Uchiha Clan were not blamed for the Incident or should I say, they were not blamed for it, but some countermeasures were taken like 24-hour surveillance but, they were not isolated and placed in the Conor of the village like they were placed before. Hence, No coup d'état, So No Uchiha Massacre.

Naruto learned Rasengan from Minato, but he got summoning from Jiraya and the training to control the nine-tails chakra from him.

Sasuke trained Chidori from Kakashi and some tricks and tips from Shisui as Itachi didn't trained him but, by see him train and practising that himself he was able to do it.

The three tails was captured by Akatsuki. Orochimaru did not had Guren with him nor Yukimaru. Naruto also didn't meet Zabuza and Haku of ICE release instead they meet someone else.

The Village Hidden in clouds had a one famous Shinobi name, Ami.

And there are also two stars from Village hidden in the Mist Names Unkown but are called Twin Stars.

So, this shinobi world is much stronger than the canon one.
