Rebirth Of A Forged Villianess

Chapter 25 - Darkness

Seth dropped his cigarette to the pavement and watched the lovely women heading towards him with a soft smile that beguiled his feelings inside. he was the only one who knew the truth. most likely if willow knew he was the one behind her fathers death, she would try to kill him right then and there. this knowledge proved to be quite heart wrenching.

Seth had felt justified in killing Tobias Jade that day but afterwards when he saw Willows aggrieved expression as she ran recklessly towards the flames, he had felt as if his heart was wrenched from his c.h.e.s.t and thrown into the raging fire itself.

Was his life some cheap version of romeo and juliet? of course their family's dispute wasnt as well known or dramatic but it was there. even if these two innocent women were unaware of the hatred the William's felt for them. pinning the crime on marissa and her butler had been his mothers idea but he still felt guilty watching the widow hold hands protectively with willow. seeing such a beauty act so childlike with her mother unfortunately made Seth recall something important. In Seth's heart and soul, even if he died a thousand times he would still remember that night his life changed. when he was just a 5 year old boy he was forced to watch that oddly pretty man kill his uncle from the bedroom closet. who knew such a prestigious man as Tobias Jade was actually a cheap loan shark who killed young men for chump change? how could no one else be aware? was this a cruel joke? it was all too sickening. yet he didnt have the heart to tell willow the truth as she walked over to him with wide shy eyes. she looked like a goddess, too pure to be around murdering sc.u.m like himself. feeling as if she would be able to see the blood of her father on his hands he shoved them in his coat pocket and ignored the urge to hide himself.
