Rebirth Of The Mightiest Disciple

"Are you ready? Go" shouted Fukujiro as he fired the pistol.

All the boys rushed out into the water, eager to get a head start. Yet soon, it became clear just who was leading the pack. All of Yomi, Kenichi, and much to Yomi's surprise, Niijima were al meters ahead of the pack.

"Impossible! How is it! Isui Junto, captain of the swim team, unable to catch up to them?" bemoaned one of the males, feeling his dreams being drowned.

"haha, you are pretty fast, aren't you?" laughed Sho as he saw Kenichi was keeping pace.

Kenichi smirked as he began to pick up the pace. Seeing Sho alive Kenichi started to remember how many lives he had changed in the short 17 years of his life, Kaede, The Tanaka couple and their daughter, Natsu by saving Kaede, saving Sho's life, the Pankration team and even Niijima as because of Kenichi he started to learn running away from enemy's early on making him much faster then the original Niijima.

Back at the shore, the girls were all cheering for whomever they supported. Soo, Kenichi began pull ahead of them all. Seeing Kenichi pulled ahead Sho used his full strength and once again came beside Kenichi.

"It's a tight race between Shirahama and Kano!" exclaimed a student as the two began to pull forward even more. Since the finish line was close Kenichi decrease the gravity around him from 5x to 2x and created a gap between himself and Sho winning the race in one full swoop.

"The winner is Kenichi Shirahama!" said Fukijiro and the students cheered.

Sho was panting while sitting on the shore, angry at himself for losing against Kenichi.

"Kano!" called out Izumi coming from behind Sho.

"Yes!" asked Sho.

"Cheer up, It was a close match and Kenichi won by a very small margin. I am sure you will win next time and next time also I will support you!" Izumi said.

Kano couldn't help but smile at that and thanked Izumi as the rest of the Yomi reached the shore as well.

As night fell, Boris tried to gain more intel about the students he needed to spy on/eliminate. He, however, found it rather difficult, especially Niijima. It grated on Boris's nerve that a civilian could put him and his private troops that his master, Alexander hand lent him, on their toes when on him. Boris, was also surprised that his homeroom teacher, Kyoko, could always sneak up on him, even with his senses heightened. Though if he was to admit it, he had a rather soft spot for the teacher who seemed so clumsy and helpless without his help.

'Yomi only obeys his master's orders! There is no place for consciousness. No time for one's thoughts. No place for feelings! Tomorrow, I myself will eliminate Shirahama or die trying, along with anyone related to him, then return to the base. That's all!' thought Boris as he ran out into the night.

"So it's soon" muttered Kenichi as he bit into his meal, "I don't know what he is thinking, does he really believes that he could jump level and beat me. I was hoping that a show of force would deter Boris, but it seems like he's still stubborn enough to proceed with his mission."

"Did you said something Kenichi?" asked Miu who was sitting just a few steps away from him along with Saeko and Renka. Niijima was also sitting in the same circle with them.

"Ah, nothing just talking to myself about my bad luck" Kenichi said.

"Bad luck!? What do you mean by that?" asked Saeko

"*Sigh* Well I sensed Boris and his lackeys snooping around us trying to gather information on us then just now they ran into the night. And now we are being slowly surrounded" Kenichi explained, "This means that his master has given him some mission which involves taking care of us so stay sharp and close to each other to not get ambushed by them. We don't know what's their plan is but seeing that we are being surrounded I would say it's an all out attack"

"*Sigh* It's looks like we can't have normality that easily Kenichi" Saeko said with a smile. .

"Nothing we could do really" Miu said shaking her head

"Yeah, even after knowing that his chances of winning against you are zero he is still trying to do it what an idiot" Renka said.

"I didn't think Boris would knowingly come after you even after you fought against him, Tirawit and Ethan at once just a week ago. How does he think he will win against you Kenichi by increasing the number of people attacking you?" said Saeko

"Who knows? He may try to come after me on his own but will definitely bring back up if he is smart" Kenichi said

"He's surprisingly stubborn then, following his mission unless otherwise ordered to desist from ordered to desist from the higher chain of command." Niijima stated.

"Oy, Kenichi" called Natsu as he sat down next to them, "You, are aware that we are being surrounded, right?"

Boris sighed as he finished his master. It was quite an experience, learning to meld with common people. he had no idea that regular people didn't try to hunt snakes for ration. And considering the fact that this was a country that oved Shirako, aka fish spėrm sac, he thought that was more off than expected. When his master ordered him to finish and come back, Boris couldn't help but et his mind wander in melancholy.
