Reborn: A Second Chance

Inside Louis office.

Samira quickly cut the call and deleted her call. I won't let you ruin my plan Mira .....Samira thought an evil look appear on her eyes. The door opens Louis enters ....he gets surprise by seeing Samira in his office.

"What brings you here Ms Samira"

Samira politely smile "Mr Louis I just want to thank you for this collaboration. And I look forward to the future collaboration that we would have"

Louis look intently at Samira and gave her nod to what she said.

Samira suddenly broke the silence "So how are you and Mira ... are you guys planning for wedding"

"Ms Samira I don't like talking about my personal life..." Louis said without looking at her.

Samira awkwardly smile "I just thought we are friends so thats why I asked ....I don't know you would mind ....I'm sorry Mr Louis"

"It's okay Ms Samira .....just keep in mind next time and Ms Samira we are business partners" Louis said expressionless.

Samira expression stiffen " well Mr Louis I shall take my leave .... take care " Samira compose herself and leave the office.

Louis is working on a file he suddenly frown, it's so long since he met Mira. He misses her company. He decided to call her but after so many she didn't pick up her call. He couldn't understand why she is ignoring him.

Lucas barge inside his office "What's up brother" . He suddenly find Louis lost in his thoughts .

"I don't know why Mira ignoring me" Louis said.

"Well...do you know about the rumours circulating around....inside the office and even in media"

"No...you know Lucas I give least f.u.c.k about rumours" Louis roll his eyes.

"Then you should brother if you don't want breakup" Lucas smirk

Louis gave him death glare

"Well brother there is a rumour that something is going on you and Samira .....and interestingly you guys become ideal couple " Lucas chuckle he is finding his brother situation funny .

"Damn media " Louis cursed.

It's been one week of that phone call incident. Mira is not ready to talk with Louis. In this life she won't run after a man for love.

It's Wednesday she remembers meeting Marcus. She wear a white dress which went above her knee and with that white heels. She did a light makeup she is not wearing any jewellery except earnings and watch. She reach the restaurant in time. She went inside the restaurant and saw Marcus already sitting at the table.

"Hello Mr Marcus ...I hope you have not been waiting for long" Mira said smiling politely

"Oh ...no no I have reach just 5 minutes ago" Marcus said. Actually he is waiting for around 20 minutes. He is really interested in Mira so he completed all his meeting fast. It's a first in his life he look forward to meet. He found Mira personality pleasing.

Both of them discuss about the project they will be working then their topic shifted to their childhood. Mira is laughing at the funny incident that Marcus is talking about. She find his company comfortable and look forward to work with him.

"Thank you Mr Marcus for the collaboration and for this lunch" Mira smile.

"Just call me Marcus ....I insist .....and same here Ms Mira look forward working with you" Marcus said.

"Then I also insist you call me Mira " Mira said .

Marcus chuckle "Deal"

Unaware their is a devil who is glaring at them.
